Energy and Water Manipulation

Energy manipulation: Hector can control how much energy an object contains. This is not kinetic but just energy, lame man's terms: Heat manipulation. He can conger up a ball of energy hotter than fire but it is not manifest as a flame, but in stead a glowing orb. He can also do the opposite and take energy making something or someone cold or freeze.
Water manipulation:Just that, the ability to manipulate any water content.

Personality:
Hector is fun and laid back with people, and is more upbeat when he teaches. All though he is a fun person to be around you do not want to get on his bad side.

I've had this discussion before. First of all, if I do something you disagree with (auto hitting) tell me. I can't help offending you if you don't tell me what to avoid. Because I'm used to a certain degree of auto-hitting in fights when it makes sense.Now, if I made an excessively long post about how Vengeous dissects you while you stand still, that would be rather silly, now wouldn't it? We are not roleplaying a turn-based rpg, and while you're doing things, time moves forward for Vengeous as well. He isn't going to wait until you're done doing what you want to do before making his move. His armor attacks everything that touches it by defeault, and thus, you touching it caused it to attack the moment you grabbed him. That's how Hydra fights. As such, it makes sense that his spikes would hook onto your insides once he realized he was in midair.If you do not think this makes sense and can present a good argument for that case, then I would happily change it. Hell, if you want me to change the way I do things in this rp because you think that's a better way, then feel free to make an argument for it, and I will at least attempt to objectively reason.

One thing that might be just a tad bit helpful is that you make your characters legitimate with a CS so I can know all these random things that happen. That is only thing I want cuz that would alow me to know what your abilities are so they make sense when the happen.
You also kind of did in your retaliation post make it so Victor had no chance of working against Vengeous. He was stabbed in the arm and without any time to react he was thrown into the air. I am just going to drop out cuz your sense of fighting and your characters abilities make it impossible to have an even fight or have fun battling. Wish you all the best.

I did state that your auto hitting was OP and borderline God Moding when wiper completely dismantled Victor at the start.

You can not change what happened in my post, I am sorry. Victor had you from behind, and threw you below him in free fall. Therefore you can't be holding him in front of you nor can you have a hold on him. I am letting all the auto hitting fly, but if what happens in my posts can be changed like this I'm done.

Victor didn't react or struggle as Vengeous went through his retaliation attack, but after he had finished his arm was finishing up it's reconstruction. As he fell back to the ground the hole in his body had also finished closing up. Rather then landing in a heap Victor landing crouching on one knee before standing, listening to the laughter.

Victor knew what to do this time and was ready. His initial atrack would take only a second to execute. He charged again making it appear he was going for the same, front on, attack plan while firing his pistols, but at the last second before Vengeous could land his attack he juked twice with such speed it appeaed as though he had teleported behind Vengeous. Getting him in a head lock Victor opened a wormhole below them sucking them in and it let them out far above where they just were in a free fall.the city below them was very small, looking like a computer grid. With Vengeous still in Victors hold he did a flip and threw him, head first, to the ground. Watching him fall he again aimed his laser pistols and began firing.
