I see. About the name, I'm horrible with guesses, so that'll totally remain as a surprise.
Also, expect Undertale coming a little from me. I won't bring the characters, but the game theming and the musics will come.

From the top of the tower, Iris and Yato watched the battle unfold. The little girl was so excited.


Iris: Heehee~

Yato: What's funny? That dude ain't gonna lose, I tell ya.
Iris: But the pets are working nicely. Polaris' little energy is working niiiiicely~

Yato: Yeah, no shit. It was a damn good idea to steal that brat.

Iris: That doesn't mean they don't have a healer, you know. I've already heard that Melody and Millie ran away.

Yato: But aren't ya getting too ahead of yourself?

Iris: ...

Yato: I'm itching to beat up that damned kiddo. Guess I'm gonna pay them a visit, whaddya think?

But the next thing Yato saw was a barrage of lightning coming at her. She was so distracted that she couldn't evade all of them. Once that happened, Iris jumped on her special machine, the Iris Capsule.


Iris: Now, if you excuse me... I'm off to welcome the guests.

Yato: Why you... what's your goddamn problem, damnit?!

Iris: I've no need to explain. A genius don't explain her work to mere vassals.

And off she left to see the battle from up close.

Skies above the Scarlet Devil Mansion

BGM: ANiMA ((I wasn't planning to use ANiMA now, but I decided to use it now.))

Soon, the ceiling broke. The red moon went to the sky and illuminated the Scarlet Devil Mansion and its surroundings with darkness. Then, two lights, one white and one red, clashed. And the danmaku fest became public.


Necrox: You're persistent, aren't you?

Magio: I'll chase you to the ends of earth if I need.

Necrox: Then I'll let you have some good rest!

Necrox once again shot a bubble to the sky. A wave of lasers and knives came, followed by many chains directly aimed at Magio. He dashed away from Necrox in order to evade the danmaku barrage and had to shoot from a distance that weakened the power of his shots. From time to time, he had to do crazy manuevers to evade the chains. But he managed to dispel the attack. Necrox took another Spell Card.


Necrox: Demonic Intent "A Need for Blood"!

He shot a red knife towards the sky. Soon, the knife changed directions and aimed at Magio. And behind it, hundreds of knives came too. Then, all at once, they went to Magio. He went even more away to evade and Necrox kept using them at a fast rate.


Magio: (I have to close in! Just wait for the moment!)

Then, after Necrox shot another knife to the sky, Magio rushed to attack him with the Keyblade. They eventually clashed arms once again and that led to the auto-dispel of the Spell Card. Magio dashed back one again as Necrox attacked with danmaku.


Magio: You don't get it, do you? Right now, we shouldn't be doing something like this!

Necrox: It's not something for you to say. So, shut up and be hit!

Another bubble and the same pattern from before, but it was more violent. Magio was hit, but he kept moving until he could finally dispel it. Then, another Spell Card was pulled.


Necrox: Darkness "Inanimate Shadow"!

Necrox engulfed the space on darkness and stared to shoot danmaku. Without any way of seeing him, Magio's only option was to evade.


Magio: That's your plan now? It's so like you, hiding everytime you don't want to take a choice!
Necrox: And whose fault it is?! Your damned rebellious attitude began all of this! If anything, Magio, you're the only one to blame if Multilopolis became a true hellhole!

Magio: You're right. I began everything... I owe everyone an apology for everything that's happening right now...

Magio: But even so, I'll fight! To fix everything! To create once again the peace I destroyed! But for that to happen, I need you! I've already said that so many times! How long will you keep ignoring me?!

Autumn Place Streets

Agni, Kana and Melody walked a little more until they reached the area where Ragna and the others were fighting Jin. They were close, but the area of vision wasn't that clear, so they wouldn't be that easily noticed until they decided to attack. Seraph appeared from behind them.

Agni: Seraph!

Seraph: Turn your blade into a gun.

Agni: Alright.

Melody: Should we not help them?

Seraph: Wait for the right moment. When I say, you shoot and we'll all go. Understood?

Agni, Kana and Melody: Yes!

Scarlet Devil Mansion: Foyer

((Time for the final boss of this little contraption...))

BGM: The Young Descendant of Tepes

The battle with Sakuya and Auguste has ended and Magio went to the Foyer. As he entered there, he was received by Remilia.


Remilia: Magio, at least knock when you wish to enter.

Magio: Spill it, Remilia. Where's Necrox?

Remilia: Before that, do you wish some tea? You don't mind if I put some extra cubes, do you?

Remilia shot her bubble danmaku directly at Magio. Magio evaded them and shot directly at her. Then, she used a Spell Card.


Remilia: Critical "Heart Break"!

She shot a single small spear that released a trail of fireballs. Magio kept his evasive manuevers and shot her until the Spell Card finally dispelled. She threw him a 1-Up and left. Under a supposed red moon that covered the fog, they finally encountered.


Magio: I finally found you, bastard. You're really quick to run, aren't you... brother?

Necrox: *appears* I suppose no one in this place is competent enough to stop you. Seriously, I shouldn't have ignored Corin and Patchy...

Magio: Enough with the small talk. Let's get to the point already.

Necrox: Maybe you didn't realized it just yet, but you do know that this is all a waste of time?

Magio: So you're saying that you gave up?

Necrox: I just need some time to think. That's all.

Magio: 11 days were enough for you to take a decision. Are you going to choose or you're just stalling?

Necrox: Impatient till the very end. I supposed you don't want to resolve this with words anymore.

Magio: I'll fill you with bullets if it means for you to take a damn choice.

BGM: Septette for the Dead Prince


Necrox: *summons Gae Bolg* If no one was able to take you seriously, I have to do things myself.

Magio: You saw that just now?

Necrox: Looks like this will be a busy day, won't it?
Magio: Looks like this will be an interesting day, won't it?

Necrox shot a bubble upwards and then a wave of red knives fell down. Magio had to be careful since he knew that Necrox wasn't that bad at danmaku. The demon shot 3 bubbles at once, making an even more troublesome wave fall down. By a tip of a hair, Magio evaded the wave and dispelled the nonspell. Then, Necrox brought his first Spell Card.


Necrox: Fate "Scarlet Cogwheels"!

He knew how this worked. A web of lasers and a descent of red spheres into lines that followed the web. However, this was a dangerous opener, since there was little space between the lasers and the spheres just diminished more of the already cramped room left for evasion.


Magio: Ah!

And he got hit by a sphere. The 1-Up he won was already lost, but Magio kept shooting until he finally dispelled it. Then, Necrox shot another bubble to the ceiling. However, what came was a wave of lasers and a diminished number of knives. It seems most patterns coming from the Scarlets involved lasers, knives and bubbles. It wasn't hard, but Magio knew that Necrox wasn't the responsible for one certain incident in Gensokyo just for fun. It was soon dispelled thanks to Magio's offensive attacks, but Necrox soon came with another card.


Necrox: Hell Sign "Demon's Cognitive Disaster"!

Similar to Hell Sign "Mountain of Thousand Needles", this was a scatter of red shards that rebounced through the walls and ground. Of course the only exception is that Necrox added knives and bubbles to the play. Magio had to be really careful. Then, big walls of shards and bubbles were surrounding him. Magio was forced to use a bomb.


Magio: Star Sign "Meteonic Release"!

A circle of stars was released. It cleared all the bullets and eventually attacked Necrox. That dispelled the card.


Necrox: Gh...! I forgot you're good at this stuff...

Magio: So, decided already?

Necrox: Just a few more bullets and we'll be done with.

Oh, don't worry about that. Everyone has a strike of bad luck. Usually, I tried to run for 2 public services and failed in both, even after studying too much...

The duel between her scythe and his gunblade kept going on, with the margin of victory going to her side. Although he had two weapons in one, she seemed to like the pressure of forcing him back with slashes, spins... and words.


Agni: (Gh... I hate to admit, but she's good!)

Aria: Come now. Unleash your death power or else you will not defeat me.

Agni: I don't have and I don't need that! I will beat you without it!

Aria: Insolent fool... die...

BGM: Vanishing Dream ~ Lost Dream

Suddenly, a barrage of musical notes and small danmaku came at them. Aria quickly evaded it before she could get hit. As Agni looked behind him, two girls stood. One of them was Kana. The other was...

Melody: Glad we came on time. One second longer and it could have turned worse.

Kana: Are you hurt somewhere?! Can you walk?!

Agni: D-Don't worry that much. I'm fine.

Melody: Then allow me to help you. I came in behalf of Young Princess Polaris.

Agni: Polaris... sent you?!

Aria: But how? She escaped from the machine... no... how did she-

Agni: Machine?! You better explain right now what you did to Polaris!!

Aria: ... I spoke too much. In any case, my plan was foiled. It did not run that much as he spoke...

Melody: Wait! We are not finished with you!

Agni: Then we might go and see the others. All the info we can get will be useful in order to save her.

Melody: Before that, there is a fight happening not too far from here. We should go and see if we can help at any case.

Kana: The air got colder near there. I know we are poltergeists, but even I could feel the freezing breeze...

Melody: And to mention that the coldness had such dark feeling. I worry something might happen and it will hurt civilians...

Agni: Then let's see what's going on. If we can help in any case, we'll do our best.

Agni hopped and landed on an incoming Warp Star and followed the two girls. He was really worried about Polaris' state after hearing Aria's and Melody's words, but he had to stay calm.

Cool. Just freed Mima and locked Lilly on my last post. Of course, the villain will only appear after Anza's movements begin.

And I still imagine of a fight against Rachel and Yukari. I had already prepared one against Rosenkreuz.

With a loud thud, the door opened. She looked around and no one was there. But she had to be quick or she was going to be found.


Lilly: (This place... it's obvious they will come here to see me. I have to seal it and I know how...!)

Lilly quickly went to the Dream Depot. She looked around, trying to find something. The thing she wanted to find is a box with five Hakurei sealing amulets that Magio won from Reimu in one birthday. Then, she found it and took two of the five contents. After that, she quickly left and looked at the seals once again.


Lilly: (... I'm deeply sorry, everyone. But I can't allow that thing to run amok any longer.)
Luste: Look, it's Lilly!!

When she looked, Liebea and the others came with tea and cookies. Lilly stepped back towards the door to the library.


Liebea: Lilly, I am glad you are fine! Do you wish some tea?

Lilly: N-No... I don't want tea. And by any means, I don't want you near me.

Liebea: Huh? Why?

Lilly: Because... this is for your own good!

She immediately entered Etoile Sirius and closed the door. After doing that, she put the seal right into it. Then, she breathed a little.

Tokiko: Well, time to clean Etoile Sirius.

Lilly: !!!

She could hear Tokiko coming closer and closer. Lilly tried to run, but she could only walk a little more faster than she was able to. By all means, she managed to get first and seal the door before Tokiko could open it. Talking about the youkai...

School: Library

With all the cleaning equipment ready, Tokiko was ready to clean Etoile Sirius. But the moment she touched the door, something pulled her back.


Tokiko: Gah! Ouch!!

That impulse made her drop all of her supplies. Of course that power was familiar to her.


Tokiko: Haku... rei?

Scarlet Devil Mansion: Hallway

BGM: The Maid and the Pocket Watch of Blood (CtC Ver.)

Venturing inside the mansion, Magio was well received by fairy maids. After exchanging bows, danmaku was shot directly at him. It looked like a dance, except that he had no intention on continuing on this ball. Once some more progression, the chief maid finally appeared.


Sakuya: Magio, it would seem you are in the way of my cleaning. The hallway is a mess.

Magio: Sorry, but I think the maids are already taking the trash off. Why don't you go and check another corridor?

Sakuya: It would seem as well they forgot a rat. Very well, I will eliminate it myself.

She threw knives into the ceiling, walls and floor. All of them rebounced towards Magio, but he managed to evade them while shooting at Sakuya. Soon, she quickly drew a Spell Card.


Sakuya: Illusion Existence "Clock Corpse".

Sakuya stopped time and shot knives around space. They weren't aimed at Magio whatsoever, but she tried to lead him in desperation. Time returned and the knives flew, but Magio was able to evade them. She repeated the same process until she saw that her tactic wouldn't stop him.


Sakuya: You grew smarter. Usually, you would be panicked whenever knives appeared out of nowhere.

Magio: I lived too much and saw too much. If I get scared with knives, I should retire.

Sakuya: Well, I will keep my cleaning. Don't disturb me. *disappears*

As she left, Magio kept his progression, while being attacked by fairy maids once again. As he reached the end, he saw the door to the Foyer and went directly to it. However, Sakuya appeared again.


Sakuya: I said for you not to disturb my cleaning.

Magio: But isn't cleaning time at another hallway?

Sakuya: I decided to clean this one first. You see, many crows invade our home and fill our place with feathers.

Magio: And the bats are always spreading dust.
Auguste: Izayoi.

Auguste soon appeared after hearing the chatter. He didn't understood anything for that friendly way of speaking, but Magio and Sakuya where threatening each other.


Auguste: Should we stop the friendliness now? A threat is right at out front.

Magio: But who said we're being friendly? I'm just saying about the cleaning.

Sakuya: I sincerely apologize that I forgot a better pesticide. Naturally, my knives do the work well.

Magio: If you can't kill a cockroach, imagine if the mansion suffers an infestation with spiders.

Sakuya: Not even flies can escape my merciless and profound cleaning.

Auguste: Enough with the chatter!

Magio and Sakuya: ...

Auguste: I will never understand both of you, but I have orders from my Lord to fulfill. And I cannot sit and watch you two talking all day long.

Magio: The bug here's not leaving until I scare the Lord.

BGM: Lunar Clock ~ Luna Dial (Maihana Ao Makyou ver.)


Sakuya: My... cleaning has been rough these days.

Sakuya: Auguste, how about we leave this hallway shining?
Auguste: ...

Sakuya: Are you honestly not going to respond?

Auguste: This is ridiculous.

Sakuya: (Clearly he didn't understood something so simple...)

Auguste: Sir Magio, I respect your decision. For that, I will pierce you without pain.
Magio: *draws Starlight* Oh, then come. Taking Sakuya's danmaku and you at the same time won't stop me! But first...

Magio: Respond accordingly. It's cleaning time, right, Sakuya?

Sakuya: Exactly.

Magio: Too bad there's little cat spreading his footprints in the wall. Oh, and he dropped a vase too.

Sakuya: Personally, I don't like stray animals. What about you, Auguste?

Auguste: ...

Magio: We're waiting.

Still not aprroving this idea of conversation, Auguste took his sword out and pointed it at Magio

Reimu was cleaning the shrine as usual. Since Kokoro left, it was only her to do the job. Then, like the previous time, darkness grew at her shrine again. But this time, it was already enormous.


Reimu: W-What the hell?! How did it grew like-

And then, a black explosion happened. Reimu was thrown away at the ground as a silhouette formed among the dark fog covering her shrine.

BGM: Reincarnation (Magnum Opus Remix)

???: Haha... hahahahaha... I'm finally free...

Reimu: No way... it can't be!!

Said silhouette rose from the fog and revealed itself under the light of the sun. It was an old enemy of Reimu. One that she never forgot.

Mima: It seems your seals couldn't hold me back, Reimu. How does it feel to see your goddess once again?

Reimu: Shut up!! You left your place, now I'll finally have another chance!!

Reimu: I wasted too much time on simply leaving you sealed. This time, I'll exterminate you, Mima!!

Reimu started to shoot at her but the spirit shot stars. Stars that clearly resembled Marisa's. But even if they were colored, they weren't possessing the same feeling. The colors didn't demonstrated determination, but were more as a symbol of malevolence when she was the one using.


Reimu: Spirit Sign "Fantasy Seal"!!

The colored orbs were all shot at her. But with a single shield, Mima was able to contain them all.


Reimu: What?!

Mima: You honestly believed that I would never grow as time passed just because I'm sealed. Idiot.

And with a swing of her staff, she sent said orbs back to their owner. Reimu defended it, but it was still damaged by her own power.


Reimu: Gh...!!

Mima: I would love to destroy you right now and take those Yin-Yang orbs with me, but I have many things to do. Starting with a visit to a friend.
Reimu: Friend?

Mima: Yes. A kind person who sent someone to free me. Guess the donations went against your own good, right?

Reimu: W-What are you talking about?!

Mima: Discover by yourself. Until them, relax and enjoy your tranquil life. I don't promise it'll always be like that.

And Mima teleported herself to somewhere unknown.

Anna: Princess!! Princess!!

She ran frantically while searching for Lilly. Anna was trying to contain tears, but she was too desperate to find Lilly and the worries she had were consuming her mind. She didn't even noticed, but she bumped into someone.


Anna: Ahh! I am sorry! I had not noticed you!

Azure: Oh no, there is no problem at all. I was distracted as well.

Azure: (Wait, this little girl...!)

Anna: P-Please excuse me! I must get going!

Once again, she ran towards the streets. Azure, who remembered Anna from the incident, thought about it.

Azure: (I hate to do this, but she might be the only possible way for me to find him.)

The Stray Summon soon began to ran after the girl. She hoped to meet the one she was looking for, so she could make a contract and became a Summon Spirit at last.

Skies above the Spring Zone

BGM: Friction plays here

Kokoro looked right from above, paying attention to every detail. As she looked down...


Kokoro: Hey, isn't that...

The person she found was Azrel. Needing more help than ever, she descended and spoke with him.


Kokoro: Hey, Azrel!

Azrel: Oh, it's Kokoro. How you've been doing?
Kokoro: I'm fine, but that isn't the topic right now. Lilly is gone and we need all help we can.

Azrel: Alright, but what I'm winning at my side? Getting bounties for free isn't too cool.

Kokoro: Wha- are you charging me just for a search?!

Azrel: I'm a bounty hunter. What do you expect?

Kokoro: Ugh, fine, fine... a plate of homemade dumplings...

Azrel: Fine for me. I'll search for her around my parts. If I find anything, I'll give you a call.

Kokoro: It's better if you give your sister a call. I'm not with my cellphone right now.

Azrel: Deal. I can't wait for those dumplings!

Kokoro left for the skies again as Azrel started to walk around and look for Lilly at the ground.

Summer Area: Scarlet Devil Mansion

Magio looked from the ground before he decided to look from the skies, but he couldn't find signs of her. Just as he walked, he passed by the SDM and decided to halt his search for Lilly.


Magio: (Lilly, be safe for some moments. For the sake of our brotherhood, I'm going after him and then I'll go after you.)

As he walked, Magio was received with a bow from Meiling.


Meiling: Hello, Magio.

Magio: I suppose Necrox came here, didn't he?

Meiling: He also told me to not let you, Lilly or anyone who's looking for him pass.
Magio: And I'm telling you I'm going in after him.

BGM: Shanghai Alice of Meiji 17 (CtC ver.)


Meiling: You'll have to pass over me first, sir! I have orders and I shall fulfill them!

Magio: Well, that's fine. Give me everything you got, Meiling!

And following what he said, Meiling went ahead with a dash and started to attack him with punches and kicks. Magio began evading them and those he wasn't able he defended with his arms, since he wasn't able to draw Starlight out yet.


Meiling: Come on, are you going to evade and defend all day long?!

Magio: (She's kind of right. I can't stay on the defensive anymore. Alright, you asked for it, you're having it!)

Just as she tried to kick his head, Magio quickly ducked and charged a Bright Rune. Then, he hit her with a palm right in the stomach and blasted Meiling back to the gate. That gave time for him to draw Starlight and for her to summon a Spell Card.


Meiling: Chi Sign "Star Pulse Bullets"!!

After charging it, Meiling released a powerful orb of chi directly at Magio. He dashed out of the range, but she shot another right at the way he used to evade the first orb.


Magio: Prayer Convergence!

Magio shielded himself, but the shield broke and he was hit by the orb. Cocky, Meiling cleaned her own hands.


Meiling: No one messes with me, the faithful guard of the Scarlet Devil Mansion! Come back when you're truly ready to fight!

But then she was caught by surprise as a big rune was shot at her. She managed to evade it, but the gate was hit. This would surely call the attention of the others. The smoke cleared, revealing that Magio didn't fell down.


Meiling: Oh?!

Magio: Don't get too cocky! This is just the beginning of the fight.

Meiling: As if! I'll show you what I'm made of! Flower Sign "Selaginella 9"!!

Now taking the fight to the skies, Meiling floated in the air and started to shoot yellow crystals in the form of a beautiful flower and a circle of red crystals during each wave.


Magio: Oh, switching to my domain now? Ground may be your tough spot, but the skies are mine, Meiling!

Magio started to evade the crystal danmaku while shooting stars at her. The patter from Selaginella 9 wasn't that difficuly ((Obviously I'm lying, I never cleared EoSD on Lunatic.)), but he had to pay attention. Soon, he dispelled her Spell Card, but she immediately called another.


Meiling: Colorful Sign "Extreme Color Typhoon"!!

A violent storm of multi-colored crystals started to be shot at all directions. Magio evaded all of them and kept shooting at her until it finally ended.


Meiling: Whaaat?! No waaaaay!! *pichun*

And she fell right back to earth. Looking at the ground, she started to sob a little.


Meiling: Waaah... I'm gonna be knived all the around...

Magio: As a consolation prize, I'll tell Sakuya to take it easy in your punishment.
Meiling: I'll still be punished!!

Then, he opened the gate and walked towards the mansion.

Autumn Place Streets

Agni stood at the ground, but flying at the Warp Star to search faster. However, no matter where he went, no one saw her and he didn't find a clue either.


Agni: This is going nowhere. C'mon, Lilly... give me a hint of where you are...

BGM: Dark Girl

But as he continued, he had to quickly evade a dark flash that passed right through him. It didn't worked well and he ended up crashing at the ground. When he got up, Aria was behind him, enveloping his neck with her scythe.


Aria: Fallen angel, I will ask only once. Come with me.

Agni: And what if I don't want to?

Aria: That is simple too. I will force you to come with me.

Agni: So be it! I don't plan to let someone from Peach's army stop me!

Aria: Delusionary simpleton... die.

She pulled him to the ground and tried to pierce him with the scythe's tip, but he rolled and shot her. Then, changing back to his sword mode, he charged at her and then a clash started.

Agni: What's the matter?! Not gonna fight for real?!

Aria: I do not have my life at a stake for doing this.

Agni: Listen, if you don't fight seriously, I'm really going to take your life!

Aria: ...

Agni: Damnit, stop fooling around and fight!

Agni kept attacking, but she pushed him away with a single spin. Aria looked at him carefully.


Aria: You had never left your inner demon side of killing. Still, why you struggle against it?

Agni: I'm not a monster! I'll never kill someone just for fun!

Aria: Yet you do not deny you will kill someone.

Agni: Gh...!!

Aria: I still wish to hear more of that. Come, entertain me.
