So much philosophy I feel like I've got my head stuck in an ice cream koan.

Well most of the places I've seen used ALO to refer to the setting of the Fairy Dance arc, so... But yeah, I guess either's good.
Isn't it ALO, not AFO?
• Name: Hibiki Tachibana
• Age: 15
• Gender: Female
• Appearance:
• Power: Carries shards of the relic Gungnir in her body, effectively making her the Japanese schoolgirl version of Tony Stark. Only without the alcohol. Or the billions. But still totally the Japanese schoolgirl version of Tony Stark. However, the fact that her relic is even less complete than the so-called “incomplete” ones means she has to rely on fist-fighting for her attacks due to her inability to generate an “Armed Gear”. Did I mention that said relic is powered by hot-blooded singing?

Of course, she also has a tendency to go completely berserk and feral under significant emotional stress, but let’s just hope it never comes down to that.
• Faction: Zyguard
• World of Origin: World of Senki Zesshou Symphogear
• Personality: Hibiki's a kind-hearted, cheerful girl, who despite being a bit aloof occasionally still enjoys helping people; this is one of the reasons she fights the Noise using her Relic, although it could be argued she didn't really get a choice in the matter.
• Backstory: Hibiki was just an ordinary schoolgirl. At least until an… “incident” at a pop concert left her with shards of a powerful relic weapon lodged in her chest. And then she got roped into fighting cosmic monstrosities called the Noise, mostly on the grounds that people with relic weapons are the only ones who can even touch them without being reduced to piles of black dust. And then at some point Zyguard headhunted her from the JSDF.
• Quote: "GEKISOU, GUNGNIR DA!"
OK, if I'm reading this right you're trying to push the "even though it's so rare as to be almost impossible, it's not actually impossible ergo you can't stop me doing it" line. And while I am hesitant in this case to invoke Rule Zero, this isn't doing many favours.
...Muggle-born Slytherins tend to be uncommon, given Salazar Slytherin's whole thing about "blood purity". Hell, we only have two real recorded cases of a half-blooded Slytherin, and in one of those that's because they happened to be the big man's bloodline.
ERU Barracks, Museum Island

Day 01, 1230

Jon was cleaning his handgun. This was normally a sign that he was bored stiff, and that someone in the ready room was hogging the PS4 so he couldn’t vent his boredom into that instead.

But then, being a member of a heavily armed SWAT team for a museum wasn’t exactly going to be the most exciting gig in the world, was it? After all, what museums even need such heavily armed security? He also couldn’t help feeling underwhelmed that he was the only one on the team who wasn’t ex-special forces or whatever.

He sighed, and pushed the slide back over the barrel, slipped the magazine into the bottom and stuffed it back into the holster on his thigh.

Then again, he didn’t really have time to be bored. He was due manning the gate line at 1300 after all, so he grabbed his jacket from the back of his chair and his vest from the end of his bunk, and headed off to the armoury to check out his P90.
Museum Main Entrance

Day 01, 1315

If anything, working the gate line was more boring than hanging around in the barracks, if only because there was stuff to do there when you were sitting around waiting for the balloon to go up.

Out on the gate line, watching the seemingly endless succession of people stream into and out of the museum, things got a little bit soul crushing, to the point where Jon was practically praying that someone would bump one of the cases or trip the security arch just so he’d have something to do other than stand there looking trying to look professional rather than like he was about to fall asleep.
So it seems that this isn’t happening after all, because of off-site politics. I’m sorry, but that seems to me like that’s full of crap.

Firstly, on a personal level, this isn’t the sort of RP that I feel comfortable jumping into half-way through.

Secondly, the only reason it seems to have closed down is because “I don’t want people having RPs similar to mine on other sites.” That’s childish. And like it or not, you didn’t create this type of RP, so you can’t really say “this is my property and no-one else is allowed to do anything like it.”

Plus, you know, there’s This RP, which has been running on a similar “play as your avatar” concept for almost five years.

Oh because i'm used to action reaction, which is future tense, because not everything your character does will come true.

It's entirely possible to write an open-ended action in past tense. As long as you only describe what your character is doing, and not its effect, which you leave up to the player on the receiving end. That's what the "no autohitting" rule is all about.
Yes, although I am pretty slow at getting sheets cleared right now. >.<
