Kuroneko, if you're talking about Katherine she's actually the overseer, not a participant.
Also, BB and I will be sharing mastership of Caster ^^
Oh? I wasn't aware there was a given year for this to be set in yet.

I'll adjust accordingly though.
Name(s): Katherine Klienrech

Gender: Female

Age: 22

Birthday: 05/06/1983

Personality: Katherine is strict and no-nonsense, always believing in the god's will. However, that seemingly cold outer layer is simply a protection she put up to prevent people from coming close to her - in her reasoning, she is an knight of the church and she should be devoted to her mission. She had no time for any distractions, particularly not some man trying lame pickup lines on her. She is quite charitable and is willing to extend mercy - to anything that is other than a dead apostle, heretic or anyone who would threaten the innocent. Then, she'll hunt you down like a wolf hunting down deer.

Appearance:

Biography and Family History: Katherine was born to parents who were devoted to the lord and the church, and as such was granted magic circuits as a miracle of the faith. However, after an accident in which they were killed she was orphaned; being dropped off in a church-run orphanage. Said orphanage was a training ground for future knights of the church, and as such she was trained in combat and to have absolute faith in god ever since she could walk, read and write. Joining the Chivalric Order of the Church at the age of 15, she fought the likes of Dead Apostles and Mages, earning quite a kill count. After five years as a member, Katherine was granted the title of Knight-Captain and given the Scripture she uses to this day.

When the next holy grail war was announced, the church decided to appoint someone more skilled than Risei, remembering the fiasco that the fourth holy grail war ended up becoming. As such, they appointed Katherine to become the next overseer of the Holy Grail war, and she swore to be impartial and ensure that each participant would compete following the rules, no matter how despicable she might find some of the participants to be.

Origin and Elemental Affinity: Belief

Number of Magic Circuits and Quality of Magic Circuits: Average

Quality of Magic Circuits: Average

Magic Circuit Switch: A silent prayer to the lord

Prana Tank: Average

Magecraft:

Thaumatergical Theory of the Church
Holy Sacrament: Baptism

Mystic Codes and Equipment:

Enchanted clothing: All clothing that Katherine owns, from the nun habit to her combat clothing, is enchanted by the church's protection spells.

Black Keys: Special Blades used by the church to combat beings such as Dead Apostles; the blade portion of the weapon is formed by passing prana through them. These blades do devastating damage to Dead Apostles. Katherine has several hilts of Black Keys with her at all times.

Pure Eyes: Eyes that allow Katherine to see someone's emotions through "color"; these eyes also allow Katherine to see spiritual entities such as dematerialized servants.

Unused Command Seals: Katherine owns all of the unused command seals of the holy grail wars. While they are normally meant to be offered as prizes for any missions Katherine deems necessary to announce, she can also use them to bolster her own magic when materializing Black Keys in self defence.

Holy Scripture: Prima Hostia: The Holy Scripture granted to Katherine upon her promotion to a Knight Captain, Prima Hostia can be said to be the "First" Black Key ever created. The actual "hilt" of the scripture is a bracelet which is forged from the horn of a unicorn. When activated, Prima Hostia takes the form of a lance which materializes around Katherine's arm, thus making the bracelet a "hilt" of sorts and giving it the designation of the first ever black key, although it's abilities are far superior to what any Black Key can do. Aside from being extremely effective on Dead Apostles and demons, the lance also enforces the concept of severing and binding.

Non-Magecraft Related Skills: As a Knight-Captain, she is able to perform extreme physical acts which would quickly tire any normal person out without even being winded, such as jumping ten metres into the air or carrying someone while running at full sprint. Having fought many battles against Dead Apostles and Mages, Katherine is able to remain calm and rational in the face of any opponent. When in hand to hand combat, she uses Super Bajiquan, which is the strange term used to describe Bajiquan infused with magecraft to make each strike and blow much more swift and powerful.

She is also extremely skilled in the act of using a computer is able to utilize one without accidentally summoning characters from Fate/Extra for more than five minutes. She is also able to record a tv program with Blu-Ray Recorders with only five minutes of struggle. Take that Tohsaka.
Just gonna drop this in here before I forget again

Name: Alexandria (Alexis) Klienrest
Age/Age appearance: 18
Master or Servant: Master
Who is their Master/Servant: Temptress
Weapon(s): None
Magic (master/caster only):

General Magecraft
Western Magecraft

Origin: Territorial Control

Mystic Code: Thron der gebrechlichen - a mystic code created by Alexis that originates from a wheelchair she uses; this wheelchair is the source of a five layered bounded field which protect Alexis at all times. The first and widest layer consists of a bounded field which works within up to a 100m radius around the wheelchair, warning her of any hostile presences. The second layer consists of a field that will hide Alexis' presence from anything except visual contact. The third layer consists of a special magical field - any spells attempted by Alexis in this field will be amplified and made much more powerful with lower cost to her prana. The fourth layer acts as a protection against magic - Any magic that Alexis is unaware of or deems hostile will be weakened within this layer, and the fifth layer is one that Alexis crafted specifically not to fall to the trap of underestimating heretics -- the fifth layer automatically completely freezes in place any moving object that Alexis is not aware of or deems hostile. Once objects are frozen and Alexis has had the opportunity to judge whether or not the moving objects are a threat to her she may allow them to keep moving as if they never stopped, force them to lose all momentum and simply drop to the floor or allow them to keep their momentum but move in the opposite direction.

Appearance:

Personality (can be left blank): Alexis is a girl who sees violence with distaste, preferring to focus on defence and protection as demonstrated by her mystic code. Her reasoning for joining the holy grail war despite her distaste for violence comes from two reasonings: First, killing the masters is not a NECESSITY, and second the servants themselves are perfectly willing to fight to the death on their own will in the first place, so there was no reason to stop them. She holds absolute confidence in herself - to the point that when confronted with the fact that killing masters would be the best way to win she would scoff and ask "Do you really think I'm incapable of winning without resorting to such tactics?" and takes refuge in the fact that she holds complete understanding of most concepts. On the other hand, if she comes across something that is beyond her understanding she would lose any sense of safety and comfort and dive into trying to understanding it as quickly as possible.

Alexis also has a soft side in which she likes to indulge in various hobbies - with varying degrees of success. While she had become good at cooking and origami, her family still insists that the sweater she had been trying to knit was an abomination that was most definitely trying to attack her, and she never really did quite get over the fact her family attacked it on sight.

Bio: Alexis was a student at the clock tower who was hailed as a genius in the field of field creation, creating many advanced fields with ease. The powerful fields which protect the Klienrest estate in Europe were crafted by her. The Klienrest family had been magus for several generations, but she was the first one to actually be of exceptional talent. Learning about the holy grail war and being chosen as a master, she travelled to Japan in order to take part as a master in order to further raise the prestige and add to the list of accomplishments to the fledging reputation of the Klienrest family.
Also, just letting this out right now: claiming the master for the temptress servant

Name: Togo Heihachiro

Class: Rider

Gender: Male

Birth and Death Dates: 27 January 1848 – 30 May 1934

Alignment: Lawful Good

Height: 155cm

Weight: 50kg

Personality: Togo keeps a cool head but is willing to take gambles, as shown when he gambled on Russian incompetency during the opening moves of the battle of Tsushima. Instead of Chivalry he does follow the codes of Bushido, but he is highly suspicious when offering "a warrior's mercy," always considering the possibility an opponent's surrender and submission may be a feint, as demonstrated when he delayed in accepting the Russian fleet's surrender and had his ships continue firing without retaliation due to concerns that the surrender would be a bluff. Outside of combat, he is a man who still strictly adheres to notions of respect and tradition.

Appearance:

Weapon: An officer's Sword and handgun

Parameters:

Agility: C

Mana: D

Luck: A

Class Skills:

Magic Resistance: E

Bio: Togo Heihachirou was a Japanese naval officer of the 19-20th centuries. During his time as an officer in the Japanese Navy, he shocked the world when he led the Japanese navy against Russia and, in a war that shocked the world, defeated not one but two Russian fleets, causing a surprise in which people expressed disbelief that "mighty Russia", feared by Europe as the giant of the East, was defeated by a small, non-European nation. The climax of the war came in the Battle of Tsushima, a battle in which he not only defeated the entire Russian Second Pacific Fleet within a span of 24 hours but did so with minimal losses, marking the first and only true victory in a pre-dreadnought steel battleship battle. However, his victory doomed Japan to a militaristic legacy that would haunt them for over 40 years - a legacy that would cost his nation millions of lives.

Personal Skills:

Voyager of the Storm: B

The ability to impel a ship one recognizes (Qualification for Rider). Because the ability as a group leader is also necessary, this unique Skill also has the effects of both Charisma and Military Tactics.

Pioneer of the Stars: A

The unique Skill given to heroes that became turning points in the human history. All difficult voyages and challenges which are considered "impossible" turn into "events that can be realized". It is the overcoming of the inefficiencies of the current era with merely human power. It is the "pride" that burns within a handful of genii that give power to their frantic efforts.

Eye of the mind (True): B

Capable of calm analysis of battle conditions even when in danger and deduce an appropriate course of action after considering all possibilities to escape from a predicament. So long there is even a 1% chance of a comeback, this ability greatly improves the chances of winning.

Noble Phantasm:

Name: Sunrise of the Imperial Fleet

Title: The Fleet that Serves the Rising Sun

Rank: D

NP Type: Anti-Army

Range: 30-60 (Main Battleship cannons), 20-40 (Secondary and cruiser cannons)

Maximum Number of Targets: Deployment of Four Battleships and Two cruisers, all firing in broadside

Description: Togo summons the fleet he had under his direct command during the Battle of Tsushima, and he himself along with his master is transported to the open bridge of the ship from which he commanded the fleet against the Russian Second Pacific fleet in life. With a single hand motion, the fleet sails in a line across the battlefield, all of them opening fire. Each shell has a large radius of effect, making the Sunrise of the Imperial Fleet an extremely difficult Noble Phantasm to outright avoid.

He is also able to partially summon the secondary turrets of the Mikasa during the heat of combat without unleashing his full Noble Phantasm.
So... question: How heavy is the PvP in this meant to be?
