Well I wa thinking of it as a futuristic type light/Energy passive scanner where it picks up incoming energy signals and light. Then there is the "Ping" scanner that manually sends out a signal that will reflect and be read as a blip on the radar. The range would be somewhere like 20 to 30 miles, and that might seem like a lot but this is space.
"Copy that, wait on the roof until further notice." Bruiser replied as Loco took up his position next him behind on of the many cooling vents. Pulling up his HUD he heard Loco say they would split to the right and left to take out the guards to which he agreed and proceeded to the left side of the roof. He approaced the firat guard, who was walking away from him, quick and quiet useing hia lare handa to grab his his head and jerk it sharply to one side. As he did this the guards eyes got wide and he attempted to call for help, but was cut short before he could utter a word. As he dropped the body the second guard was turning to head his way, and Bruiser pulled out his knife, threw it and ran after him. As the guard saw Bruiser the knife landed in his chest and Bruiser removed it and stabbed him in the throat. While setting down the guard he located the third and began moving toward him when he heard a pistol shot. The guard turned and looked around only to see Bruisers fist heading at him like a locomotive at full speed. The result was not very pretty and Bruiser shook his hand a little before telling Loco over comm. "Well, that wasn't exactly to plan."

The nest clear and additional supplies for Sandman for has arrived." As he said this he brought the more trunk like container to a secure and out of site area on the roof. "Do you copy?"
