Actually i believe that only the High elves and Snow elves can live for that length of time, Dark elves, I know as I looked into it generally live for about 250 years.
Although.
There is no cannon reference, to the best of my knowledge, to just how long elves can live.

Well, Evos is on his way to Kynesgrove, via the north on his way from the shrine of Azura, he'll get there before DovahFeyn do, and it offers some interaction.
It could also tie into lord pies point. two Dunmer showing up, one heavily armoured and the other a mage, that will certainly spark an interesting reaction, as Lord said :P
