And I finished it. However, it ended up being another OC and not Lilly. Guess I'll wait for Noel's CP sprites...

I've started to design Lilly based on Yukiko's P4A, non-glasses sprites. I wanted to concept her on Noel, but I don't have Chronophantasma's sprites.

Nightmare Realm

The chase kept on, being a literal dangerous situation for one of the sides. Without a weapon, how would Magio survive all that. Soon, he reached a place that had more stray Nightmares, who trapped him.


Magio: Damnit...!!

The cloud managed to catch up, thanks to the trap. Magio was surrounded in the sky, unable to find an exit.


Magio: C'mon, just a single light, something that will allow me to escape!

BGM: Light the Fire Up in the Night -P4 Ver.-

A powerful light rose from Magio's hand, driving the cloud of Nightmares away from his proximity. When he opened his eyes, the thing in his hand... it is a Keyblade. But it isn't Starlight. It was Bright Crest.


Magio: Huh...? But this isn't my Keyblade. Then...

The cloud of Nightmares split itself to attack.


Magio: I guess I can think later about it and use it while I still can!

Magio began to slash the Nightmares, but the more he slashed, more Nightmares came to devour his light. At the very least, he wasn't defenseless anymore.


Magio: Heh... who's the next?! I'm ready to defeat you all!

School: Guild's Tent

Alice crossed the portal and reached her destination. Sure, there were many people, but her attention quickly shifted to the building.


Alice: Hmm? Oh...

Anna: Miss... Alice?

Alice: So this is the school where he studies, huh. Compared to Summer Lydian, it's rather... simple.

Anna: (She just bluntly ignored me...)

Alice: (Now I just have to find him. I'll see if someone can help me.)

Ignoring all that exists around her, Alice ran towards the school. When Agni returned, he just thought about it.


Agni: (Wait, who's that girl? I've never seen her around...)

Still searching for Marie, who is searching her as well, Lilly evntually found Mina walking around, not too far from her. However, she had a sudden visit.


Jin: Lilly?

Lilly: Wah! J-Jin?!

Jin: S-Sorry to startle you out of nowhere.

Lilly: No, it's fine, as long as you don't do that anymore. In any case, do you need someth-

Lilly: Wait a minute, what are you doing out here?!

Jin: I came to see... if the school has any spot for me.
Lilly: Huh? Why?

Jin: I've... been thinking. And I... think that what Peach is doing with you three is... too much...

Lilly: So... you came to join us?

Jin: ... Yeah.

Lilly: Well, we'll accept any help that we can get. I would like to chat about everything, but I'm in a hurry.

Jin: D-Don't worry about it. In due time, I'll learn about everything. Anyway, you seemed busy, so don't waste your time with me and go do what you should.

Lilly nodded and left to keep her search, going downstairs. Jin's smile disappeared as a frustrated face, alongside Aria, appeared.

BGM: DISTRUST


Aria: She fell for it. With only her trust, we are more than safe from their doubt.

Jin: ...

Aria: Do not worry. What you wish, their safety, will eventually be accomplished. If I were you, I would stay calm and with the clean conscience about this.

Jin: ... It's easy for you to say. Stay in my place to see if it doesn't hurt.

Aria: Actually, it would not. Even if it means to betray Lord Necrox...

Jin turned to face Aria. Her words were unbelievable, since she vowed to stay by Necrox's side at any means.


Jin: This isn't anything easy. How much do you think I'll be able to keep with this?

Aria: This conflict in your heart... erase it. Great Lady Peach will truly appreciate if you execute your mission without this "doubt" you possess.

Jin: Gggh... I know, but...

Aria: Just move accordingly to what she told you and everything will resolve itself. Remember that there is something great to accomplish at the end of all this.

Aria vanished before her aura caused any suspicion. Jin let out a hard sigh and walked towards the other side of the corridor.

Alice: Ah yes, thank you.

Alice stopped for a moment and looked at Fael. Then, at her mind, she saw the clear image of Magio. She did not got suprised and just shoke her head calmly.


Alice: (I don't know if this is any coincidence... but his aura and his way to speak with others, even if they are strangers, clearly resemble him. Maybe it's just my loneliness...)

She closed her eyes, opening a smile that wasn't small, neither it was large. After that, she crossed the portal.

Spring Zone: Hakurei Shrine

BGM: Hakurei ~ Eastern Wind

Reimu landed back on her shrine, wondering about what to do. She had already did her inspection on the entire Spring Zone and even met Magio on the Dream Realm.


Reimu: Ahhh, what a calm... and boring day. I don't like many incidents happening at the same time, but it's cool when something is going on...

As she got back to watch the donation box, Mao came to the shrine, accompanied by Almaz and Beryl.


Mao: Good afternoon, Miss Hakurei.

Reimu: Oh, you're that demon from before. I wasn't able to say it, but thanks for your help with Ruri.

Mao: The pleasure was mine. Although, I almost did nothing while you completely obliterated her...

Reimu: I'm just used to deal with youkai all the time, so it wasn't anything difficult. Even so, you aided me.

Mao: Well, I would like to aid you at all things possible.

Beryl: (What?! At all things possible?! How can Mao become such delinquent in a short span of time?!)

Almaz: Mao told to us about the problem and we would like to aid you as well. Right, Miss Beryl?

Beryl: Huh? O-Oh, right! We'll aid you at everything!

Reimu: Uhh... OK? It's... a little strange for a shrine maiden to have help of demons, but if you all insist...

It could be bad for her reputation, but after may incidents where she worked together with Yukari, Reimu believes that nothing could be worse. She looked at the horizon, as the sunset ended and the night began...


Reimu: Seriously, I just wonder what Marisa is doing... I haven't heard of her for a while and this is worrying me...

School: Guild's Tent

BGM: Dream Land

As they were looking as the afternoon became night, someone appeared at the wall right next to them.


Agni: Oh, it's Seraph!

Anna: You mean the same Mr. Seraph that we met at that time?

Agni: Yup! Wait a sec, I'll be back in a moment.

Agni ran to Seraph, excited to tell everything. They have a brother-like relationship, so for him, the Grim Angel was his big brother.


Seraph: Hey, how you're doing?

Agni: Completely fine, thanks! And what about you?

Seraph: I'm doing well too. How was your first day?

Agni: It was awesome! I met many nice friends, the Triplets, and we're even going on an adventure together!

Seraph: Wow, you seem rather busy already. At least you're happy, so it makes me rather relieved.

Agni: Umm... sorry if I... left you alone at the Guild. I didn't even considered that you could be feeling lonely...

Seraph: Don't worry about me. I'll be fine. Besides, the people at the Guild are really nice.

Agni: I can imagine. Hey, you're going to the Spring Festival tomorrow?

Seraph: Yes, well, someone invited me to go at it.

Agni: Already?! How come you already have a girlfriend and I don't?!

Seraph: ... It's not like that. Don't take it in the wrong way of things...

Agni: Oh... uh... I-I'll be going too, so we can meet ourselves there.

Seraph: That's fine for me. Well, I'll leave you to your friends over there. Good night.

Agni: Good night.

Seraph jumped to the high part of the wall and was ready to leave, when Agni called him.


Agni: Hey!

Seraph: What?

Agni: Thanks for visiting me... big brother.

Seraph: ... You know you can count on me.

Then, he jumped to the other side of the wall and walked back to the way towards the Spring Zone and the Guild.

Dream Realm

He walked more and more, just to see black fogs floating around. The Nightmares were oblivious to his presence, but he wasn't to them.


Magio: This nasty feeling... all this darkness in one place. It's horrible... and disgusting.

Magio: But worse is to know that this holds people from meeting peace at their nights...

And as he thought that, it didn't took long until voices spoke in the massive heavy space.

BGM: Hunt Against the Hunt

It's the Sprite!
Huh? Where?! Where?!
Get the Sprite!!
Let's put him into a crucifix and then show it to the dream people!!
Let all light succumb to darkness!!

The voices began to multiply as the Nightmares all started to fly like crazy towards him. In the very least, he is able to fly, so evading them wouldn't be hard. However, it will come a time that flying is just not enough...


Magio: Damnit, I was found. Oh well, here goes nothing...!

But as he thought more and more about summoning Starlight, nothing happens. The key wasn't appearing and Magio started to get desperate.


Magio: Why isn't it coming?! C'mon, don't let me out now!!

He looked at his hand and looked back at the cloud of Nightmares pursuing him. His descend was quick to evade their charge, but he knew this chase wouldn't last forever.

Spring Zone

BGM: Shrouding Dark Cloud

Azrel was escaping. He was not alone, since he and Jinheki were escaping with someone wanted: Ariel, the nun who killed a big number of workers at the Autumn Area. And the one chasing them was Sakuya, under the urgent orders of Remilia.


Azrel: *shoots at incoming knives* Hey, can you keep it up?!

Ariel: Why... are you...?

Azrel: Long story, and now's not a good time to tell it!

Jinheki: You better tell it when we reach the hideout!

Ariel: W-Watch out!

When he looked forward, icicles came directly at them. Floating in the air, Freudia looked down at Azrel.


Sakuya: What... who are you?

Freudia: ... Azrel, just give me the girl. Everything will be resolved peacefully if you just-

His answer - 100 bullets flying at her. Luckily, she froze them.


Azrel: Get her out of here, now!

Jinheki: What the hell?! What about you?!

Azrel: I can deal with a maid and a magi without problem. Now, just go! *pushes Ariel towards him*

Jinheki: ... You better come back in one piece!

Ariel: I... please, be careful!!

He nodded as the two ran towards an alley. Sakuya tried to follow them, but had to evade more bullets.


Sakuya: You seriously believe that you can defeat us both?

Freudia: How much of a oblivious person you are...

Azrel: Heh, don't you get it? Bounty hunters don't cooperate with the authorities.

Freudia: In other words, you are a rebel.

Sakuya: In that case, we will show you some discipline.

Azrel: Says the girls who are putting their noses into others' business... I'll take both of you down for entering in my way!

And the shooting spree starts once again. The bullets, knives and icicles deflected themselves. The place they were fighting is desolate, so no one would get hurt there. But of course, since it's a open space, the sound can get louder and its echoes could reach high distances...

Alice: Alright, but before we depart, how should we go there? I believe that you aren't able to fly, right?

Alice: Well, let's say that there's a friend in your school that I must speak.

Bloo: Oh, so it's that guy you mentioned before? What was his name again?
Alice: It doesn't matter. All that matters is that I must see him.

Gelato: ...

Bloo: Hmmm? Is something wrong, Gelato? Worried with Alice-chan?

Alice: Ugh, you're a moron. Can't you see that what he has is complete boredom?

Gelato: ... She understands it.

Bloo: Aww, come on! How come that Alice-chan is all friendly with you and with me she's all ice?

Bloo turned his attention to Gelato and even starting to argue. Alice looked back at Fael and Akina.


Alice: ... Ignoring that little idiot over there, shall we go now?

BGM: A mirage callled tranquility still playing


Agni: Oh, wow, that sounds really tough...

Anna: I-I do hope we do not end up meeting him...

Both gulped at the same time, while imagining how strong Hugh's father was. They weren't thinking about Injya too much.


Agni: Oh yeah, that's right. We came to tell that some of us will be going into the Dream Realm to discuss about the festival tomorrow.

Dream Realm: Limit between the Dreams and the Nightmares

BGM: A Monochromatic Regress

The border between the Dream Realm and the Nightmare World was a single shining line that divided them apart. The entrance to the world of darkness wasn't filled with the creatures that desired to destroy the light, but it already gave that sensation of danger.


Magio: This is it... the Nightmare World.

From the afar, he could hear the various screams, cries of the people locked into those images of suffering. Nightmares could be seen as simple bad dreams for those who can't understand, but they were actual monsters made of the despair from every single sleeping human.


Magio: ... I have no doubts that when they get knowledge of this and come to me again, they'll say "Sacrifice yourself again and I'll kill you!" or something like that... but I have to know whether this will work or not...

Magio walked inside the other world, crossing the border that protected him. Looking at every direction, his steps tried to be firm, but the uneasiness takes its role as he thinks about how all this could go wrong in many levels...
