Been on-and-off of the site for a long time. Male, late-twenties. My interests are varied, but steer towards western fantasy and sci-fi. I'm picky with my weeb media.

Ship Name: The Sword of Truth

Ship Class: Covenant Seperatist CAS-class Assault Cruiser Capital Ship

Ship Wikia Link: CAS Assault Cruiser

Notable Crew: Supreme Commander Zel 'Karum, Brother Blade (Shipboard AI)

I'm interested. Deciding on a ship now.
Oh, this looks wonderful.

Name: Sylvan, the Treefather

Domain: Forests, Wild Beasts, Storms

Personality: Sylvan is wise, but wild and free at heart. He's neutral to the plights of mortals (save animals) unless they prove worthy to him. He gets along well with some of the other gods and goddesses, but despises those whose spheres would do harm to his. He comes off as carefree and fun-loving, tending to enjoy a good frolic, or revel in the thrill of a hunt, often inviting other gods to come along. He is easy to provoke, however, if you know what buttons to press, and defends the forests and their denizens with a violent and savage wrath.

Appearance: Sylvan has several known forms. To other gods, he tends to appear as a giant, many-horned stag. To mortals, he has varying appearances depending on his intentions. When unprovoked, he tends to appear either as a Giant Oak, writhing with life, or a naked young boy with a laurel crown of tree leaves, and vines covering the modest areas of his body. However, when moved to anger, Sylvan has appeared as a Giant Boar with a mossy covering, or a Giant Wolf with thorny vines and leaves growing out of it's fur. On rare occasions, he has manifested as a giant tornado in the shape of a tree, with persistent lightning making up it's branches.

Symbols: A single green leaf, a wolf's head, or an oak tree.

Trivia: Sylvan was once much more pleasant toward mortals, but after witnessing mortal creation's capacity for destruction in universes past, he has hardened his heart to all but his own creations.

"According to the Elder Scrolls Online "Ask Us Anything" Forum [1], elves of all three kinds (Bosmer, Dunmer, Altmer) live about two or three times longer than the other races (humans, Orcs, Khajiit, and Argonians). A 200 year old elf is old, a 300 year old elf is very old. Anyone older than that has prolonged their life through powerful magic."Found this, hope it helps.

^That's pretty much the info I've heard as well, so I'll go with that.
OOC is up. It's sort of bare bones. I've a bit of editing to do, and some stuff to add, but I figure you guys can start on characters. Just wanted to set the mood and get things rolling forward.

The councilors gathered quietly in the dim lantern-light of the secret meeting room. The leaders of Tamriel's great powers were present, a rare occasion. Ulferth Stormcloack, High King of Skyrim, The Ambassador for the Aldmeri Dominion, Janar of The Flame, the Emperor of Cyrodil, Titus Mede III, and many more. The room was tense, the leaders barely illuminated faces showed emotions varying from weary suspicion to grim determination. However, despite past disagreements, and years of bloody history, the assembled parties all starred at the same thing, a map of Tamriel laid out on the table in the middle of the room. The silence was broken by Ulferth, who stepped forward into the light as he spoke.

"Why have you called us all here, Mede? Out with it already." The burly nord folded his arms and glowered at Cyrodil's Emperor.

"I would not have called if I didn't think it was of the utmost importance. Friends, allies, for ten long years we have fought the Daedra, ad we have fought hard, but none of us will deny that we have been fighting a losing battle." The Emperor trailed off, staring at a particular spot on the map.

"You are not inspiring confidence." Janar interrupted. The ornately clothed high-elf raised an eyebrow as he followed Titus' gaze to that specific point on the map, "What is it about this spot that so entrances you?"

"As you all know," The Emperor began again, leveling his gaze and looking over the assembled council, "During the Dagerfall crisis, Walk Brass tower, also known as the Numidium, the Brass God, was lost, as was the Totem used to control it. According to my most knowledgeable mages and scholars, the Numidium disappeared during the reaking of the Dragon, when time became unknowable. Similar to what happened to Alduin, the Numidian was thrown into another point in time-"

"Speak plainly." Demanded the Orcish ruler, King Gor'an.

"It is...not a plain matter." The Emperor continued, "We don't fully understand the workings of Akatosh during a Dragon Break. Time becomes unstable, the world fills with impossibilities. As I was saying, when the Daedric Princes and their armies simultaneously opened so many gates to Oblivion, it appears that the Dragon was broken once more, and time was momentarily shattered due to the massive shift of energies. Ten years ago, we were too busy evacuating our cities and fortifying against the Daedra to notice, but when the Dragon Break occurred, something was deposited into our time, our reality. The Numidium. The Brass God of the Dwemer is in Tamriel, now. According to my scouts, it is far behind enemy lines, here," The Emperor pointed to the spot on the map where he had been staring before.

The room went silent. They all knew the implications. The Numidium was a powerful weapon, with godlike abilities. If they had any chance against the Daedric Princes, The Numidium was it. Silence filled the room again for several minutes as the assembled councilors processed the new development. Finally, L'haral, the Khajiit representative spoke up, his voice nearly a whisper,

"Khajiit does not presume to understand the intricacies of the situation, but did you not say that the Totem for controlling the Brass God was lost also? What good does one do us without the other?"

"We have constructed a new one, based on the original plans made by Zuran Arctus at the behest of Tiber Septim. However, the only way to know if it works or not, is to bring it into physical contact with The Numidium itself. And, as my intelligence suggests, the Giant is deep behind enemy lines, past miles of unfriendly terrain, and several hundred Oblivion gates, not to mention the countless Daedra that stand between Numidium and the nearest city. For this reason, I have laid out plans to send a small, elite unit to make contact with The Numidium, while an allied army consisting of all of our forces begins a counterattack against the enemy, in order to lead the armies of Oblivion away from our team. A distraction of sorts." Titus said, his tone taking on a tone of confidence.

"They will need to be among the best individuals we can offer in order to make it that far." Ulferth said, already wracking his brain for a noble warrior of Skyrim to present for this cause.

"Yes. Yes they will." The Emperor agreed. The plans were set in motion, and for good or ill, they would assemble this team and send them into hell to awaken a sleeping God. Their failure would spell doom for mortality.
Alright, so, I'll be editing in necessary trivia and such, explaining the way things have changed in the ten years since the start of the Armageddon war. For now, here is the CS skeleton, and if you have any questions, go ahead and ask.

Is there a designated number of interested parties that you are awaiting in order to begin?

Not really, no. The current number works for me. I'm just working up to writing up the OOC and IC.
