Appearance:

Personality: Vallen is a traditionalist at heart and sticks to old methods of war, as much as he can in this new age. However this unorthodox method of fighting and waging war has proved to be very effective and difficult to predict, making him a very useful leader and strategist. He never forgets a face or person, especially enemy commanders who have bested him previously, he pulls out all of the stops in order to crush them.
Vallen tries his best to ensure the fewest casualties are incurred as possible, this means he does lose many engagement, but he still has the vast majority of his fleet, thus after numerous engagements the enemy fleet will be whittled down to the point where they can be swiftly destroyed and he reclaim all that was lost.
He is quite warm hearted especially to his crew, and he is very respectful, even to enemy commanders.

Faction: Republic

Rank: High General (highest possible rank in the entire military)

Gear: Because of his races traditionalist ways he still wears the clothes of his people, which is robes and a ceremonial mask. He also has an omni-tool and a DL-18 Heavy blaster pistol.

Skills: He is a good shot with the blaster pistol and is also a very good technician, he can hack, repair and overload shields with his Omni tool, he is incredibly proficient with the Omni-tools blade. His perception comes with his race, but he can also predict enemy movements before they complete it, allowing him to prepare.

Flaws: His traditionalist values are a strength but also a weakness, they're difficult to get around at first, but once you do he is rather easy to predict. His rather mellow attitude can be a downfall in many engagements.

Right, I'll have the High general up soon, he is the commander of this baby, unless Ink thinks this ship to be far too powerful. Although Flagships are designed to be a fleet within themselves.
Republic Flagship

Name: Colossus

Classification:Flagship of the Republic.

1 Hyper-Collider, this is essentially the front of the ship which is a massive cannon, it can easily destroy a ship in a single shot if the Kinetic barriers are down. It super chargers a large slug of Iridium with electricity and fires it at an immense speed, this slug of metal is essentially just a very large chuck of metal being fired at a high speed. Rather simplistic and barbaric if one thinks about it. But it works a treat, one shot can eliminate a Cruiser if the shields are down. The shot travels at roughly one AU every 20 minutes. An astronomical unit is 93 million miles, or the average distance from the Earth to the sun. So in short, it will likely hit its target before it can evade.
72 Hydra missile bays- Hydra missiles are designed to swarm targets, the targeting systems in each missile is incredibly complex, and the missile bays are located at the back of the ship where it appears a load of spines are protruding from.
Each Hydra missile is about 25 meters in length and contains 32 smaller missiles, once the Hydra is launched it begins targeting as many things as it possibly can, this is Fighters to ships as big as a capital ship, once 32 targets have been picked; this can target a single thing many times if pickings are slim, it will seemingly disintegrate mid flight and all of the small missiles will launch after their designated targets, one salvo can easily overwhelm a frigates shields.
32 Turbo Laser Batteries- These are the main basis of any respectful ship, decent against shields and armour alike.
24 Gauss Cannons - Gauss is essentially electricity given form, these twin barreled cannons fire these at a fairly respectable rate and are purely designed to annihilate shields, since shielding can vary in what form of energy its designed against Gauss has them all beat, each shot causes energy fluctuations and starts to create holes in the sheilding, constant fire from these can overload shield generators and permanently put them out of order.

Armour and Shielding- This ship rely's heavily on shielding as it is fairly weak in its armour. However it has 3 layers of shielding. The first is a Mass effect field generated Kinetic barrier, which slows down incoming Kinetic based rounds, such as missiles and Rail cannon shots.
The second Barrier is designed against Thermal energies and slow moving objects. This is useful against Laser batteries and slower harder hitting Kinetic weapons. And finally it has a Ray shielded carapace, slow moving projectiles can get past it however, things like Missiles are best used against this, bombers can also slowly maneuver through it in order to drop their payload.
The only way to work your way to the Armour is by destroying each shield in order, so Slow moving projectiles or laser based weapons, then Fast moving projectiles and then once again slow moving weapons or bombers.
The Armour itself is thick and durable but in comparison to its powerful shielding it is weak, it only uses basic Cruiser class armour, however it does a magnetic weave in it which makes it harder to pierce through.

Flaws: The ship takes a long time to turn around, fast attack ships can do a serious number on this Flagship, but these ships must take care of not being targeted by the Missile bays. Due to the massive amount of energy this ship uses it doesn't have a GUARDIAN defense system on it, making torpedoes useful once shields are down.
The Collider takes a long time to recharge, roughly 10 minutes before another shot can be fired.

Personality: Vistark is from a very strange and unique race, that are generally referred to as angels, however the term angels is used widely and in this instance Vistark is an Angel of death.
The dark side of the force has corrupted him, his features have turned menacing instead of beautiful, his voice is now deep and resonate rather than light and harmonic.
Personality wise Vistark is not entirely what one would define as evil, he spends the vast majority of the time he has reading through ancient texts and scanning over holocroms. He lives to know all things, and is not far off.
The knowledge that is now another universe that is massively different from this one, has lead him to start collecting all knowledge relating to that universe, he finds it immensely fascinating and could talk to someone from thee for hours on end.
Other than his lust for knowledge, Vistark is generally a talkative person and he prefers to fight all his battles with his mind, this is also why he has no lightsaber. He fights purely with the force.

Faction: Sith

Rank: Apprentice/Loremaster

Gear: Armini council Omnitool MK-X, Serrice Council Savant Biotic amp MK-X.

Skills: Knows every use of the force, but he generally sticks to ones that are useful at keeping the enemy away from him, due to his lack of physical weapons.
He also knows Singularity, Warp, Throw, and Smash in terms of Biotics. As well as this he can also phase in and out using his Biotics so he seemingly jump through walls in order to escape from a unwelcome engagement.

Flaws: The greatest flaw is his lack of a lightsaber, but so far has managed well without one, he is also a Narcissist, he thinks himself to be the greatest Sith Lord there ever was and will be because he knows so much. However he reserves a special admiration for his master Darth Scelus due to his interest in the pursuit of knowledge also.
