Never fear, I am awaaareeeeee.

Who has two thumbs and takes forever to do her posts?

It's plausible and that's what I love.
Pittsburgh was such an awesome section of the game! Then again...it's all awesome.
Aaron had intended to actually go in the lake, he really had, but as the events began to unfold he found himself occupying his senses with the small campground that was developing for the group of friends. He knew some people were opting to stay in the RV but he genuinely loved the outdoors and there was the perfect chance he'd be able to unzip the tent and look up at the stars. He loved the stars. He'd always shown huge amounts of enthusiasm when it came to nature and his father had often taken him out into the trails at night so they could see what the people of the town would never usually go far enough to explore. It relaxed him. He wanted to make sure his siblings understood its importance and its undeniable beauty.

He prodded at the fire for a few more moments, taking in the sounds coming from the lake. They all sounded happy and he was truly enjoying it. He just enjoyed being around his friends and when they settled down it was always cool just to be together away from anything that could be plaguing their lives at the time. Then the sound of disruption was around him and he turned to see the vehicle in the small ditch. He rose straight away, quickly tossing a twig he'd been toying with and rousing in the flames back into the embers. He was going to head across to assist when he saw his companions emerge from the lake and assist. They were already there to help and he knew he could easily offer assistance but too many people would just get in the way and actually deter assistance. And then Scout was going in to....wow, he needed to relax. "Scout! Relax!" He called, hoping the boy wouldn't do himself harm.

Just as he was about to move over to the van to do something, he saw that Rhea had been wandering out of his original space of vision and he nodded at her before moving across and into her way slightly, not stopping her but bringing himself around to talk. "Hey, if you leave now, you'll miss all this action," He joked to her and he rubbed idly at his chest. He should maybe put bug spray on in a bit incase the humidity rose. "And you shouldn't wander by yourself. Not to sound really overly protective or like I'm monitoring you or anything but you shouldn't always take trails alone unless you've got-" He paused and shook his head. What was he doing with these words? "I am just being daft, don't worry...but really," He crossed his eyes and indicated the van with a jerk of his head. "You might miss something crazy,"
The Last Of Us is incredible....Don't even get me started or I'll be here for weeks enthusing.
Aaron is just chilling, having not gone in the lake and I am considering having him push the car but then...peeps got it covered.
Doing alright, how are yoooou?
Patrick Ford

Patrick was quite happily chewing away on his toast without too many cares in the world. He had kept up with most of his work that had been set currently but that was pretty common for him, given that he wasn't a stranger to getting his head down and focusing on the task at hand. After six years he had learnt how to manage his time and of course the first few years weren't exactly testing on the brain but he'd stepped up his game. He genuinely enjoyed school and beyond the good grades that he worked hard for, Quidditch was his passion. He'd never let it become more important than some things in his life but he gave his full commitment in games and at training. After all, he wanted to be a good representation to the rest of the team.

Patrick had just turned around to put some bacon on a piece of toast when he felt hands cover his eyes. He gave one of his smooth, deep laughs before rolling her eyes beneath her hands. Of course he knew who it was because he wasn't an idiot and he recognise her voice, and touch strangely, after all the time they had been friends. "Yes Genevieve," He chuckled as he brought the toast up to his mouth and took a big bite out of it. He had to keep his energy up so once he actually sat down, he'd be going through it like it was his last meal. Then he ducked down and twisted out of her touch so he could face her, a cheeky grin on his face as he chewed. "Yeah, I had a bit of an extra nap but it's not like you're gonna tell me off for doing so..." He shrugged one of his broad shoulders then took a few more bites of his toast and bacon. "How are you doing this morning? Besides ambushing me as usual,"

PATRICK FORD

Patrick awoke to a soft beam of light falling across his face from the circular window settled high into the wall of the boy's dormitory. There was always something so refreshing about waking up naturally with pressing obligations but he wasn't such a fan of leaving the warmth of his bed. However, the Hufflepuff common room was barely even call given its cozy nature and the fires that were always tended to. The copper bed warmers around the room were of course a bonus as well. For a few moments he just lay still, one strong arm laid flat across the sheets as he examined the low ceiling. Several vines were growing along one of the walls but this wasn't uncommon as the Hufflepuff basement was draped all over in various plants. It was a cool place really, a place purely for Hufflepuffs with its yellow and black decorations and the cushy, welcoming aura.

Finally, Patrick pushed back the patchwork quilt and rose from his bed, lifting his long arms above his head to stretch out his body. He could feel the cravings of hunger building in his stomach but figured that he should at least change first before heading down to quench it. So he did and after quickly sprucing up, he exited the basement and headed down the corridors. As the Hufflepuff common room was near the kitchen he could smell the powerful scent of food already and it made him groan, stomach twisting a little more with desire to eat. Sure, there were probably more pressing things he could be thinking about such as his subjects or the fact his shoulder was still a bit iffy after the accident during the last Quidditch session. He had refused a trip to the hospital wing out of pride and he knew it wasn't a broken bone or a severely pulled muscle. Besides, it only twinged in one position which wasn't enough for concern. He'd definitely had worse but thank goodness for Wizarding medicine.

As he passed into the Great Hall he wandered by Marcus Sinclair and offered him a happy smile. The older boy had done him a great favour a while ago by mentioning he knew someone who could tend to his owl Eponine who had been a bit under the weather for a short time. It had appeared she would need proper help but Marcus' younger sibling had apparently been up for the task. Patrick had trusted him and it had paid off when Eponine had been back to her normal self in no time. After the small greeting he carried on, glancing around as he neared the middle of the Hufflepuff table. He gave a glance around, wondering if Genevieve was around and awake yet. He had been friends with her for years now and even if they didn't greet each other at breakfast then there was no doubt they'd see each other later in a class.

He finally came to a halt and leant over the table to grab a piece of toast. He knew that most people sat down but he also wanted to wander and see if he could find some of the other Hufflepuff Quidditch players and talk. Then he leant for a knife to slather the toast in butter and with his slight lack of early morning focus he ended up bumping his elbow against someone as he pulled back. "Sorry!" He apologized quickly, looking down at the girl @The Muse of Eru that he recognised but couldn't place her name straight away. She seemed to be so content eating her sausage too. He knew a lot of the people in his House but he was closer to the older students. As he chewed his toast, he glanced over at the Gryffindor table, still searching for the long brown hair and the pretty face he knew so well. And then he saw her and lifted his hand in a greeting gesture, hoping he could catch her eye. She looked like she was talking to someone though. Bright blue hair. Definitely not a common trait and the Gryffindor robes. Just have been the Evans guy. Of course Patrick knew him as he was the Captain and Chaser for the Gryffindor team. You didn't shake the hand of a stranger after all and they were the same year. However if Genevieve was deep in conversation, he didn't want to disturb so he leant around briefly against to get another bit of toast.

I step out for a bit and come back to so much awesome OOC (haven't got round to the IC yet but obviously it'll be awesome) to read and fyi y'all - HILARIOUS. Thou shall not bang. Flawless.

Also, terribly sorry for the lack of hider ability on Aaron's bio, it really frustrates me...like, ridiculously frustrating because I want it all neat but then BOOM - it's just there. Also, Aaron does not have a crush currently and I agree with people that playing it out and seeing what happens is grand.
