Alright then, I understand. I just though it was pretty awesome... ( :( ) But never mind. :) I'll go with "The shot glanced his eyes, causing damage but did not impale itself into his skull. The arrow itself fell out instead of being pulled out.". I'll edit the post and change it, but he will still have damage to his eye, and will be partly blinded/sight damaged.I apologize for the surrealism, I just though it was nice to give some characters a strange personality (or an awkward strength. (I'm not entirely sure how to word it)).And finnally, I apologize again to Leidenschaft, If I came across as an absolute idiot or fool. (Which I am...) ;)EDIT: I have edited the post now. Also, I realized I made the same mistake of putting "fired their bows", and would like to apologize again for correcting you, when I had made the same mistake. Sorry... :)

All is well, my friend. Not much makes it past these reading eyes. I've put extensive research into HEMA, medieval weaponry and related subjects, so excuse me for being a bit of an elitist. :p Trust me, realism can be just as badass, if not moreso, than michael-bay-esque surrealism.

Hello! I'm writing up a sheet for Skavia's Jarldom as we speak. Unless anyone objects, would it be alright to give Northern bastards the name "Rain" in reference to the unpleasant weather? I was originally thinking "Ice" but that felt too Snow-y. Other ideas totally welcome.

Grey/Gray perhaps? In reference again to the unpleasant weather.

im not expecting it to bury my sins only to protect my forests. if I have to id rather pay with septims im simply trying to stay the neutral party but if its choosing sides between people who abandoned us when we needed them most or to take a leap of faith and still be independent with my lands then ill take the choice that requires less bloodshed on my part. is it so hard to believe that the bosmer seek redemption from the great war? we may be elves but we would rather eat queen alanor then to let anyone take over our lands

Yea, that's why you slaughtered the Imperial garrisons and helped kill any Bosmer that disagreed with the actions, right? In the world of politics, there are none who are innocent.

Game of Scrolls.

Seriously, though, one would think in 5 years the Thalmor could have rooted(ehehe) out those dissenters still remaining in Valenwood. By 4e205, Valenwood would have a pretty sweet gig as part of the Dominion. Same with Elsweyr, being a client-state isn't all too bad and the way Khajiiti psychology works would mean that if the Thalmor told them they brought back their precious moons they'd be more than happy to bend knee. Khajiit always put the clan before the individual, it's why the Mane wasn't so much a national leader but more of just some wise guy whose advice they would listen to and give some thought.
Thank the Doctors that the boy made it out alive and thank the immensely small chance of all of the factors that preceded the boy getting an arrow in the head that it didn't kill him.

But the boy was shot by a modern competition archery style arrow, not a thick-shafted, iron-headed arrow made specifically to kill.

Don't worry. There's going to be a little more to it than that. This may sound ridiculous, but at that time he was in such a rage, that his mind did not completely recognise that he had been hit there. Also, people can survive a projectile to the eye, and it wouldn't be shot, an arrow would be loosed or loosened. (Don't mean to be a dick, I was just saying) But, I will continue that, and he is going to be damaged more. :)

Thank you, I appreciate the reminder that that is the correct way to say "shooting" an arrow.

Although, that whole rage thing? No. I'm sorry. Please, Gcold, reign me in if you think I'm stepping over the line, but please. Please, for the love of S'rendarr and all that is holy, no one has ever not noticed getting an arrow straight to the head. The only known projectile that goes fast enough for one not to notice being shot or at least minimally impaired is a small caliber round, something along the lines of a .22.

An arrow does not have the velocity to go unnoticed until a friend points out that something is sticking out of your face. I appreciate a bit of realism in the RPs I choose to co-GM in. TES is fantasy, I get it, but even people in fantasy bleed, go into shock and other things characteristic of any multi-celled organism.

One of the Slavic-based ones... I want to say Vecca but I'm not sure if that was it. Hmmm.

If it was Vecca then we have something that we could work on, as both of my POV characters are from Vecca.

Busy, sick, trying to think up something a bit more inspired than simply "Imperial Russia only they now have bear-mounted cavalry"... Y'know, the usual.

I hope you get well soon! And for what Kingdom is this? Perhaps we could brainstorm together later today.

Still here and still waiting for clarification on the timeline. I can't see anything about the kingdoms of the arm on it.

If the world's as open as Gowi would like it to be, worldbuild with him or make some history on your own and then peer-review it with him.
So, what's happening with everyone? Been a while since any OOC posts. Can I get a roll call?
