Margaret sighed, realizing that she has gotten herself into a most peculiar situation. It was then that she realized something about what Kaguya had said and began talking again. "A dangerous place?" she asked carefully. "What exactly do you mean? Where did you go after you... well, took my body?"

Margaret had dealt with being dead, then become some sort of ghost with a hole in her chest and a chain. Then she had dealt with being some sort of masked monster and then finally she had dealt with being some sort of half-masked sentient supermonster. She could deal with this stuff. She also had happened to see the Matrix, contrary to Kaguya's expectations, although the two movies after the first one were terrible.

"...sounds simple enough." Margaret said slowly, "But you haven't answered my question."

There was a lot of ways that Margaret could have responded to this. Fear. Anger. Rejection. Denial. Outburst. She could have been angry at Kaguya for having placed her in this situation; she could have expressed her fear of being trapped inside of another being or any other myriad of pathetic, weak willed reactions. She would not do any of those. Instead, she closed her eyes.

"...inside of you?" she repeated to make sense of the situation. Arrancar and Hollow abilities were diverse and varied. Who knew? "...is there any way to get me out?" she asked, beginning with the logical and reasonable questions.

I wrote the app at 5 am, so there would probably be a lot of mistakes, but hm.

...so you're saying the government took no measures at all in order to try and form some sort of control over countermeasures to this known public threat? Seems rather irresponsible. I had assumed the government would at least TRY to form one.

My apologies, it was never specified just when the Arcane appeared. I assumed it could have been some time ago. However, I believe it was never specified.

There is a reason why I made it so she doesn't use them against the Arcane. There is also a reason why she only has fifty bullets. However, I will most likely nerf this regardless.

The sort of characters other people make is of no concern to me when I'm making my own character. Also, "taking no sides" is incorrect. Specifically speaking, she's on the side of the Arcanes although for different motivations.

Arcane or Magnum Hunter: Neither (is a rogue who works for her own motivations)

Sasako is capable of enhancing or dulling her five senses greatly and selectively, giving her superb or almost nonexistent eyesight, smell, touch, taste and hearing. It's great for sniping without a scope or for blocking out the taste of liver and brussel sprouts.

Imposed Lockdown

Not exactly her power, but instead one that belonged to her sister and even today remains in her blood. The power is one of her sister and the catalyst of bullets is used - her sister's blood had the ability to "impose" the condition which "denied the existence of the supernatural." Against a normal human this bullet would mean the loss of the use of their power until the bullet is removed from their body surgically. Against an Arcane, however, it was especially devastating: The bullet would "deny" the existence of the Arcane and it would be utterly crushed. As powerful as this was, it had a significant limitation: the power came from the original user's blood and as such had to be extracted into bullets in order to be a viable combat asset. As such, the number of bullets is limited. Currently, Sasako has 50 Lockdown Bullets left.

Weapon:

A modified M1 Garand that was specifically created to work as a catalyst for her sister's power. Sasako has two such modified Garands, and one of them holds only normal bullets while the other holds the bullets which contain the power "Imposed Lockdown" . The bullets are designed to have a lack of penetration, meaning they are prone to being stuck in the target's body and having an exit wound is much much rarer than with a normal bullet.



Equipment: Aside from her weapons, Sasako always has a cellphone with her. In her hotel room she would also have a heavily encrypted computer and various surveillance/bugging equipment. She also keeps a combat knife with her for various strange situations and various explosives stashed in her room. She also has various currency and several fake IDs.

Personality: Yuuko is a mischievous, outgoing and occasionally perverted girl who likes to playfully tease people and think of spontaneous on the spot decisions. She dislikes gloomy, serious talk and endeavours to live each and every day to its fullest, which is why she is often found to be ditching work of any sort and hanging out in bars, cafes, parks and movie theatres. She also likes to play matchmaker between people, setting people up on dates "for the good of true love". Despite the fact her antics may occasionally go too far, no matter how dark the situation is Yuuko will always try to brighten things up and point out any silver linings and good points.

The one thing Yuuko will hold seriously, however, is a promise. She considers it the ultimate sin and betrayal of trust to break a promise made between two people and as such she herself does not promise anything lightly. If Yuuko promises something, you can count on her to keep it.

Although Yuuko is neither an arcane nor magnum huntress due to her lack of power, Yuuko does not allow that to keep her down, instead choosing to support any and all hunters and huntresses she does with what little she can do, whether it's moral support or physical support.

Or that, at least is what Sasako pretends to be. In truth, Sasako is a bitter girl who harbours a deep grudge against the hunting organization - and the entire human population - in general. To her, they were all scum who used her sister, milking her blood like a cow and using her as a tool, denying her any freedom as a person and only seeing her as something who only exists for their purpose before tossing her aside when she died, not even lamenting her loss but cursing the fact that she, as a tool, as a source of the powerful blood with the power of Imposed Lockdown was no longer available to them.

Her sister had worked so hard to help them fight against the threat of the Arcane and they refused to thank her; even going as far as to curse her. For Sasako, that was unforgivable. If these people refused to be grateful for the many life-endangering - and finally life-taking- battles Sasako had fought to keep them safe, then they did not deserve protection from the Arcane. In that case, Sasako would let them in herself, and as such her ultimate goal is the eradication of mankind at the hands of the Arcane.

Sasako is snarky, cold and taunting, often grinning in the face of her opponent's helplessness. She is mildly sadistic and refuses to see any of her victims as actual equal human beings, just scum who used her sister and then tossed her aside. She is working under the extremely twisted notion that the potential lives her sister had saved did not deserve to be saved, and as such she would take those lives, even if that would not bring her sister back.

History: Nanamine Yuuko was a single child who lost her parents to the Arcane when she was extremely young, and as such she never knew them enough to mourn their loss. Placed into a state orphanage, the moment she was old enough to leave she went out to explore the world, sustaining her travels by working odd jobs here and there.

Case File: Akinasa Sasako, alias "Zabaniya"

Wanted For: Multiple counts of murder of Arcane Hunters, multiple counts of murder of Magnum Hunters, five counts of murder of government officials, subtle advocation of anarchy, 16 attempted murders of Arcane Hunters, 79 injuries to civilians, multiple counts of public destruction, acts of terrorism, cooperation with the Arcane, presenting false identity to officials, multiple accounts of theft of government property, Illegal firearms possession, six counts of jaywalking on public intersections.

Dossier: Akinasa Sasako was not expected to have an extraordinary life. Born as the younger sibling of one Akinasa Akira, experts assigned to the case believe that the terrorist "Zabaniya's" motivation began with Akira. Akira was discovered for having a peculiar supernatural power at an early age, and as such government officials experimented on Akira's power, which was seen to miraculously defeat the Arcane in a single blow.

However, as time went on, the government decided that due to the requirement of having Akira's blood inside the target's body the best way to utilize this magic would be to filter Akira's blood and contain them into bullets for Akira to wield. At the same time, it is believed that the government commissioned Akira as an undercover Magnus Huntress codenamed "Zabaniya", which we believe is the source of Sasako's current terrorist alias. (Psychology experts believe that the adoption of her sister's codename points to the idea that Sasako believes she is somehow carrying out her sister's will, or inherited her sister's status in some way).

As time went on, it became clear that the filtering of Akira's blood as well as Akira's young age proved a very devastating combination for Akira's health. Combining those two factors with the strain of embarking on missions is believed to have lead to Akira's development of a severe case of Anemia. However, under [NAME EXPUNGED]'s executive orders Akira's lifestyle and duties were not altered. This lead to Akira's tragic death at the age of 20 to heart failure.

Akira and Sasako were known to have been extremely close, even after Sasako was assigned missions as "Zabaniya". Even until their final days on Akira's hospital deathbed, Sasako was seen visiting her and worrying about her health. It is believed that Akira's death devastated Sasako. Her first known crime began here when she killed the men who were sent to confiscate Akira's remaining "Imposed Lockdown" bullets and took all of Akira's equipment for herself, becoming the "second Zabaniya". To this day, officials believe she masquerades out in the open under a false ID and plots some form of revenge.

Kotomine Kirei woke up to find himself in an empty, ruined classroom. With no idea how he had arrived at this location nor where this particular location actually was, Kirei found himself considering his options. His magic and command seals were gone, but his physical body remained the same. He had no black keys nor did he have any of his equipment but it was good enough. He could wait, believe this was some sort of dream or he could head outside and explore.

Seeing as there seemed to be no point in staying in one location, Kirei slowly opened the door and entered the second floor hallway. Hearing voices, Kirei slowly headed towards the east hall, the source of the voices. He was stepping slowly and cautiously; with his dark priest robes and the already dim lighting only the glint of his cross pendant would differentiate him from a possible ghost or monster that resided in this location.

Personality: Kirei was born defective, possessing a warped mind since birth. He is an evil person, but not a villain. He is deviant, but not inhuman. He is not sane, but neither is he insane. Despite his personal accomplishments, he never felt satisfaction. Despite his best efforts he could not enjoy what other people found happiness in, and instead found himself drawn to negative emotions like the pain of others. He is able to act like a normal person, even bringing pride to his father, but he intrinsically cannot understand others or things they see as "beautiful."

Short Bio: A church executor, Kotomine was a model priest but always felt conflicted with himself, never feeling satisfaction nor feeling the same sort of enjoyment most others enjoyed. After questioning himself, his encounter with a certain heroic spirit made him embrace his love for the misery and pain of others. He now still lives as a priest, but few know his true nature.

Skills:

Combat experience: Kirei is a skilled Executor, who has become a combat expert with over ten years of experiences in killing magi. He has experience hunting many strange magi and has fought countless numbers to the death, so he is used to facing enemies beyond common sense.

Extremely powerful physical abilities: He is extremely strong, allowing him to gather all his strength to jump ten meters up and grab a person out of a tree by the head before they can react, all in an instant. Due to his strength, his muscles are trained to the point where they go far beyond what would overpower a normal person in theory. He can easily fall twenty meters while carrying a small girl and land without any issue. He can run fifty kilometers per hour in a forest with uneven terrain while carrying a small girl without reinforcing himself with magecraft, and he does not display any tiredness at all.

Baji Quan Martial arts: It is a style that takes the shortest route without any initial movement to damage the inside instead of the outside. He is an expert capable of defeating a normal person with a single hit, but claims that it is a mimicry of taolu without much behind it. Even against Shirou's body of swords, it damages him inside rather than outside, allowing the impacts to pierce through him. One combination, “Six grand opening - elbow upthrust”, involves grabbing the opponent's arm from below, carrying it up while also pressing his side close to the opponent's waist, and simultaneously delivering a blow to the heart with his left elbow and a strike from his left foot to the supporting leg, all in an instant to combine offense and defense.
