Current It's been a rough few days and i know some people don't understand how hard it is to lose a dog. A dog isn't just a dog to my family. My parents loved Stella more than they love me. Posting later...

I'm gonna let you guys post until You've each beaten Brock. That should give me enough time to get my Teddiursa strong. Lol. Try to be a bit more descriptive than normal on Gym battles.
WE ARE LEEEEEEEGIOOOOON!!!

Lol, but yeah, After Pewter, Mt.Moon, then Cerulean, Vermillion, Diglett's Cave, Dark Cave, Lavender, Celadon, Cycling Road, Fucshia, Saffron, Seafoam Islands (if we want), Cinnabar, back to Viridian, Victory Road, Elite Four. Damn, I've got the game memorized...

Not sure if I shared this yet...http://www.psypokes.com/rby/walkthrough/kanto.jpg
Carter walked over to them. "The Pewter City gym leader is a Rock-type trainer named Brock. Yeesh, Rock-types. Teddiursa and I are definitely gonna train some more. Why don't you guys go on ahead? Rosina, you shouldn't have much trouble with Brock. Both your Pokemon have a good type match-up. Same to you, Erin. And Lance, good luck." Carter smiled and headed back into the Forest. There was no way that Teddiursa would be able to beat Brock.

Carter's dad had met Brock a few times, and said his Pokemon were amazing. If Brock could impress his dad, what hope did Carter have? He sent out Teddiursa, and frowned, serious. "Okay, buddy. You're gonna get strong. Super strong! See that Weedle? Use Fury Swipes!"

Teddiursa nodded and rushed at the Bug-type. "Urs! Sa!" He said, slashing several times with his paws. The Weedle went down easy, but Carter frowned. "Too easy, let's keep at it." They went deeper in.
@mana, no it's not. and you know in the game you can catch a Mankey early on just west of Viridian City.
Teddiursa would be about 8 going through Viridian Forest. I've got one PKMN right now, but everyone seems to have between 1 and 3. I'd just say don't start with a full team all above 10. You could have one above ten, but don't OP yourself. You got it, right? So far everyone's doing a good job of not god-moding.

Also, manapool, seriously? Haha! Top percentage. And don't worry. Carter's a happy camper now, but shit's gonna get real soon enough.
@Krein
It's up to Kalin or Black Plague, but if I were you, I'd make a character and post it here and wait for approval.
Carter watched as Erin's chances at winning went from bad, to worse. Machop was taking a serious beating. Finally, Erin had to pull him, thanks to a Stun Spore from the Bug Catcher's Butterfree.

"Erin! Have Ratatta use Double-Team!" Carter said from the sidelines. Teddiursa was cheering Ratatta on, pumping it's paw into the air with a determined look on it's face. This Butterfree was trained exceptionally well, but Erin's Ratatta was clearly full of energy and determination. It wouldn't go down easily.
Carter introduced himself to the newcomer, Erin. They re-grouped and continued onwards, wanting to get out of the forest before dark. They came upon a trainer, And Erin took the chance to battle him first. The kid sure was eager. They watched as he confronted the bug catcher, who nodded and grabbed a Pokeball, sending out a Butterfree. It looked pretty strong.

"Butterfree! Use Gust!" The trainer shouted. The Pokemon send a blast of wind with it's wings.

"Woah, that Butterfree is strong." Carter said.
I wish I had x or y.

Oh well.
Carter smiled at the newcomer, and Teddiursa waved from behind Carter's pants leg. "Yeah, the more, the merrier!"

They set off into the Forest, Carter's egg swaying gently on his chest in it's incubator. Their first challenge came in the form of a small, puffy Pokemon. Carter registered it on his Pokedex, like Rosina. "Watch out, it's a grass type, so you're at a disadvantage." He warned.

She ended up not needing the advice, however. She caught the Cottonee easily. "Nice!" He said, patting her on the back. They continued along, running into Caterpies, Weedles, Kakunas, Metapods, and even a Pidgeotto, who managed to get away before Carter could toss a Pokeball. He frowned, but didn't let it get to him. As they were nearing the middle of the forest they heard a Pokemon crying out. "Do you guys hear that?" Carter asked.
