The Joker continued walking with Zsasz until they reached Harley's room. The joker turned to Zsasz and said "Ok I'm gonna go in and get her you kill anyone else." He then walked in stabbed the guard and said "Honey I'm home. Who do we have here?" looking at the doctor.

Joker nodded to Zsasz and then walked through the door and said "Let's go get Doctor Quinzel first. Also officer Zsasz you may want to tell the warden 2 crazies are dead in level 5 they'll need a janitor." He then laughed and continued to his loved Harley.

When the joker reached Zsasz's room he saw Victor kill the guard he looked up and said "Fine, work officer that man was trying to escape. He would have killed you if he wasn't put down." The then laughed and said "Now who shall we check in on next Officer?"

I meant I'm going to Victor Zsasz room he's a level 5 like myself.

After standing towards the door awhile and nothing happened he took the dead doctors clothes and put them on he was now Dr.Doe. He then opened his cell door an saw a guard near the door. he quietly went back inside and took the docs pen. He returned out in the hallway slowly and stabbed the guard in the neck. He then grabbed the guard's key card and gun then began looking for the closet inmate which if he remembered was Victor Zsasz.

The Joker looked at the doctor and said "Oh, come on doc. One doesn't kiss and tell." He then began laughing he opened the doorway that the guard had left unlocked. He then jumped on the doctor a and began choking her. he then laughed gleefully and said "Poor doc looks like your not a record breaker" He continued to choke to the point of killing her. He then took her pen and picked the chair up in front of him aimed at the door way that the guards would surely attack from.
