Nicolas bashed his head against the wall as the headmaster spoke. He did this repeatedly in frustration. "Ugh," he whined. "A guild mark? What next? Do I have to commit to a sacrifice?" Phones' forehead was becoming a bright red. "I must be the luckiest guy in the world to be able to join the Phoenix Fling," he said sarcastically. He stopped hitting his skull and remained contempt. It was starting to hurt him; he rubbed his forehead with his palm. Wagging his finger, he sat down. "I don't do tattoos. It is important to treat my body as a temple." Nicolas stated. He then breathed out of his nose. Pinching the stem of his nose, he gave Jamie an annoyed look. "What is this? I need a babysitter now?"
> Ah, isn't a lack of BB/QQcode amazing Leaves? -Twitches-
Bump.
Nicolas' breath was rapid and interrupted. He gritted his teeth and wrinkled his forehead. The young mage was pissed off; he did not plan to join a guild today. Phones closed his eyes and controlled his breathing. Twisting his head, he popped his neck while looking at the Jamie. "First time I have been threatened to join a guild," Nicolas grunted. "I'll join your Phoenix Party," he popped his knuckles and adjusted his headphones around his ears. "Another guild to add to _the list,_ I suppose." He crossed his arms, "You can let this prison down now...Jamie." Nicolas stared daggers at the headmaster. He was not amused by this decision; he did not like being leashed. His hand dug through his pocket as he picked a song that best described his anger.
Nicolas rolled his eyes once he felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned himself around immediately, "Listen, geezer! I'm going to-" He cut off his rant short. He noticed that the headmaster's appearance had changed. Nicolas scratched his head wondering if it was the same person or another lecturer. "You grew boobs?!" Nicolas yelled. "That's a weird area of magic..." Nicolas smirked; he did not care to listen even though it was another face. Nicolas then froze in the moment. Something didn't feel right to him. He stretched his arms and had hit an invisible wall. The young mage gritted his teeth and gave the woman a death stare. "You son of a-" Nicolas then began kicking and punching the area around him. He kept an ear opened as the lady kept talking. "Let me out of here," Nicolas demanded as he brought his hands close to him. He pointed his hands to the wall and began furiously clapping to destroy it. It was to no avail. He clenched his fists. _"There might be only one way to escape this death wall, but I haven't perfected that move yet,"_ Nicolas thought to himself. He chose not to try and decided maybe he could break it with physical strength. Phones placed his hands on the invisible wall; he stared sternly at the headmaster. "You can call me Phones. I am on this train because I love to travel and it is better than walking. I'm not looking for guilds; I just happen to come across them," he said as he tried to pushed the invisible wall further. "Dark guilds?" He scoffed. "I have already had the misfortune of being in one. Wasn't for me. Although, I was in a phase at the time and they were just too...gothic for me." Phones continued to go ballistic.
One of Nicolas' eyebrows rose when he listened to the geezer talk to him. He gave him a stunned look and proceeded to stare at a wall, almost as if he was looking at an audience. "This foo," Nicolas jerked his head over to the guild master as if saying 'get a load of this guy.' The sound mage pulled his shoulder away from the male figure. He placed his hands in his pockets. "Umm, okay," Nicolas thought that if he agrees and just shakes his head everything will end. "I hear you. On my keister, mister." Nicolas turned around and decided to head over the other train car. He was done with this one and it proved to be filled with a bunch of lecturers. Phones does not like enclosed spaces thus he does not appreciate being leashed. He walked down the damaged hallway without saying anything so no one will question his behavior any further.
"Yeah, yeah. I'm sorry, whatever," Nicolas waved his hand. He apologized without care and effort as he just wanted to stop the constant rambling. As he listened to the mage, he rolled his eyes. Every guild that Nicolas has been in or kicked out of have always had one similarity. They all claim to be the best or the most powerful. "That's nice," he responded while trying his best to seem interested. "Did that animal just talk?" Phones pointed his finger while bewildered at the cat's communication skills. He looked at it stun, but snapped out of it as the Guild Master addressed him. He shook his head, "Huh? What?" The geezer was comparing Nicolas to people that utilize magic for harm. He was not sure how to respond to this. Nicolas shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know." He proceeded to clap his hands together, but more softly as to further damage the train. "Well, I would not have destroyed your cart if it wasn't for your associates. Let it be known one of them did hang me from outside the window." He picked his ear for a bit and then started to flick it on the floor. "I also hate closed spaces. Speaking of..." Phones took one look at the mage right beside him. He then gave one giant step away from him to guarantee more space.
"Nuh-uh. Wasn't me," Nicolas responded to the mage that stood up. He tapped on his chin as the mage listed everything that had transpired. Phones was not really interested in listening to this subject matter. He swayed his head side to side and waited for his chance to speak. Nicolas could hear a lady scowling him about the train; he brought a finger to his lip and shushed her. "Shh, crazy cat lady. That grown up is talking." Nicolas could already tell this guy was of higher authority. The best guess was that he was the headmaster of this clique. It seemed obvious as the first girl answered to him. "What do I have to say for myself?" Phones thought to himself as the guy ended his speech. Phones has been looking for guilds to join. His succession rate of finding one he likes has not gone well. He has been through several that he did not end up liking, or the other mages did not end up liking him. His foot tapped the floor as he stood in his train debris. "I'm looking for a guild to join. Are you the guild for me?" Phones asked forgetting about the question.
Nicolas was in a trance. Everybody kept pulling him by the collar of his shirt. He barely heard a word of what the guy had said. The brute had slightly touched his headphones; additionally, everyone was pushing him into a corner. The situation was becoming closed-spaced and Nicolas was not having it. This moment felt a lot similar to the orphanage. Nicolas twitched a bit and adjusted his headphones. He silently breathed and placed his hands on his lap. "I NEED MY PERSONAL SPACE!" The teen suddenly yelled and brought his hands to his side. He immediately clapped his hands creating a circular sound force around his hands. The room around him was knocked down as so was he. Nicolas picked himself up from the broken debris of the train's wall and dusted himself off. He continued walking down the trashed hallway of the train, but then he halted his movements and turned back. "Oh, wait. Did you say Guild mages?"
Yes, it is.
