Still alive, kind of. The wifi hasn't been great to where I wanted it. Either this laptop is connecting and I make my posts tomorrow, or I'm going to the library to make some RP posts.

Again, sorry if I've been running slow...a whole other, months long RP was just shut down, nd that was kind of depressing.

Well...what do you guy think your character would be doing at the beginning of the RP?

Night is just doing his usual wander through the darkness, though he is also looking out for Koschei the Immortal's 'death', a small quest given to him by his father.
I think it's a good idea. Maybe some of us cross paths on certain quests...?

She can always steal a voice at some point, which will be fun to bring about. I don't see her being particularly powerful, since her initial power resided in her voice and without that she'll be a lesser witch, especially since otherwise she's not a strong, natural-born witch but is rather driven more by determination. Perhaps start her out fairly weak and have her progress, but at her peak I don't think I'd want anything especially powerful. 1-10, peaking at maybe 7?

Maybe she can...steal voices of people by killing them, but it only lasts temporarily? Or, perhaps, she regained her ability to speak...but much like the nymph Echo, can only repeat word that have already been spoken out loud?

Although Ariel rejoices in dragging sailors to their watery deaths, she is never quite satisfied.I'm debating whether I'll keep her a mute or not. Perhaps she'll be granted a voice, though not one of her original quality. Hummhum.

She should prolly have stolen the voice of the princess as well.

Night speaks in a very soft yet smooth voice, or else is entirely silent while passing through human towns. Day/Dawn converses easily with people, and has a very charismatic voice and tone. Sun is loud, her voice is powerfully passionate...ranges from being like a lion's roar, to a seductive and piercing tone of a siren.

Anywho...list of characters people have expressed interest in RPing...
-Night, Sun, Day
-Tom Thumb
-Belle/Beauty/Beast
-Cheshire Cat
-Red Riding Hood
-Rumpleskiltskin
-(fem)Dr. Jekyll and Hyde
-Little Mermaid
-Billy Goat Gruff
-(fem)Mushu
Can we has a list of characters established?
;3;
Characters from the original Once Upon a Time, and our Original Characters? Of, I could prolly just read through this thing...

Also, anything you need from me, anything need to be covered/corrected/clarified?

Ah...is there a CS or list or something of all the things we should include for our characters?
Nothing is better at creating illusions than darkness combined with people's fearful imaginations, and a former shadow would naturally be the stealthiest ninja. As a shadow himself, Night doesn't actually have his own shadow...that'd be weird, shadow-ception. Though not many get to the point of actually being called a true friend of his, my guy'll be alright with most nocturnal humans/animals/beings, since they generally don't fear him nor feel his aura of death/danger...

Example:
-small kids who see him passing through town may feel like they'd be kidnapped or eaten up by animal if they stayed in his presence, normal village women who see him feel like they're in danger of being raped and killed, men feel like they'd be robbed or murdered in cold blood...it's the feeling of a dangerous and uncertain night.
-nocturnal animals would feel comfortable or even at home like within the safe parts of their territory, a vampire would feel perfectly safe around him, black or dark magic user would feel like they were in the presence of a great friend or mentor, some open-minded people would just see a lonely stranger riding along in the night, while fearless travellers would feel him just another traveller. Astronomers or stargazers or the like would see a person of enchanting and mysterious beauty, and even feel a sense of awe, as if watching a procession of a royal. Wanted robbers or murderers feel like they'd have a better chance of escaping if they stay with him...this last one, he takes advantage of, bringing some criminals to Day at the morning light.

For a TV show, he's quite the dynamic character imo. And a beeeast. =D Heh. Get it? Heh.

He seems like the main character for the entire fairy tale portion of the story...it's easy to fall in love with a very involved character, as opposed to a character you only see once or twice.

Ursa - What would you classify your character Night as? He's certainly not human, is he a spirit? Or does he have magic? Or...

He is the personification of the Night itself, and the shadow of Death. He is the most powerful of the trio, however...Day is all about diplomacy, Sun is all about brutality, and Night is all about neutrality. Sure, he feels that there should be a fair amount of justice in the world, but with Death as your father you come to understand that there is a balance that can yet shouldn't be tampered with.

I did mention him having very little friends or companions in humans, but I'm sure he'd get along with nocturnal animals just fine.

Any fairy-tale I could link with Night's story/backstory? I just read the first section of Rumplestiltskin's backstory in the Once Upon A Time wiki, and I'm feeling kind of inadequate right now.
Do that, do that please.
