Temporal Distortion(Passive)
The ability to distort time seems to have left it's mark upon Matt, causing his form to shimmer and waiver. Though he is visibly marked, the only ones able to detect this effect are those who have an affinity with prana. Despite making him stick out like a sore thumb, it also makes him a harder target- as he seems to move slightly faster then the world around him. This effect is further increased in his true form.

Chrono Snare
Able to set small bomb like mechanism that adheres to most surfaces, these charges are set off by proximity and cause moderate damage to it's victim. On top of that, the victim is slowed considerably for a couple of seconds. The range of these explosives are very near to the device itself, but can be extended in true form.

Blink Strike
Using his ability to warp the perspective of time, Matt seems to move quicker than the world around him. However, he can focus his affinity to slow time even further for himself, causing his opponents to see him effectively warp to another location. In true form, this attack delivers a strike that deals moderate damage, though amplified if an opponent is slowed or otherwise impaired.

Rewind
Matt carries a small necklace with an hour glass that seems to shimmer and shine with temporal energy. Should he focus his efforts, he can renew part of his prana. However, this requires immense concentration and requires an almost trance like state. This skill cannot be used in combat or until a considerable time afterwards.

Reset
Expending most of his prana, Matt is able to heal most of his wounds and warp himself to a previous location within a short amount of time. This skill can be used only in True Form, and takes a great toll on the warrior, though renewing his physical state.

Personality:
Reserved and quiet, Matt spends most of his time working or shut in at home. Single and without many friends, Matt plays League with a few people he's met over his time in the game, and is often the shot caller in his small group. Calculating and observant, he finds it easy to form a plan of action, using his character's mobility to either bait in the enemy or work himself into an advantageous position for the upcoming battle. Since being 'gifted' with this power, he does his best to keep to himself, often straight home from work and doing his best to avoid others. However, he does have a soft spot for those who have been caught up in this chaos, often attempting to assassinate the aggressor or use his abilities to help the victim flee.

Short Biography:

Loner by trade, Matt does his best to avoid social interactions, preferring his job as an IT consultant which allows him his solitude. He fills his time with games and research, though still making time to exercise to keep his physical form. Once the 'incidents' began to occur, Matt did his best to recluse and keep to himself, trying to keep himself out of the chaos. However, the events seemed to leave their mark on him, causing the man to dodge and duck many assailants over the past few days. Growing tired of the actions of punks and bastards, Matt began finding others with the talent in an attempt to keep the peace in the shadows... Or at least try to keep the chaos to the minimum.

Warden's Vigor (Passive):
A protector by nature, Liam's tendancy to come to his allies aid often puts him in harms way. However, his wounds will slowly heal over time while fighting in close proximity to an ally, but only while in combat. This effect loses the proximity to ally circumstance while in true form.

Mounting Blows (Toggle):
While in combat, Liam can focus his prana into his strikes, causing each consecutive strike to deal more damage. This ability becomes passive while in true form.

Protector's Curse:
Liam focuses his prana to curse his target, causing the victim to lose strength and speed for a short time. While in true form, the effect becomes stronger, and causes Liam to regain a moderate amount of health over time.

Ritual Circle:
Focusing his prana, Liam is able to ignite a circle in target location, causing a small amount of damage, but it slowly increases as his target continues to stand there. This spell returns health to Liam over time while in true form.

Surge of Sands:
This effect is not available until Liam drops below a certain health threshold and can only be used in true form. Once triggered, Liam increases in size and strength, becoming more resilient and gaining added effects to his spells.

Personality:

Often called 'Big Brother' by his friends and family, Liam does his best to be there for those who earn his trust and favor. Not a fighter by nature, he doesn't actively look for fights, but will not waste time dispatching those who threaten those close to him or himself. Ever confident and bold, he has no issues with self confidence, but he can put that aside for friend and family, and is more than willing to do so.

Short Biography:

A part time student and intern, Liam makes his living at a local thrift store where he spends most of his time attending the counter and waiting on impatient and incompetent morons of his home town... However, he takes this all with a smile, refusing to let the dire mood of his city ruin his mood. With a ever cool demeanor, he tends to carry himself with a confident swagger and a hearty smile. He does the best he can with his busy schedule, finding some time to relax at home and log in to League of Legends from time to time to keep touch with his friends from work and school. However, once the 'incidents' began occurring, he did his best to keep himself on the streets, teaching whatever punk wants to flex their muscle their place.
