Updated version of my OC. Background story and weapon changed, Personality, new fighting style and two new techniques added.

Ninja Rank(S-Rank being the highest and deadliest.): Equivalent to an S-rank ninja. A-rank if the ninja focuses on taijutsu, making his iaijutsu moot.

Basic fighting style: Tai-Ninja Iaijutsu (Anti-ninja iaijutsu - The skill of striking down a ninja before he/she is able to achieve any hand seals. Part of the discipline of this art is the act of sheathing the katana and unleashing a blow with the unsheathing of the sword as part of the strike.). He will sometimes mix this with mineuchi (blunt side) strikes that will throw off even the most experienced swordsman due to the radically different swings.
Tools(Optional): His katana, a specialized Katana that is thinner and lighter than most Samurai Katanas so as to be augmented to wind release.
Biography: Yuuto was a skilled samurai from the land of iron, albeit one with a bit of a rebellious streak - he liked to prioritize his heart over his orders. He was set to be a normal if not exceptionally skilled Samurai who would probably live his days safeguarding the peace and neutrality of the land of iron. He would have stayed as an unnoticed samurai if it wasn't for a single event - during a minor dispute between two ninja clans, two ninjas who fought dangerously close to the Land of Iron border was intercepted by Yuuto, who engaged them and disabled them. While no harm came to the ninjas, he was still accused of acting too rashly and was harshly disciplined, leading to a rift between him, who believed he had done the right thing, and his lords. It was also through this event that his emerging skill began to be noticed.
More and more tension came as, even as he climbed the ranks at an absurdly young age, he openly opposed the land of Iron's involvement with the republic. A staunch believer of the Land of Iron's Laissez Faire attitude to the shinobi world, he was under the belief that the land of Iron getting involved would mire it into Shinobi struggles, threatening the peace it had so carefully cultivated. He disliked the higher-ups for their insistence on joining the republic and the higher-ups disliked him for his perceived arrogance as well as his opposition to their policies. Finally, things came to a head when the Taisho issued Yuuto a challenge - Yuuto would duel the Taisho's right hand man, and if he won Yuuto would have a legitimate voice and position in the Land of Iron's government.
Yuuto won the duel easily, utilizing his most deadly technique, Swallow Reversal.
Although he gained the position, he soon discovered it was nothing more than a means to control him. Resigning his position soon after he gained it, he was exiled from the land for his disloyalty and his lack of obedience. Yuuto simply spat in the face of their exile, boasting that he would have left even if they hadn't exiled him. Since then, he wandered the world.
Personality: Yuuto is, above all, a man who loves peace, believing that a truly brilliant man would "Win a war without fighting a battle". However, he is also honour-bound, unable to step away from a challenge due to his strict adherence to the bushido code of honour. When not in combat, he will generally be a friendly man who just wants to drink some god-damn tea.
Although he was known to be rather arrogant and self assured due to his skill, his exile and his subsequent loneliness taught him a lesson in humility. While he still believes that his beliefs were right, he does now accept the fact that the way he openly and arrogantly opposed the government was the wrong way to bring about the changes he wanted.
Jutsu List: Yuuto does not use traditional jutsu, but through his innovation he has discovered several new uses of chakra for the samurai.
Chakra Katana - a passive ability, Yuuto's katana is always augmented by his chakra in combat as per the standard samurai skills.
Wind Release: Kusanagi - Yuuto's sword has the passive ability of making the wind turn in the direction of his swing. He can use this to throw off momentum and give himself an edge in speed. This ability is part of the sword and it constantly drains chakra from Yuuto when unsheated, which is why he focuses on Iaido as much as he can.
Wind Release: Blowing protection - Yuuto summons chakra and draws forth a wall of wind with his katana, which provide protection for him against physical projectiles and minor jutsu. A focused, devestating attack can easily shatter this protection.
"Iaijutsu: Sweeping Wind" - Drawing upon an effective, unorthodox yet one of the most basic uses of Chakra, Yuuto constantly has his chakra focused on his feet. As a result, at an instant's notice he is able to close even meter long gaps between him and his opponent.
Rokkaku (Sixth sense): Yuuto's many experiences have lead him to develop his sixth sense extremely well, offering resistance against penalties caused by visual obstructions. When crossing swords with a seasoned warrior or ninja, he would not fall for half-hearted feints.
Iaijutsu - Swallow Reversal - Yuuto switches his chakra focus from his feet to his arms and slashes three simultaneous strikes: The first strike comes from above, The second strike is horizontal from the right; and the third strike is a horizontal strike from the left. The avoidance of all three slashes are required to remain undamaged, for the avoidance of one slash will still result in the hit of the other two.
The true danger of the ability comes from the fact that on top of being simultaneous, Yuuto actually kept a hidden secret from even his peers in the Land of Iron - he had mastered Summoning Jutsu. While he has nothing to summon, he uses the same space-time alteration techniques to, quite literally, summon his sword "out" of reality and summons it back into his hand right before it comes into contact with the opponent.
