James watched through binoculars seeing the Commonwealth soldiers somewhat defeated hearing of their friends being attacked by General Anthony of the Martin Rangers. He remembered leaving the commonwealth soldiers a gift of booze as every man has a right to have a last drink before death. He then called over his old pal Leo. "So Jame's what's the plan?" Lieutenant Leo asked. Jame's put down the binoculars and said "In another hour when the moon is going down and most of the commonwealth soldiers are sleeping we'll have our rangers some of whom have night vision goggles now snipe all the guards. When that happen's we'll lead in our men go building by building killing the troops in their bed. Aside from there commanding officer who may have some valuable information for us. Oh and of course we can try to take female prisoners. But anyways prepare your boys I'll get Luke and his men ready, Also half of Brian's men will be with us to help clear he other half will guard Johnson just in case." Leo nodded then headed back to get his men ready. Jame's then turned back to the airport when a messenger approached. Jame's took the note and had a frown. [i] Those former NCR troops destroyed the bridge now how is he gonna get the good loot from all those "safe" merchant trade routes when we go on the offensive. He'll have to keep an eye on those people. [i]

When the time was ready Luke's men opened fire 10 silenced bullets and all the guards went down. While he and Leo's men went into the building's he left Brian's men outside to shoot any strays going by but also to silence the fight. Jame's and his men killed most of the males except for a few of the ones that seemed higher in terms of ranks while most of the women were captured but wounded. However he did take some casualties but nothing that couldn't be replaced. By the time the airport was taken the sun was rising and so was his flag Jame's smiled. Once all his men got into the airport he gave a speech "Men you did well fighting for the republic you've earned your reward. Have your way with the women." They cheered He left the men in the cells and even more surprising the highest ranking officer was a girl named Mena. He took her up to the tower and found out all he could after which he sent a letter back to the president and waited for his orders.

The airport is taken along with more gear,"prisoners" and very few casualties. They also have more artillery pieces available and are just waiting for future orders.

LordZell, am I correct in my interpretation of your post that the 1st Republic Hunters Battalion has fled from Sunnyside Municipal Airport? It was my understanding that there was a large stockpile of supplies in the airport that the 7th Freedom Brigade intended to use to retake Sunnyside. Do they now have access to that stockpile?

No as I said we were gonna make it look like we retreated. We took a lot of the supplies and are waiting outside the airport when the freedom fighters come in We'll come in an surprise them while they are ransacking everything we left which was basically dead bodies that are now rotting and any empty cans.

Noted though next time at the end I'll summarize what I did.

James stood up after receiving the news about the 7th Freedom brigade. Now he needed to think he had heard about them bringing some artillery. So it;d would be unwise to stay here at the Airport. But he wouldn't even dare retreated but they don't know that they could wait around the airport. He take everything he could and fall back wait until the end of the night when the 7th Freedom fighters were relaxed then send in the force. Yes, that's what he'll do.

After a few hours the men were ready to march. They pushed out into the hills leaving the place somewhat empty to make it seem as though they left in a rush about the glorious fighters from the commonwealth. After this battle is won however he'd be getting some new artillery pieces which will make it easier for future assaults his rangers would also receive more ammo and better equipment.

Once night had fallen he moved his men to the base of the fence all was silent. He gave the signal to the ghoul and he did as was asked. The ghoul set themselves on fire then when the guards looked to him they sniper fire began. Once people started rushing out the closer rifle men opened fire killing a large amount. However when they all reload the enemy returned fire. From what he could tell none of his men were hurt at least not dead hurt. Then when the commonwealth troops advanced Jame's shouter the black death battle cry "For the Great Darkness that will consume us all" The melee raiders stood and charged the commonwealth stood frightened at what just happened and easily slaughtered. By the time morning had come Jame's was in the Airport tower and most of his men guard the base. He lost a few mostly ghouls who took the blunt of fire when they charged but a few of his own men. His men scavenged the commonwealth troops for everything. Gear,clothes,drugs then the base. As per usual they rose his personnel flag but his snipers wore the commonwealth uniform so in case anyone came to check they'd have the advantage. Meanwhile Jame's sat over looking the area waiting for his messenger ghoul to return with further orders.

Assuming we're all accepted, we have former NCR (my group), former Enclave, and former Brotherhood of Steel under the same roof. This is going to get real awkward.

And a raider if that doesn't unite them I don't know what will.

When Jame's had received his order he felt happy. His men were getting anxious and need battle. His orders as he understood them were to send a warning to commonwealth and take the airport. He as always moved under the cover of darkness and easily slipped based the enemy lines. They were able to reach halfway before the sun rose. He as usual send out 10 men from alto's platoon to scout the area. As expected the so called "Freedom Guard" protected this old world building. So Jame's told his men to wait till the cover of night. He told his platoon leaders that will Leo's and Jame's platoon would move to the fence at which point he'll send a ghoul out to launch a flare and alert the rangers to begin firing. When the men run out to deal with the rangers Jame's would lead the men and slaughter the entire garrison. However now all he needed was the cover of night.

Brief Origin Story: James used to lead a group of raiders. Known as the Black Death's. They would charge in the middle of the night and Kill adult males. They take the kids for training and women for breeding. However Jame's saw the emergence of the Republic he laid down his command and offered his services to the republic. He knew where most of the raider camps were and could easily take them down with his 250 Black Death troops. He returned with supplies and put an end to the raiding. He was given the rank of colonel and won a lot of support with the people who lived in small frontier towns also the loyalty of his men due to him fighting right in the thick of it. While most of the other commanders may dislike him and the people of the vaults he could care less.

After winning multiply engagement under the command of James Conrad the former leader of the raiders they we given better equipment and new orders.

Army Racial Composition: James only allows Humans to make up the real fighting force. He'll allow robots to deal with the wounder but never allows ghouls into his army unless they are to be used for slave labor or cannon fodder. As for super mutants he doesn't like them but knows how usuful they can be for carrying loads of equipment.

Order of Battle:

The 1st Melee Company "Death Warriers": These men are made up of veteran warriers and of the newest recruits. Personnely lead by James Conrad.

Johnson's Platoon: 24 Men and 1 robot: This is the medical platoon and people who oversee weapons repair and checking for anything salvagable. (Medium armored knifes and 9mm pitols)

Leo's Platoon: 50 men: The elite troops who are usually held at the back wear terrifing costumes to scare the enemy and tend to get wasted on drugs. They are bare chested (Light armored) and carry fire axes and throwing axes.

Jame's Platoon: 125 men The true brute force of the Black Death Hunters. Lead in by Jame's and loyal to him. (Medium armored and machete weilding troops and pool cubes.)

the 1st Hunting Company "Dead eyes": The sharpshooters of the Battalion and scouts who keep the way safe for Jame's

Alto's Platoon: 50 ghouls: These things are used as scouts and cannon fodder and are treated as 3rd class slaves.(Civilian clothes and have a worn knife.)

Luke's Platoon: 25 men:The snipers of the battalion hanging at the rear who can see acroos the entire battle.(Light armor)

Brian's Platoon: 75 men: These men equiped with Caravan shotguns and cleavers (light armored)

Pat's Platoon: 50 men: The men are the javalin weilding melee fighters of the hunters staying somewhat behind the front lines. (Light armor)
