*Drake stayed behind as he dealt with several more guys, almost a dozen. He came out of the shadows and melted away after dealing with them. He did get a nasty cut along his front from one of their knives. He looked around to see if he can find Roxy and Donny, but they weren't in sight.* "Damn..." *He holds the cut as he makes his way back to the Hotel, before he can enter he drops to the ground but he made sure not to leave a trail for them to follow before dropping on his front.*

Sorry bout that. Seems like Kat here operates during hours when I should be well asleep. I don't want to miss out too much, so I respond as much as I can before my body gives out.

Looking up from the cereal boxes, Donny walked over to Roxy and whispered into her ear. Donny subtly pointed towards a few boys gathered in an aisle near the back. Hoodies up, with bandanas over their mouths, hands inside their pockets. Didn't take a genius to figure out they were about to cause some trouble, but where waiting for everyone to clear out. As Roxy's bodyguard, his first priority was to protect her. That meant getting her out of danger. Let the government handle taking care of the trash.

*Drake looks at them* "You two can go. I'm going... to do something." *He turns back to the produce, he keeps his eyes on the boys for what they are doing. His hand on something on his side, his small bat like tool.*

"I do. I tried picking pockets when I first ran away from home. I sucked at it. Anyone who can steal that much money would definitely come in handy." Roxy answered. "the hotel isn't much bet its clean."

*Drake nods and smiles at her* "Sure. I'll work with you, I'll move my things in tonight when there aren't many people around to take them from me." *He takes the money from her and smiles more* "I hope I can be a great help to you and everyone. I never had a family before."

"I don't accept money I haven't earned. But I do appreciate your thoughtfulness. I am thinking of building a small group of people to work together to survive life on the streets. Maybe possible some day get off them. I have claimed an abandoned hotel. You are welcome to a room provided you would be willing to use your skills to help us." Roxy explained.

*Drake thinks a bit on it* "You think my skills will be useful?" *He thought about all the supplies he had, the bed he had, the cooker he brought that he can easily pack along with the rest of his supplies.*

Roxy was pleased when she saw Drake wandering the grocery store. She walked up to him. She tapped him on the shoulder to get his attention. "You dropped this last night. I don't know if you did it on purpose or not."

*Drake looks at her quickly and sighs in relief* "I did it on purpose. I thought you would need it."

"Grocery store." Roxy told him. She was please to se that he had gotten a good selection of clothing. She like his hat most of all. She had never been a hat person but the hat he had chosen suited him. As she walked to the grocery store she looked around for him. It was amazing how well he hid considering his size. He was prefect for the job she had given her. When their group got big his skills would be a big asset.

*Drake would be looking around in the grocery store at the selection for what he would buy, his hand in his bulging pocket with about 500 dollars in it*

" I'm sure with the right funding, these suits could be built to have at the least a compact way to slow high velocity falls. Possibly a way to compress the surrounding air and fire it from the boots to slow falls. Maybe even flight." He began mumbling as he took various mental notes of the suit. "Thank you for this opportunity, I suppose not everyone under the Commander is a complete ass. I suppose I'll be seeing you again." Tyler finished as he left to observe everyone once more.
