What kind of limits are their going to be on abilities? For example could a shinigami(bleach) ever eat a devil fruit, or could someone that uses spirit power(Yuyu Hakusho,) make use of kiddo? I mean, will we only get to decide on one, uhm, anime, for our character's to gain powers from, or will there be some mixing and matching, even if only through story?
So are there going to be areas for the various, uhm, anime, or is everything going to be sort of jumbled together? I mean, I know there's an unsteady truce, so its not a Berlin wall type situation, but how mixed up is the populace?

Well, when I'm looking through interests checks, one of the first things I check for, after the initial idea, are the character sheets, because It gives me an idea of what kind of character I can use, but that's probably only me.
I'm interested in this, and can't wait till it gets off the ground.
What about Fairy Tail? I'm pretty bad with manga genres so if that's not shonen, I apologize.
Okay so I got my character's ability picked. I just don't have enough time or energy to do the entire CS right now.
So basically, his item is going to be a four colored pen, the kind that allows you to switch between colors, and it'll turn into a rapier with a crystal. The crystal will be filled with whatever colors selected. So whenever the blade scratches something, there'll be a different effect, depending on whatever color is active. Uhm, I'm not 100% on the effects yet, but I'll work on it. Sorry it's taking me so long. Things should go a lot quicker now that I've got the basic ability settled on.

Character Sheet:
Name: James Imari
Nicknames: Jimmy
Gender: Male
Weight: 180
Height: 5'9
Age: 22
Languages known: English
Appearance:

Fullbringer Ability:
Willing glass- Summons forth a dozen irregular shaped, fragments of solidified energy that look like blue diamonds. Jimmy can manipulate these "pieces of glass" at will, but can control no more than two pieces at any given time. The shards may be used offensively or defensively. Defensively, the shards are surprisingly durable and can be used in place of a shield, or, offensively, their every edge is razor sharp and they can move at great speeds. When not being specifically controlled, the glass shards float around the user at a set distance of two feet in three alternating rows of clockwise, and anti-clockwise rotations

Fullbringer Item Appearance/Description:
Jimmy's cellphone with a cracked screen. It's a white Samsung galaxy S III with a black and white case. The cracks run widely along the surface, but their frequency is a lot heavier towards the upper right hand corner.

Spiritual/Reiryoku Level: Average

Other Weapons/Instruments/Armor: (If applicable those who do not carry weapons or armor don't need to apply to this)

Personality: Jimmy gets a long with most people, but that's only due to how adverse he is to confrontation. He likes peace, and enjoys solitude, again, not because he directly enjoys his own company, but because he never has to worry about arguing with himself, or in the odd occasions when such things do happen, about the threat of it turning violent since he loves himself far too much to ever cause his own body bodily harm. He's not a serious boy though, honestly. He dreams of being a stand-up comic, which is turning out to be fairly difficult thanks to the fear of making people angry and things going sour like pickles in vinegar, but with fist and pitchforks.

Yes, he doesn't like fighting, but that doesn't mean he's a pushover, entirely, only mostly. The one thing he won't back down from is his set of morals and principals. Numbers of people don't matter, or how loud their clamoring against his beliefs. Once his mind is set up one something's rightness he won't bend, and will use force, or a louder voice, whatever's needed. The most important thing, morally speaking, is the protection of innocence. He considers animals, none human life, to be incapable of being anything, but innocent so will never hesitate to choose a creature's life over that of a human being's.

History: Jimmy's life wasn't a very interesting one. He spent most of his youth indoors, except for when he was out with his dogs, or somewhere that he had to be. This all changed though, and not with his permission. It all started out regularly enough. He was going to work, at a little store in his home town, in the state of Texas. He was a little late so he was running, and not bothering to see where he was going, or who was doing what, and that's exactly why he slipped right in front of an alley, or the Alley. His headphones came off, and his phone clatter to the floor, against the floor, like an ignorant child headbutting a wall. There was a flash as the phone's light lit up for no reason he could be sure of, and it drew the attention of a group of men.

The men, as it would happen, were in a gang, and did not like their pictures being taken, especially when they were busy doing gang things such as roughing up store owners who didn't think protection was really needed. There was some talk, minimal, and Jimmy found himself running. To make a long story short, Jimmy got away, with only a few scars and a picture of the members. He contacted the local constables, and reported the incident. As it would turn out, the men from the gang were rather high ranking in their surprisingly wide spread organization so the fbi took a keen interest in Jimmy and his story. Before long, he found himself in a courtroom, pointing a finger at the men, and then he was on a plane, heading towards Karakura, where the the bureau had seen to it that he had a job and apartment building waiting for him.

Other: (this is for anything missed here. If you are playing a quincy feel free to change out any fullbringer sections above to the applicable things for your character instead)
Oh. I'm sorry about that. Lifes been a bit busy, lately, and I've been unable to think up anything worth writing. Though, I am sorry I neglected to even give a heads up. :(
It's going to be an early day tomorrow, and I'll be working for eight hours after the start. Hopefully, I'll have something to put up by then. Right now, my idea is a banjo(really hooked on that idea) that turns into a six shooter, with each shot having a different effect, but there's a catch, and its that the shots can only be fired in order. Of course, I haven't any idea on what the shots would be, only the basic concept.
Maybe a fullbringer whose Item is a toy lightsaber or gundam action figure could be interesting too, but I've got less on those than the banjo.
Well hopefully a good night's sleep and lots of work will get the old cogs turning.
I've kind of got an idea for a banjo fullbring, turning it into some kind of ax, and an ability that involves sounds, and eventually manipulation of vibrations, but I'm not really too sure about that. It seems to generic for me. A banjo is an instrument whose sound kind of sticks out. Its got that twang. So yeah, I'm interested, if there's a place but Its still a work in progress.
Super interesting, but I'm a bit worried about how things could go. I have no problem with the idea of taking characters from the bible and playing as them, but its a bit worrying that some people, the religious kind oor ant-religious, would start something. That being said, I like to say again how interesting of an idea it seems.
I'm in class right n so My post will have to wait till I get home. If it would help things I could have my character interfere rumi's character so there's less kinetic energy involved.
Oooh! Is there still space for this?
Dirk watched the woman go, and then the man, wondering what the commotion was about. "I suppose." He sighed, tapping the bottom of his heel on the floor. "You would like me to go with them, and offer back up, in the case that circumstances require." It wasn't a question. "OH from one place to another. I know how an electron must feel, or close to it. At least they get to bond every once in a while, you know." The meta brought out his hand and showed it to Bernett, palm up. "So now then, would you be so kind as to lend me a tracker, the kind everyone but myself seems to have, so I won't go wondering around, poking my nose into all sorts of wonderfully wrong corners. I'm sure a random trip through the town would prove interesting, but I'm highly doubtful it would be of much use to me, or you, if things turn south for our adventuring pair."
Bernett answered by raising an eyebrow, and places a grey box with a glowing screen on it. He informed Penderghast that the dot at the center was where the others had gone. "Thank you kindly, leader of men, and not so men. I shall return, and when I do, a little downtime and thorough explanation about the next course of action would be much appreciated. A bath too, and a nice meal, but I like breathing, it's been a pleasure so far, and I don't want to deprive myself of the convenience, holding my breath for more than you and your people are likely to give me." Without waiting for a reply, he swirled on his heel, and headed at a moderate pace in the direction the others were lost.
Reaching the others this time was relatively easy, at least when compared to getting to the HQ. It didn't take long for Dirk to find himself a car, and there wouldn't even be a mess for him to clean up afterwards. Someone, from the corporation, or at least someone who used their parking space, had been considerate enough to leave their keys in the vehicle, and to make things even better there were fags in the passenger seat. Normally, Dirk wouldn't allow for himself to take any poison till after a job was done, but he hadn't been able to do it earlier, after completing his first errand of the day so he indulged.
"Ah here we are." He said, pulling up take park the car a block away from where the green dot was. Had it been his car, there wouldn't be a question about taking it all the way up to the action, but this as a loner, all be it one that wasn't made so with consent, but still. He had full intention of leaving it just as he found it, a full tank of gas as his way of thanks. Quickly, he grabbed the locating device off the dashboard, and hurried towards the dot. His strides made all the more efficient thanks to the energy he added to his kicks off the ground. A few people he passed by hugged themselves and wondered if there was something wrong with the pale figure that passed them by, attributing the drop in air temperature to the sensing of wickedness.
"I say." Dirk said, putting his hands into his pockets, and taking one last drag from his cigarette before letting it fall from his mouth. The embers quickly lost heat, because the energy was spread to the air around it and was fully extinguished by the time it hit the cement floor. "You two are quite the go-getters." He stepped up to the ambulance where the others were waiting. A window had been blown open, which he assumed was the female agent since the male had a calmer look about him. "Running off half cocked as if not a single shred of danger would be waiting to trip you like a couple of rabbits with their feet in one of those little rope traps that are so ungodly difficult to set up." He stopped a few yards from the open window and tried to peer in without.
"Okay, I'll bite, but only due to famishment. Now, that I take some time to reflect, I don't think I've had anything to eat all day. Is she, or a well dressed he, still alive, and if so, has there been any success in finding out just what the dim blazes are going on? "
