Jax stood when he heard an unclear voice that sounded vaguely like Genevieve's from just beyond the bank of the river. "Whoops," he said with a grin and a laugh, trudging to shore as he caught a glimpse of her quickly trying to make her way back to camp. She seemed innocent enough, Jax smiled, a shame she was traveling with a man with little to no shame. He climbed out of the river and walked around for a few minutes, letting himself air dry before throwing on his clothes. It was a bit damp, but it was bearable. He had been covered in head to toe in mud, blood, and whatever else was spilled across the battlefield. Some dampness wouldn't kill him, that was for sure. He grabbed the duck by the neck and began his walk back to the camp, hair still wet and plastered against his skin. The thick scent of sweat was finally gone, replaced with the freshness of the water he bathed in, the dirt that had managed to work its way onto his face also finally being washed away. He had always thought it was worth a good laugh, a member of the royal family living the way he did, even abstaining from the daily baths that his family was so accustomed to. It was a nice luxury to have, but not one that could be had beyond the caste walls.

"Do a bit of exploring while I was away?" Jax asked with a raised eyebrow and a crooked smile, dropping the duck a few feet from her as he made his way to the horse. Jax opened the pack, fishing out a knife he preferred to use to strip an animal and sealed shut the pack once more, going back to the duck. He took a seat on the dirt by the animal and dug his knife into the plumage, pulling the blade away shortly after a quick swipe. He idly plucked the fowl, his gaze on the duck, but looking past it. He was practically on autopilot, having done this dozens of times in the past. "Try not to worry about catching me in the buff, princess." He continued to pull away feather, eventually looking up at her with a small smirk, "If you really wanted to see, all you had to do was ask." He withheld any laughter, looking back down at his task, the fowl missing a good portion of its plumage now. "If we're going to keep traveling together, you're going to have to be smarter with your actions." he continued, his gaze not shifting, "We're not in your small town anymore. There are people that would jump at the opportunity to steal you away and do whatever they please. And if you're going to wander around like that again, you best arm yourself." Jax didn't bother to mention that he had as big a stake in her safety as he did. The king was not a man to show mercy to those that denied him whatever it was he desired, especially to his kin.
"Well," Jesse said, poking Abe's arm, the hairs on his arm raising suddenly, "judgin from the smell and the feel, you're gonna be around an awful long time unless you decompose and aren't put back together. You might as well get used to alternative names now, Frank." Jesse instinctively shoved a hand in his pocket, groping for the box of Malboros that was usually perpetually full, from him never actually smoking the damned things. He groaned slightly, barely resisting the urge to roll his eyes. His getting rid of cigarettes was mostly about the image it conjured. A lot of folks weren't too keen on it, though that didn't make him less needy when it came to his fixation. Thankfully, he grabbed onto the wooden toothpick in his pocket that he stored away after grabbing a sandwich from a diner on the way here, he still had something to chew on. He popped the toothpick between his lips, teeth clenching down on it when Abe's question registered in his mind.

"Cursed with the gift of life, I've always said." Jesse's eyes drifted up the giant's frame, a small smirk forming when he made eye contact with the Promethean. "I'm the last immortal," Jesse lightly laughed, the laugh with a hint of sorrow, "Whatever is thrown at me, I can just shrug off. I've looked like this since the fuckin' Romans and I'll look this way long after we make first contact or are nailed by an asteroid. Though beyond that, I'm just like you. Well, the you that eventually got nailed by a semi." Jesse shrugged, pulling his rucksack a bit tighter over his shoulder, taking a few steps into the crowd, turning to face Abe as he continued, now walking backward slowly. "So what's the deal with the arms?" Jesse glanced behind him, bumping into a young woman, "Sorry love," he said quickly, looking back towards the hulk, "You oughtta be prouder of your appearance now. You're unique. We got plenty of fairy and demon bullshit around here," Jesse gave a wide motion with his hand, swiping a fella with horns across the back of his head. If Jesse noticed, he didn't mention it this time. "Seize the fuckin' day and lose the bandages Frank. They're hiding something and to be honest, you're kinda killing our image." Jesse said, as if they had already teamed up, "We're both one of a kind hombre and now that I think about it, we'd make a pretty solid cop duo. I'd be the good cop who's,,, well, technically alive forever and you'd be my sorta dead sidekick who plays the bad cop and roughs up the perps!"
Not to good at pming, are we?

Seeing as you're in Ignori, you have a few options. You can enter the rp by arriving at the dorms a bit late. Perhaps you were on the wrong train and are now heading to Ignori on the same train Baconator's character is on. Your character could also show up at the restaurant that the other players are in.
Accepted. Read at least the last two pages of IC to get some context about what's going on and then shoot me a pm with any questions you may have. When you pm me, I'll also explain the best way to enter the rp.
An immortal was always the last one to arrive. It was simply how it had always been done. It was the subtlest way to tell everyone around you that time was, for an eternity, on your side. A toothpick dangled from between Jesse's lips as he took his first step onto the campus, moving past the bus that a gargantuan student who smelled faintly of death stepped out of. Until recently, a cigarette would have been hanging from his lips, though he had finally kicked the habit, not that there was one a particular physical dependency. It was purely mental, his newest persona coming with the bizarre development of an oral fixation. He had to have something in his mouth which had been a hit back in New York in the club scene, though this wasn't New York and these people weren't trashy fucks who would get all giddy if you could tie a knot with a cherry stem. Jesse rolled his eyes at himself and his train of though, shifting the weight of his rucksack that hung over his shoulder.

The blonde haired 'boy' had everything he needed with him really. A few changes of clothing, his current I.D., a fistful of cash he shoved into a sock, and his debit card. Cash was never a problem though and probably wouldn't be in his soon to be home for the time being. Already though, Jesse began to form the idea idea that he wasn't necessarily a mythic like the others here. There were plenty of people who were clearly born into their races and here he was, having become a 'mythic' through killing and drinking the blood of another. Jesse kept his thoughts to himself, giving a slow look around at the crowd. He needed to talk with someone now, otherwise it'd be a bitch making friends later on. He decided to take the most passive route, deciding he'd talk to whoever he encountered first, finding himself upon the monstrosity from earlier moments later. Some greater power was having a laugh at Jesse's expense right now and he fucking knew it.

"Hey Frank," the immortal said, slapping the gargantuan who carried the faint scent of death with him like a herald on the back, "Name's Jesse," he offered a hand to the behemoth of a.... 'man', not all that worried about having his hand crushed by the giant's grip, "I'm guessin' you were put back together after somethin' particularly nasty happened, eh?" Jesse wanted to ask what it was like to leave his body, even if only for a second. He longed to demand an explanation from the remake of Frankenstein's monster of what it was like to leave the shackles of the human body and be free to enter the void of nothingness that is the death of one's mind, but Jesse always reminded himself to be calm. If he and Frankenstein's monster hit it off well enough, perhaps one day he could probe his mind. If it was just [hi]his[/i] mind. Jesse was nearing his second millennium of life and, in truth, the idea of death was sickeningly appealing to him from time to time. And of course now stood before him the very testament to death itself.
"Please," Leon said back to the redhead, resisting the urge to groan, "Don't mention it." He had never been keen on having people repay favors. They were favors for a reason, not loans after all. When Aeria made her comment about Leon releasing bug boy since he had invited the redhead, Leon shrugged. "Who said I invited him? And if he ain't comin', neither should bug boy." Leon gave her a shrug, walking past her, a small smirk on his face as he passed by. He removed his right hand from his pocket, cupping the open air. His hand flattened out and as if awaiting his cue, the dome that withheld the boy with mandibles opened up, returning to the way it once was. He turned slightly, looking at Tollnak as he spoke. "We'll probably see him tomorrow. Or... at the very least, hear from him."

Leon started walking once more, making his way down the road that led to their apartments. "I hate to break it to ya', Tollnak." Leon said, not looking back this time, "Chances are they only have greenhouses. We are on a spaceship after all. We might get some rain where we're going." Leon ran his good hand through his hair, letting out a long sigh. He never bothered to check if the others were in fact walking behind him, his legs on auto pilot as his mind raced. There was a lot to consider, what with the recent developments in the past day. He was now among renegade mutants, running from their old homes, being harbored by aliens who were genetically similar to them, despite heir very different appearance. Leon was still far from realizing how to repair his arm and even farther away from repairing Tollnak's eyes. Aeria had a missing twin. Bug boy was already getting along poorly and would need an intense amount of TLC before he could ever really be a functioning member of society. The new guy had a misguided notion that he had to pay Leon back for something trivial. Oh, and probably the two things that bothered Leon the most. There were matured mutants on the ship and Shigganeth had plans to test the new mutants.'

For some reason Leon couldn't shake the feeling that there was something that they weren't being told. Something important. Some people were convinced that there might be fighting down the road. Leon was beginning to wonder just how far down that road went. When Leon noticed the sign for the underground park, he rose a hand, giving a small wave to the others, turning and trotting down the staircase. There was a metallic door before him that slid open as he approached, a wall of fresh air crashing into him, thick with the scent of grass and dew. The park wasn't particularly large, a river running through the mostly grassy plains that were dotted with trees. Near the back left corner, farthest away from the entrance to the park was a small island with a single large oak tree in the center of it where the river forked, a stone bridge arching over the gently flowing river connecting the island to the rest of the park. Flowers were blooming sporadically through the field, though they were nothing new to Leon, everything within this park having ancestors of Earth foliage.

Leon was about to say something aloud, freezing as his mutation picked up the presence of another mutant in the park. It was a first that he had ever experienced, the mutant being completely invisible to his normal senses, only having his presence visible. His vitals, his mutation, everything, was completely hidden from Leon. Leon closed his eyes, taking a long, slow, deep breath before turning around. "Doesn't look to bad, eh?" he said with a smile, doing his best to not reveal to the others that anything was out of place.
Since some people seem to be missing in action, I'm going to give them until tomorrow evening before I make my next post.
He was up at the crack of dawn, the soldier in him accustomed to waking at first light. The young lady seemed to be asleep and he wanted to avoid waking her for the time being. If she wasn't up in a few hours, he'd be sure to rouse her, but for the time being he was going to go about his own business. Jax walked over to his horse and went through his pack, grabbing his canteen which was just shy of being completely empty as well as his compound bow and steel headed arrows. From his travels, he knew he was near a river where he planned to refill his canteen and hunt some of the water fowl.

He reached the river in no more than two or three minutes of walking and sat down by the slow flowing river that connected to the sea that separated this kingdom from the next. The water had been as clear as it was when he first passed by a few months back and already. Jax gave a slow and cautious look around, making sure there wasn't anyone in the nearby vicinity before he stripped, folded his clothes neatly, and waded into the river with his bow. If he were to hunt the ducks that floated idly across the river, he may as well take a bath and wash away the filth from riding. His breath slowed as he notched an arrow, drawing it back slowly. His fingers slowly slid from the string, the arrow cutting through air and landing in the closest bird with a dull thump. The current brought the duck to Jax, who tossed the corpse onto the shore by his clothing, adding his bow to the pile. Laying back in the water, he let himself sink until only his his face was above the gentle current, closing his eyes and losing himself to the cold water.
Baconator said
"I am NOT his boyfriend!" As he finished the declaration his eyes flashed a bright red and the temperature spiked. His own bodily temperature rose and ignited the alcohol that drenched him into flames. The alcohol quickly burned up and the flames subsided, leaving him dry as a bone. Rylan stared for a moment and cursed himself for his loss of control. "I… I'm sorry.. i have to go." He turned on his heel and started walking at a brisk pace in the opposite direction with his hands in his pockets and head hanging low, dwelling on what sort of insults they would have for him.

"Good lord," Leon muttered, running a hand through his hair, "Lay off on the queer jokes for a bit, Aeria. I don't mind them, but fireboy doesn't take too kindly to 'em." The new guy was walking away, still reeking of beer, his clothes slightly singed from the flames. Leon couldn't help but think, this is why hormonal teenagers shouldn't have super powers. They're already reckless enough, give one the ability to shoot flames out of his body and mix it with an easily angered teenager and you have a recipe for disaster. When Tollank chimed in, asking what they should do, Leon let out a heavy sigh. "Don't worry about it. Just keep an eye on bug boy, alright?" Leon started to walk after the red head, moving past Aeria and the imprisoned bug boy. He could hear Alan talking to her, trying to make peace. "If it wasn't obvious already," Leon said as he walked by, "He's lying through his... whatever his equivalent of teeth are,"

Leon broke into a light jog after the read head, who was trying to powerwalk his way out of the area, putting a hand on his shoulder when he caught up. "You gotta relax," Leon said, bringing a hand up to the red head's forehead, putting his fingertips against the boy's forehead suddenly. The boy would feel a sudden surge of ease, "I just pumped anxiolytic into your head. It's to treat anxiety and should help you relax a bit." Leon removed his hand from the boy's head, continuing with his one-sided conversation, "If you want, you can go to the Ellexkir dorms and use my shower to wash up and get rid of that beer smell. I don't care if you crash there either, since your district is a good while away. I'll be out most of the night anyway. Do whatever works for you though," Leon said with a shrug, turning his back to him once again. "Oh and you gotta learn to take a joke, buddy. Even if it ain't all that funny." He called over his shoulder, hands digging back into his pockets.

When Leon got back to the other two, he stopped a few feet from the dome. "So, you two wanna just leave him and head to that place I mentioned earlier? Right down the street." He then looked at the dome, "And I take it we're leaving him to his own devices?"
That's how it's being run in Ellexkir. I can't exactly speak for Ignori because that's supposed to be Gyrin's affair, though he has become a non-entity as both a player and a GM.

Perhaps there is a need for another GM for me to work with, seeing as I'm rather uninvolved in Ignori rping.

The tentative answer for your question, Sylver, is yes.
