He only uses it if threatened. That's why he got it, his mentor (Cas) taught him how to defend himself without it against nonpowered people.

Personality: Chris is a guy that sticks up for his friends. He is loyal without fault and will never abandon a friend in need if he can help it. Chris never had an easy childhood as his parents were very forceful and beat him as punishment for even small things. He ran away afterwards only fending for himself till he met someone that called himself Cas. The man taught him everything he knew and helped him along on his travels, Cas taught him the code of chivalry that Chris has been going by for 4 years now. Chris thinks of Cas as his Guardian and always stays by his side no matter what. As time goes by they have beaten people that came for Chris that his family have sent to get him back, Cas and Chris have been on the run from his family. Also as time goes by Chris had help from Cas’s own “Friends”, Chris allowed them to perform a test that has been done and succeeded. Cas’s Friends gave Chris his power to help him against people with their own powers that were hunting him and Cas down.
Ability: Nullification, the ability to stop a person from using their powers for a certain amount of time. Unlike Fire or Water or any other power, nullification is a technique and power, both being part of how it works.

Hey Winters? Would it be ok if I include a Guardian for my character? He will look about 20ish. Just asking since this is your RP and don't wanna ruin it or have people mad that I get an older character and they don't. I have my reasons for asking since my guy (Chris) is kinda on the run from his family as well as certain others.

I looked them over quickly before leaving. Changed one of your characters haven't you Winters? I remember when he was a dream walker in a way :P
