I'll redirect you to the proper thread :)

The snowy blizzard blew violently through the dead forest. The wooling as it brushed past the tree sounded like the sprits of the past tormented by atomic fire. But past these horrific sounds was something far worse. The fine crunching sound of heavily armoured boots wading through the snow.

Forty-Seven troops, all wearing identical uniforms with an E surrounded by starts stitched in, adapted for winter operations and able to live up to the standards of the Canadian Wastes. Heavy respirator breathing filled the air as the troops continued marching on. Their weapons ready to fire upon anything that moved. Leading them – Colonel Davis, he however was not wearing the matching uniform, instead he wore Advance Power Armour of unknown origin.

“Move it! We’re almost at the site!” He beckoned as he turned to face his troops who were clearly exhausted from miles of hiking without rest. An officer ran up Davis, holding some form of PDA in his hand.
“Sir, at this rate we may miss this passing off the satellite.” He said, his hands shaking from the sheer weather. Davis gave a low sigh.
“We best keep moving then!”

Accepted
Name: Colonel Alexander Davis
Age: 32
Gender: Male
Race: Human (Pure)

Picture/Appearance:

Affiliation: The Enclave

Backstory :
Colonel Davis was a field officers during the Brotherhood’s assault of Adams Airforce Base during 2277/8. Prior to that he had been a warden officer, mainly stationed as head of security for research teams investigating classified sites throughout the wasteland. It was also Davis who ‘saved’ President Iron. Well rather uncovered him from the remains of Raven Rock when he evacuated a handful of Enclave Personnel from the mobile base.
Thirteen Years on and President Irons had promoted Davis to the rank of Colonel and was now in charge of rebuilding what remained of the Enclave, retreating to ENCLAVE.STATION.TAU, an oil rig off the coast of Vancouver. Currently enroute to Fort New Haven to establish a forward operations outpost, President Irons has begun what has been cod named Project: Genesis.
I have such a love/hate relationship with the aliens in Fallout. I place my unyielding faith in our almighty GM's ability to incorporate them.

It will be mainly just scraps of their tech that factions have found, there will be very little if no actual living aliens running around XCOM style.
Ah, so you're thinking of incorporating the Mothership Zeta stuff in there? Interesting. We can always use a few more aliens.

The idea is that the debris from the ship you destroy was far too big to have all burnt up in orbit and large sections of it crash land in Canada, which is how certain factions have risen into power, and why both BoS and the Enclave are having a bitch fit over it. Of course, the most powerful stuff it either undiscovered, or damaged (at point) to be repaired to a fully operable state.

I think you can safely share spoilers whenever you like - We're a bunch of people looking to write in the Fallout Universe. Spoilers are fair-game in the pursuit of writing awesome stuff.

I assume you're talking about the "mysterious metal" falling from the skies? That does seem coincidentally apropos. Lol.

Which may or may not be a result of the aftermath of a certain FO3 DLC... Spoilers ;)
@Korbanjaro

I do like the idea :) And I believe the name of the empire to be rather fitting if you read the last part of the second paragraph. I don't want to give too much away right now, but once you read between the lines, you'll be like "Ohhh...."
@Kingfisher@Korbanjaro

I think you boys have missed something that I put in the little prologue :)
