@Dr. Trapezoid, that shouldn't be too much of an issue, as I personally am a fanatic and Lore-aholic. So long as you don't just boldly and brashly do willy nilly with whatever ideas pop into your head, you should get the feel and knowledge you need to understand everything. ^^
:P Bah, Evershadow. If you even slightly remember me, you know I am not that kind of person. I had Daniel planned to be a non-lethal ranged character the last time. I will Pm you though, so I can ask a few questions. If that is alright. ^^
*Dances aimlessly in the background.* I can't believe I missed this Rp's reopening.... I loved what little bit of the last one we had running in the OldGuild.

Can, I make a CS? And as a returning member, does the slightly more advanced Gear still apply to me?
OH MY GOD! It is back! I have missed you Evershadow. *Flails in a Giddy manner.* Does this mean I can bring back Daniel the Doctor?
Because, for like an hour there, the site was having issues, and it caused people to lag and have a register delay for all posts. It is a horrible thing to have occur, but I am sure it can be looked over. XD
I actually, and I shit you not, was about to make a Fallout Rp interest check when I clicked into the thread and saw this, and this looks as ample a spot as any to talk and try to get some interest for Fallout going, so as a fellow Fallout Fanatic and Loremaster, I am here to present my plot Idea.

The Capital Waste Wars.(Name is highly pending, this is just a placeholder I came up with on the spot.)

It is a undisclosed time frame(roughly twenty years) after the events of the Courier in the West, the New Vegas lands are now free to be held by the Families of the strip. The NCR and Legion were both shoved from the Mojave in force by the Actions of a lone Courier and her Companions. The setting is in D.C.(the same exact mapping as Fallout 3) and the effects of one lassie, the Lone Wanderer, and her father's project sit evident, but only to some degree.. Carlia's actions in the Capital Wasteland were both bold, and subtle in many ways. Her work in Oasis shown across the wastes, as now vibrant trees and foliage span much of the eastern lands, and the lack of Super Mutants were due to her various works in ridding the Capital of it's constantly enraged squatters. The lands, are no less dangerous though, and now more then ever has wildlife taken hold in the east. Her biggest accomplishments still sit proudly among the rubble. The Brotherhood's Citadel and the Jefferson Memorial are both still standing and in better condition then ever, for years the Brotherhood held the Capital Wasteland strongly, without the presence of the removed Enclave, but... where have they gone now? It has seemed that over the past decade the presence of the Brotherhood has decreased and now they seemingly vanished, occasionally a patrol will be seen, but they seem, lifeless and almost delirious, and even then no one has seen a member for years. The Purifier inside the Memorial has been locked down, wanders have tried to get in, to no avail. The Citadel sits the same, locked and with no key under the mat. While the years of distributed clean water was helping the people of the wastes, and especially with farming the new fertile lands, the lack of such has caused a relapse. People are no back to what stores of purified water they had and tainted water to maintain a steady routine. The forested sections of the wastes are mostly near the river and the streams, and even around a few ponds and lakes, but the rest has receded to a plains-like land. The cities have been able to cut lumber to some degree, and at the least use tree sections as building pieces, to reform and refine the structure of their cities.

Megaton has been cleaned up, using a lot of the forest surrounding it and the nearby river to replace all of it's metal structure with word and use the metal to bolster it's plumbing, piping, and general wall. The walkways are all now much cleaner, and straighter, made entirely of wood with metal railing and the beams and supports below the varying levels are now wood. Arefu is now below the freeway remnant that is once sat atop and is gated by a large wooden pike fence that stands like the wooden walls of ancient colonial settlements. Gidershade and it's two residents are gone, dust among the lands in a destructive wave of migrating Mirelurks. Cantebury Commons is gated by large metal doors and they get regular shipments of lumber for their buildings and homes, as they sit in a plans-like area. Rivet City has used litte of the new resource of wood, but has the idea off fertile soil, even if it is irradiated and doesn't grow the same crops as pre-war soil. They opened a rice-like farm along the banks of the river outside the city and have posted a few wooden watchtowers outside of the ship's hull to keep eye on the farms and to protect the farmers. Tenpenny Tower was overrun with a Ghoul Army, which was in-turn wiped out by the Brotherhood during the purification project in the wastes. A town of Cannibals, living under the name of the towns pre-war name, was eradicated after a patrol of Brotherhood were attacked and radioed for back-up. Little Lamp Light and Big town were both destroyed a few years after the Wanderer passed through, and the residents scattered among the waste, some of them finding new homes and others dying. Three Dog still runs the GNR, but in his old age, there is no telling when he will die or when someone will raid the GNR building. Oasis sits now as a Natural Chapel and Memorial to Henry, the bearer of the gift of life to the wastes. The sub-cities and raider infested streets of what is more metroplis-like areas are still very much that way, the streets of the large cities and what remains of them are still too destroyed and expansive to settle. In light of the disappearance of the Brotherhood, raider clans and looter gangs have grown in number, and wiped out both sub-factions, the Regulators and the Falcon Company Mercs.

Wildlife has become more numerous, and has also become more estrange. More and more sub-species or caste species seem to be appearing among the various races of animals, vermins, and mutant beings. Radiation also seems to be increasing in some areas for unknown reasons, and in above-natural waves. Some of the scientist in Rivet City suspect it may be intentional doing by someone or something.
In short, the D.C. Wasteland is now vibrant with foliage, the Brotherhood had grown strong after the aid of the Lone Wanderer and her father, but now they are gone. Life is changing in the eastern wasteland, and our characters are in the center of it. In this plot our characters are going to investigate a serenade mixture of wonderful tales, such as the Brotherhood disappearance, the raising Radiation awareness, the survival of people in the newly forested wastes, and side-quests gallore.

I do have a few particulars with this plot: I do not want anyone making a Faction character, or ex-faction character. I am all too tired of the battle Worn Faction Soldier and etc. I also want there to be minimal, to none in the way of sub-factions or side-factions. I also want this to be more survival-based, then other Fallout Rps, meaning ammo is not handed to us in hordes, or even crates, and materials for survival are scarce. The ideal of running rampant into a camp of baddies, is not advised and will not be tolerated, unless it is with an equally powerful group of our own.(This will be hard ot achieve in a realistic survival rp.)

Secondly: Whether this plot is accepted as "the" plot or not, I want to reserve a few things for my characters. The mutations: Beastmaster's Mutation, Barkskin Mutation, and Night Eye mutation. I also want to reserve the initial right to a beast companion(s) and the spot of CQC combatant.

:P Hey, Akela, you got the majority of us, and you have everyone you need to reopen the Interest Check if that is needed, so don't the Rp die. I would hate a good Slaughtering Were-bear to go to waste, or for Sam to be left without an epilogue.
"I guess... What do you want Adam..? I know I screwed up okay, I'm just going to stay indoors from now on... Maybe disappear like I promised. Either way, Oscar is never going to see me again."

"You know he said he found me attractive. Like I'm supposed to believe that... That... That freak likes me when he goes and says something like that to me. Yeah right... I'm never opening up to anyone again. It only ever causes me pain..."

Adam curled his tongue within his mouth, letting her speak her mind, before he interjected with words of his own, words that were more or less cheesy, but that is what made them so true. Cheesy meant used, or common, and that often meant those words were right, and they were true ever more so in Erin's case. He let hidden smile slide over his lips as she cuddled into him. His arms placed themselves around her and he held her warmly once more, as he always loved doing, though to a lesser knowing of her own intention. His lips parted softly as she rested, and his turn to speak arrived. "He is right you know..." He paused for a moment, letting the moment seem to cull it's own air of emotion before he continued on. "You are attractive, more so then any man can imagine. You are beautiful Erin." He closed his lips and used his hand to brush the hair over her exposed ear softly before speaking once more. "You said once before the Aphrodite kids didn't like you, have you ever wondered why?" He asked her rhetorically while looking down at her fiery hair, and her beautiful skin. "It is because you have a natural beauty, you have something naturally, that they got because of their heritage. They are just jealous of you, that is all." His hands rested on her softly as he continued to speak, but also as he comforted her with his own posture and manner of holding her. "Nothing is your fault, you didn't screw up, you don't need to say silly thing like you are going to stay indoors, and you certainly aren't going to disappear." He stated with a soft voice, a voice less of stern words, and more of caring ones. His words conveyed that he didn't want her to leave, because it wasn't her fault, but they also conveyed that he couldn't lose her, not now. "You need to stop saying the things you do, about yourself, and about how you want to disappear. Those aren't who you are, not in the slightest. Other's don't understand, and they can't possibly attempt to understand without going through it themselves. You know that, I know that, and we both know that people who do that are just unaware of the spectrum. You are literally the most important person in my life Erin, do you really think you need to disappear, when you have friends who care about you, and a place to stay where you are accepted for being yourself?"
(Going to put Chris' up later on this evening, I am having trouble with some things here at the house, and I need to deal with them.)
