Spinel finally broke down and decided to ask for directions near an old statue. She had walked in circles for what seemed like hours and got nowhere. She found someone lying near the statue who seemed to be watching the clouds. The girl figured he wasn't doing much if he had time to sit and watch clouds. "Excuse me, I'm trying to find the dorms, could you help me?" She asked.

It was her first day at CGA. Spinel had never been anywhere outside of the town where she grew up so it was her first time seeing anything like this and she had to admit the school was bigger than she imagined. She watched as the crystal gems hurried to their classes and decided to hurry and find her dorm room. Apparently any half gem's dorm was what their parents left them "Great" she thought to herself wondering what dump her mother might have left her, but at least she had something and whatever state it was in she could always fix it up later. Even if she didn't get a chance to meet her mother the girl stayed on the positive side and hoped for the best. She just hoped she would be able to fit in here.

Personality: Spinel can be a bit difficult to get along with when you first meet her. While she can be sweet her temper does get the best of her sometimes, She can also be very stubborn as she takes after her mother and is not afraid to start a fight if. This is mostly due to where and how she grew up, but underneath her hardened exterior is a person who only wants to be accepted for who she is. If someone could get close to her they'd find a much softer side. When around those she would call friends she's extremely protective and, if she sees you're down she'll try and cheer you up, But don't get the wrong idea she's not above speaking her mind and will let you have it if you get on her bad side.
