oh and eklispe, Pretty damn cool! it's Vitae though and not Viate, but otherwise pretty approved. As long as you note that a naginata can be pretty shit in CQC if you don't know what you're doing, and at first the PC's will likely have no idea what the fuck they're doing.

But yeah, pretty much approved, do the bio and I'll tell you what's gay and explain fluff as it's needed.

AGES PAST, IN A REALM LONG FORGOTTEN

There was once, a cybernetic fugitive on the run from a corrupt government. in space.

He eventually found himself, heavily damaged, wandering around a desert planet. He found an abandoned town, and probed, prodded around, looking for any signs of life or replacement parts. He found a strange creature, "HALT! Who are you?".

The two conversed. An alien, and a human cyborg. They hated each other at first, but the town was killed by a strange, vampiric insectoid creature. It needed to be stopped, and so they were forced to work together to kill this beast. They wandered around the area, and found a cave, a ine of blood entering it. They found the creature, and after a cave-in and an encounter outside and above, they finally slayed the beast. They gained new-found respect for the other, and, both being wanted by their respective cultures, decided to be partners in chaotic-good crime. Before leaving the planet on the alien's spaceship, it examined the Cyborg, and analyzed him.

"You... think life is a big joke, isn't it? You still haven't repaired yourself... if pain and misery is just another punchline, so be it?"
"..."
"It isn't an insult. I... I like you. I... I think that's a fair world-view, considering the circumstances. Come on, help me load these boxes."

The Cyborg found a new clarity in his 'heart', and he thinks the alien was right.

So, the friendship of Mason and Ryth began. They had many adventures, killing an ancient A.I. robo-nazi, attaining powers beyond comprehension, and baking the best muffins in the Universe.
