Personality: Dark and Evil in almost every way. He is a silver tongue when talking to people, sometimes good enough to convince authorities to do his bidding. He is also strangely kind in a way, but it's a ploy to make others work with him instead of against him. He has a dark humor and is often enjoying himself when in a Lab, experimenting to create new creatures and weapons to aid him in furthering his ends.
Bio: Previous Scientist in Genetics, Kargarov became obsessed with new creations in the human genes. His obsession was so powerful he was kicked out of his job. With new technology he stole he was able to create several Newer "Creatures" To aid him in his studies. He has abducted several kids before with the Creatures support and used them to continue his research. Now at this time he would be a major researcher and in control of his own... "Private"... Army of Mutants and Creatures. Using them to aid him in whatever he deems needed, and in his mind... control is what he needs. Now secretly weaponizing his creatures to aid him further for a future conquest when it comes time.
Creatures: Often mechanical mix with organic substance. These warriors make the bulk of his warriors, But also tend to be very powerful in numbers. They wield guns like normal people would in society: machine guns, pistols, rocket launchers, etc. They have no emotions and no pity, they will kill or do anything their master commands.
Basic Picture:
Mutants: His secondary force of arms, and an even more dangerous force. These "Beasts" aren't creatures no longer as they have been mutated with other species. They have different abilities and powers for each Mutant and each will use it's powers effectively. Once you are hunted by a mutant there is only one way to stop the hunt... kill or be killed.
Basic Picture:
Hybrids/Vaskirions: His Commandos on the fields, each one being unique in their own way. Hybrids are a more technical term as they are humans combined with several other creatures DNA to create a more powerful creature (Monster basically). His Vaskirions are Super Enhanced Humans with more powerful abilities, each being a human with powers. Only the most powerful can become a Vaskirion Commando.
