"Aww, what kind of girl would I be if I stole you away from this beautiful woman, and she's quite the looker. I didn't know you had such good taste." She said laughing after Ton had been knocked to the ground by the large polar bear dog . It seemed like the night was far from over as the girl heard a noise that sounded like fire bending coming from around the corner "Hey did you hear that?" She said turning around quickly, "Come on!" The girl yelled to the boy as she ran to where the noise was coming from and turned the corner only to find the girl from earlier being attacked by five girls. She quickly looked for a water source and found a troth for animals, took the water from there, and quickly wrapped around one of the girls legs and flung her into a wall. "Look at what we have here Ton a bunch of stupid goons picking on an innocent girl, you people really just don't know when to call it a day do you? Looks like I'm gonna have to teach you a lesson" The girl said with a little smirk as she clasped her fist inside of her hand.

"You? Ha ha, I guess anybody would be a step up from the stiffs that run it now" The girl said as she walked with the boy back to his parents inn. Even though she put her faith wholeheartedly in the avatar she couldn't help but think about what Ton had said, maybe he was right, and maybe great grandma Korra was the last avatar we needed. Maybe we did need to start solving our own problems, however she refused to believe that the usefulness of the avatar had come to an end. "Oh what are your parents going to be surprised you showed up unannounced with a pretty girl like me? That's okay I'll just tell them we're going steady, you know holding hands and all that." She said with a sly smirk elbowing him softly in the arm as he mentioned something about mulling her stay over with his parents.

"Yeah well when you find one politician that isn't corrupt and actually does something they say they're going to do instead of talking about it let me know. Until then I'll stick with the avatar thank you very much, besides the avatar is way better than a bunch of stuffy old people sitting on the butts and twiddling their thumbs wondering how the world should work. You honestly can't tell me that you expect every avatar to have something to do when they show up like Aang did" She said just after noticing the girl had stormed off. "Hey wai-, nice one ton" the girl said as she let out a big sigh. It was getting late and the festivities had started to die down, and she was starting to get a little tired as she let out a big yawn and stretched as high as she could with her arms high above her head. "Oh well, It's getting late"

"Ha ha Yeah I noticed, and not to be a moocher I might just have to take you up on that offer" She said looking around at the festivities. "How could you say that Ton, we need the avatar, we'll always have need for one. What if another war were to break out?" The girl said as she folded her arms over her head and turned to the boy. "Bringing peace to the four nations is what the avatar does, like Aang, Korra, and all the other avatars that came before them." The girl said. "Sure they might not always be there when you need them, but you can't expect them to help everyone in need."

"Guess that's one way to put it" The girl said noting at Ton's lung comment as she wiped the fire flakes off of her clothing. "Like the water tribe stallion said we're water benders." she said mocking the boy. "Fresh from the ever growing dull northern water tribe. So what brings a fire bender all the way out here, and how come I didn't get an invitation?" the girl said as she punched Ton in the arm.
