Nathan sports short light brown hair and is about 160 cm tall. He wears a plain, featureless brown shirt which is slightly darker than his hair and black pants, also plain. He wears his grey sneakers and has hand wraps. Also has his a grey headband that covers his eyes. It has a single eye motif in the middle of it. Currently, he also has a staff and a big backpack for travelling.
Before the shift, Nathan was a normal guy. He went to school, played around with his friends, that sort of thing. He had a slightly withdrawn good friend kind of personality at the time. But when he was about 13, he got into a car accident. He emerged relatively unharmed, save for the permanent loss of sight. After this, he noticed that the atmosphere around him turned painfully quiet, and at times, he could hardly tell anyone was there. The loneliness was something he couldn't stand, now that he couldn't see. He decided to change his personality to make everyone smile and talk. He succeeded, and for 2 years of his life, he was fairly happy. He missed his sight, but he learned the pain of loneliness in a world without light and would never wish it on others.
Beholder’s blindfold: The beholder's blindfold is a dark gray, with an eye design occupying the middle of it. Its personality is somewhat quiet, and frequently says it doesn't have a name, so Nathan calls it Beholdy. Most of the time, it's content to keep quiet, but it whispers words of advice when it needs to. One thing Nathan can say about Beholdy is that its pretty wise and knows a lot of history. It has a kind of mentoring personality, telling Nathan how to fix his mistakes and telling him what things are.
