Been on-and-off of the site for a long time. Male, late-twenties. My interests are varied, but steer towards western fantasy and sci-fi. I'm picky with my weeb media.

The idea is that they don't. I'd intended on having it be Krustaliem's sole artefact, rather than one in three, and thus having it be particularly powerful. Three in one, so to speak.

Perhaps put some sort of exact range limitation on it. It just doesn't sit right with me that you could toss the thing into a warmer climate rival's home city and watch everyone freeze to death, y'know?

Already there thanks to Work's post. Haven't bothered making one yet though, kinda' busy IRL. If one of you wants to take the liberty of making one with the specifications I listed, I would be super grateful. If not, I can later.

Nice so far, though I feel the Shard may be a bit too powerful. How would one counter it?

Going to have to say no outright unless major changes are made. Personal history is far too short, as is the National History. Your God's Divine aspects don't jive very well together. As stated before, they should be a reflection of your god's achievements or history, not necessarily ability. I'm also going to be a lot more strict with things like "God of the Sun" or "God of Death" because those have huge potential to be broken. Also, your Nation has far too many common high-fantasy races that others would probably want as their main race, such as orcs or Dragon-kin, as well as two different types of elf. Try creating your own races instead, perhaps.

Overall, fewer races, or more original races, Develop your God and Nation a LOT more, and lower the general power levels of your God and the creatures in your nation. Being able to lift 3000 pounds and punch through a wall of diamond is way overboard for a mortal.

EDIT: Also, I edited in a short list of universal Godly powers that we will all have. It's the last hyphen in the general info hider.
Double post.
OOC is up.
Reservations are closed for now.

Rules:

-Obviously, forum rules do apply

-Though divine aspects can overlap, try not to have too many overlapping aspects with somebody else's God. I'll probably only allow one overlap for now. This will also hinge on your ability to get along with the other person. If you can't be civil, then it will come down to my decision.

-If you have any questions, ask me. This is a newly-developed idea, really, so if anything is unclear, I'd like to discuss it and clear it up.

-The OOC won't be too strict. I like banter. That said, be reasonable. I don't want to have ten pages to catch up on when I wake up in the morning.

- I doubt it needs to be said, but no auto-hitting, godmodding(hah) or powerplaying.

-This will be high-end casual to advanced roleplaying. Grammar, Punctuation, Capitalization, and spelling are a must. Also, I prefer quality over quantity. That said, you should have enough to go on to fill out a decent-sized post. After all, you have both a God, and a nation to roleplay At the very least, three paragraphs, though I'd prefer more.

Just figured that I'd get some clarification, since the way you worded it left for some speculation. And you did say that "If somebody makes a CS for a God that's similar to yours, but better, or more well put together, I'll be picking theirs" which can be taken as 'two people can't have similar Gods'.

Sorry for the confusion

But say person A creates a sheet that is good and is accepted. But then two days later person B creates another sheet for a similar God and Lucian thinks it's better than person A's. What happens? Does person A have to throw out all their work and two days worth of discussing history with the others is completely gone because person B had a better sheet? Possibly screwing up other people's Gods/nations if they came up with a shared history between the two.

There's no reason that people can't have similar gods. That said, if somebody comes along after I've already accepted somebody who has a similar God, I'm not going to suddenly decide somebody isn't accepted. That'd be ridiculous. More likely, I'd tell the newcomer to switch up their idea, or talk it over with the other person.

I meant for actually creating a character that will still be accepted if somebody else comes along with a similar idea.
I never said that I would have to like the character myself, just that the more well put together one would be accepted. I've seen your CS quality, you should be fine.

How "established" will we be at the start of the game? Will we need to build our nations from scratch? Is the world itself practically newborn?

You've been ruling over the lesser beings for hundreds of years. We will all know each other, or at least know of each other as well, so there will be a point after the OOC thread gets started in which we will discuss allies and treaties and wars and such, to flesh out the history of the world together.

Although at this point I would suspect more free-form.

Free-form, yeah. Apologies for not adding that sooner.

Also, I know it's tempting to claim a race in the interest-check, but:

1) You frankly don't know enough about the world yet.

And 2) Claiming a race or idea for your God will be pointless, because this will not be first come, first served. If somebody makes a CS for a God that's similar to yours, but better, or more well put together, I'll be picking theirs. Just keep that in mind.

EDIT: Beginning the OOC now.

I could be interested in this. Been meaning to play a nation RP with a particular faction for quite some time. Is it possible for our deities to be relations or reincarnations of previous, more powerful deities?

That could be a unique aspect of your personal deity. Perhaps it has some sort of messianic reincarnation like Jesus, or maybe a sort of Odinsleep knock-off. Up to you.
