Holy poptarts in a pencil sharpener!
Stryder is back!
Welcome Home!
Spellthief watched Ace carefully through the fog as he moved around carefully behind Ace. Soon he noticed Ace’s moved quickly to throw the arrow behind him, still lacking vision spellthief had to admit his perception of the battle was outstanding, able to predict movements though Spellthief still held an upper hand. The arrow Spellthief shot at ace was now being shot back at him but it was clear that the lack of vision still took its toll since the arrow missed, even if it was only barely. Spellthied sat down as he used his shade ability to further complicate things. Once the copy was made it silently ran again behind ace to better confuse him.
Still in his original position Spellthief again manipulated the fog to speak to Ace.
"The clock ticks as arrows fly,
Shadows move within the ground’s sky.
Hunt for what’s missing look for what’s sitting.
Be warned, one may also be two that may be hitting."
Once his other self was in position Spellthief again manipulated the fog to constantly move to better give the illusion that there are multiple people running around, all one at a time.

Emma arrived at what she though might be origin of the noise. The sight confirmed her suspicion, the doors had been torn open by something or someone. She peeked around the edge of the door frame. A small group of people were trying to access the weapons. "I might be able to get some stuff out for you guys." She walked slowly and non threateningly into the room. "I can't feel any thing, including electricity. Since dying isn't a concern, it would be very easy. That is if the security system in here works on using pain to stop people from trying to get at the weapons." Emma approached a weapon rack, hopefully she was right.

Having left his partner behind, Jacque raced through the ship as fast as his legs could carry him, hoping to whatever deity was out there that the hull of the ship had not been damaged by whatever caused the alarms to go off. Jacque was just passing a corridor when the horrible sound of metal being shredded forced him to pause and cringe. Catching sight of his fellow 'ship mates' entering a room, Jacque tucked his cane under his arm and followed after them silently, entering the doorway just in time to watch a new comer (Emma) offer to retrieve weapons for them. His previous fears forgotten, Jacque decided he might as well observe the small group, "I swear-" he began as he untucked his cane and brought the bottom back to the ground with a *tap* "-it always goes back to weapons with you humans.". He seemed somewhat mirthful, and there was a slim smile on his face, however the words carried a tinge of disdain just beneath the surface.

Kijani had been ready to try her vines on the electrocuted weapons, but before she could speak up, some woman walked into the room. Another prisoner, then? She mentioned something interesting.. something about dying not being a concern. Maybe if the poor creature couldn't feel, she just wanted not to live? She really couldn't blame the girl... after all, there were some wonderful things worth feeling. She spun at the voice of Jacque, her golden eyes narrowing. "Please, do tone down the human hate... I thought you were a civilized being." She bared her teeth in a wolfish smile. "Now, if you must know, it seems that our freedom may have been an engineered occurrence rather than a rare stroke of good luck. We do not know who has freed us, but if it were for purposes of a better life, they likely wouldn't have left us drifting in unknown space. I prefer preparation to surprise. If you aren't going to join us in defending ourselves, you can be..." Her lips quirked. "The clean-up crew."
