true but the government funding keeps him from becoming a wanted criminal should the news bout the breeds program get out to the general public like it would be if the funding was cut and they treated like a rouge program that went beyond what was allowed basicly the funding is blackmail XD

I don't mind stuff like that. it is stuff like : Everyone in the room stood. Hitomi swooned towards him. They all shook in fear. That bother me.

Ok, I'll be careful then. And just for you to know Katherin, depending on what happens... later on after quite some time we may see Acaras again... but on different terms... and Roxy won't like it.
