As they received the message, Necrox opened and started to read. The letter came from Stein. e got shocked at the idea. As he was reading, Lilly took the message and started to read.

An evil grin came on Lilly's face. The idea was perfect, and she would save her brother from troubles. "... Fine. I have my wish already.", she said. Necrox looked at her and tried to stop her. "T-This is crazy, are you really planning to-!", he said. "Don't worry, it's only a wish. It won't hurt.", she said, walking towards Carmilla, looking directly in her eyes. Lilly's hatred for Witches was burning.
"I wish that only you and me are completely isolate! Create a space that is absolutely and completely closed off from all other spaces. Let's say that we'll stay a fixed duration in this closed space... 3 hours, maximum. And, just to make sure of it, I want this wish confirmed into Red Truth!!", Lilly wished. It was a strange wish. Who in the world would wish to be in a prison with a powerful guard? Lilly did. "If you can't do this, I can't do one thing. °If this wish is ignored, I will never acknowledge you as a powerful Witch of the Senate. If you can't realize that, I will consider you as a Witch that is more weaker than Erika Furudo, a simple Witch of Truth!!°", she teased Carmilla.

Personality: Riko is a serious girl that doesn't smile and laugh so oftenly. She is rather calm and it's hard to get her nervous, anxious or worried.
Abilities: Riko can craft magical songs that will aid her and her allies in battle. She can also use those songs to give them buffs, so they will be stronger. Also, her songs can lead people to a certain emotion.
Weapons: Other than her microphone, she can use broken notes as a weapon. Also, she can craft a sword with a song.
From: Touhou Project (Fan-Made)
Other: For curiosity, Riko is the only fan-made character in Touhou to have a complete base on Vocaloid. Also if you spell her name in Eastern order, it reminds of an RPG game. Her reason to join Rebellion is by the simple fact that Saraka Sant'Angelo has been freed once again, and as her sisters could not stop her, Riko left the Life-Guiding Tree and joined the Rebellion faction.

Abilities: Saraka has the power of harvesting souls, using them as an option to attack. Also, she can invert light and darkness using the powers of Nephilim.
Weapons: She only possess her scythe.

Necrox scratched his head again. "Well, guess I did the wrong wish. That was kinda desperate, so... who's next?", he said. Prae was going to make his wish. Lilly, however, lost a little of her temper, and started to argue with her brother.

"Good job, you idiot! This is what you win for being nice to a Witch!!", Lilly said. She wasn't caring if Carmilla or Mereana would hear her. She didn't trusted any Witch. Even Lambdadelta, which she owed one, wasn't trustworthy for Lilly because she was a Witch. "Shhh!! Not so loud, they're still here!", he said. "Like I care!! Now, thanks to your idea of playing their game, we're going to become servants for all the eternity!! Yeah, good job... good job... maybe now you'll learn that a Witch doesn't want to see you happy, sad or how you are! All that matters is that they have their own fun with others' misery!!", she continued to argue. Praeminister tried to hold Lilly so she would stop, but it was impossible.
"Can we discuss this later? You and Prae need to make a wish.", Necrox tried to stop her. "Me?! Do a wish?! So that I'll become a little Furniture when we could be searching a way to get home?!", she said, slapping Necrox. The hand left a mark on his cheek. "Are you KIDDING with me?! Do I look like someone that wants anything from them?! No, thanks. I've never asked you to wish that, yet you did! Now, you're going to enjoy the rest of your life as a Core serving a Witch. A WITCH!!", it seemed like if it wasn't going to end. "P-P-Please, Lady Lilly. If you reconsiderate- guh!!", Prae tried to speak, but a giant boulder fell on him. "No, thank you. If you're going to do a wish, do it so, Prae! At least, you're already a servant, so you know what is to have your life full of orders and only them! I want my freedom, thanks!", she continued to speak. Necrox looked quickly at Carmilla and Mereana, imagining that they wished to have Lilly dead.

LILLY-Beatrice, the Witch of 5 Colors. It was beginning to born, when Magio took her place becoming the Sorcerer of Galaxies. "What are you insinuating?! That my Witch side could possibly do something at this?!", Lilly questioned. Necrox simply nodded.
"So let me get that straight... if we make a powerful and likeable wish in your taste, and we'll win this wish. And if we lose, we'll became more of your dear Furniture, right?", he asked. Praeminister, too, was nervous. On his sight, Necrox would never accept these conditions. He wouldn't risk his life being a Furntiure to a Witch. "L-Lord Necrox, I think that you should rethink your own-", Prae tried to intervene, but Necrox raised his hand, asking him to stop.
