School: Fael and Magio's Room
BGM: Lieze Love ~Instrumental~ plays again
Alone in the room, with his head lowered. Eyes closed and an absurd silence was spread in the room. Even his Summon Spirit didn't dare to speak a word. To abrupt it, a knock was heard.
Magio: ... Who is it?
Agni: It's me. Can we talk? It's kinda important.
Magio: ... I'm not in the mood right now. Let's talk later.
Agni: Alright.
A silence was heard once again. However, it was broken after Agni shot the door down.
Magio: What the heck?! What was that for?! I thought-
Agni: I've never said I would come back later.
Magio: ... Whatever, just leave. I want to be alone.
Agni: That's the last thing you'll need right now. To be alone.
Magio: What could you possibly know about what I need or don't?
Agni: That's the problem. I don't know and I need you to tell me now.
Much to Magio's dismay, Agni sat at his side on the bed.
Agni: How much time did you spent blaming yourself, like you always do?
Magio: ... 11 days straight, if you count today as one of them.
Agni: You do know that this won't bring you anywhere, right?
Magio: Even if it won't, it's still the truth.
Agni: Are you so sure? We were all there. If anything, it's OUR fault, not yours.
Magio: Agni, this was my fault ever since the beginning. I rebelled against my sister, escaped and now everyone is paying the price for my selfishness.
Agni: What a cliché thing to say. So what if it is?
Magio: It's weird how can you smile so brightly knowing that three of us are in critical conditions. Not only that, but I lost my daughter! How do you think that I'm supposed to be then?!
After growling at him, magio just gave a hard sigh and turned his head down. After crying for the loss, no tears fell anymore into his eyes. Still with a slight smile, Agni looked to the corridor.
Agni: ... People aren't expecting us to be saviors. They just want us safe and sound, raring to go.
Magio: Huh?
Agni: Someone told me that.
Rosenkreuz's words hit Magio once again. He reminded that he was giving too much weight into himself.
Agni: Sure, many want an end to all of this. But you can't be thinking that they are expecting US and only US to do it. Those who are helping us are worried with us. Some can't possibly blame themselves for not being able to help. I can, at least, nominate three or four.
Magio: ...
Agni: And hey, they're in critical condition, but they aren't dead. Even if there's, for example, 99.9% of chance of them dying, let's believe in the 0.01% chance of survival.
Magio: ... You're so stubborn. And then I'm the one spouting cliché stuff.
Agni: Well, heroic phrases are very old, in the most part.
Agni: Oh, and about Polaris.
Magio: ... I hope she's OK, wherever she is. She would be more worried with me than with herself, she's my daughter after all.
Agni: Wow, you came to a conclusion I was about to say.

He finally stepped out of the room, letting the light come once again. Before they started to walk, he looked at his Summoner's Ring.

Lucifer: *appears* Whoo!! I have so much to say, but I need a breather first.
Magio: Before that, go back to your ring and find a human form to yourself.
Lucifer: What? Why?
Magio: Don't complain and just go. That's not a wish, it's an order.

Kokoro, who had found strength to talk with Magio, came by walking, something unexpected from a person that came from her homeworld. She passed by and saw the Guild's Tent.
Kokoro: (... No. Right now, I should leave them alone. It's not like my company would be welcomed, even if they trust me.)
She walked a little more faster, in hope of not being seen. However, Anna came by, with a bouquet filled with many types of flower, being the most of them bromellias.
Anna: Oh, Kokoro!
Kokoro: Shhhh! Be quiet!
Anna: W-Why?
Kokoro: I-It's a long story, but the least that I can say is that I don't want them to notice me.
Anna: It is hard for them to not notice you... but why would you not want them to see you?
Kokoro: ... You really want to know?
Anna: Yes.
Kokoro: We lost their trust. Us from Gensokyo, I mean. After that event with Lilly, it doesn't take a genius to know that they want us the most distant possible. Even if I'm an exception...
