Walking Dead would be pretty cool, but it would definitely be way more serious. The fan fics have always been the comic relief for the IC, so more grimdark will lead to a grimdark singularity. Beyond the Event Horizon, we're all dying our hair, wearing too-tight jeans, listening to depressing music and talking about how hard our lives are when our parents tell us to turn down our Nine Inch Nails.
