Appearance - 5"2, despite her short stature she is one of the most capable pilots ever. Short black hair and brown eyes. She's most accustomed to wearing military fatigues but isn't afraid to "dress up" on occasion.

Military Branch - US Airforce
Magical Ability - Spatial Slip. Not exactly teleportation, but she can slip herself though space time anywhere between 1-10 feet almost instantaneously. She appears to "slide" due to her power's warping effect upon the space around her. This allows her dodge attacks even from point blank range. She's the first witch in 50 years to rival the dodging abilities of famed 501st Strike Witch Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen. It also gives her the ability to appear in two places at once for a brief moment. Great for attacking an enemy from an unexpected angle. She was once ambushed by 6 SAM Neuroi at once from all sides and dodged all their attacks and then proceeded to shot them all down in less than 4 minutes. All without using countermeasures (malfunctioned) or shields. A feat that has never before or sense been repeated. This feat also earned her the Distinguished Flying Cross. This battle was actually recorded and is still used today to train new Witches in defensive combat.
Weapon of Choice - 3 barreled M61 Vulcan. A normal M61 Vulcan that has been modified to house 3 barrels rather than 6 to cut down on weight and ammo usage. Also carries 4 AIM-7 Sparrow missiles on wing hardpoints and 2 AIM-9 Sidewinders on her wingtips. And if needed she can carry 2 1,000lbs bombs to hit ground targets. However doing so comes at the cost of not being able to carry missiles besides her two sidewinders. But she can carry either JDAMs (GPS guided), GBUs (laser guided), SDBs (cluster bombs), or a mix of both.
Animal Familiar - The Abyssinian. Tall brown ears and a long brown tail. Tullia also has a unique quirk that when she activates her powers her eyes turn golden.
Personality - A little big roguish but she doesn't hesitate to follow orders she's given. Remarkably approachable despite to tomboyish appearance. Her will in battle is nearly unmatched however and she tends to stubbornly stick in battle longer than need be. This stubbornness got her ambushed that one time. Since then she's learned to quail her stubbornness a bit but still tends to stick around in battle to get the job done. She also has remarkable endurance in the heat of battle seemingly using her powers time and time again even though it uses a lot of magical power. Though when she gets back to base she tends to go straight to her tent and fall asleep.
Favorite Food: Chinese take out. Though if that's not available (which is often) she'll go for a Chicken Stir Fry MRE.
Born - Columbus, Georgia. Her father was a Warrant Officer at nearby Fort Fort Benning. So since a young age she was brought up in a Military family and she thought it only natural for her to join too. Especially given her magical "Spatial Slip" ability.
