Current The proof of a healthy mind is not its ability to solve the problems that are before it, but the subconscious understanding not to for the sake of health itself.

As the bowl of patunias would say, as it falls through the air to meet the planet's hard rocky surface: "Not again."

Is a man not entitled to the sweat of his brow? No says the man in Washington it belongs to the poor. No says the man in the Vatican it belongs to God. No says the man in Moscow it belongs to everyone

Talking in riddles is fun. Putting them to poem is better. Presentation is the key.

I plan on getting a post up today... sorry for the wait.

Just to let everyone know:
My post may be slow on coming seeing as I am a teacher and will have to come up with something that seems remotely legit as material. I wont go in depth but just brush over parts of my teaching then give a pause for questions and characters to interact.
Josh listened to Jinny as she tried to rationalize Shooting the man. "He knew we would fight back, but don't worry." He searched for an explanation that would sound good, but couldn't tell her it was okay to kill. "You see.. there are going to be people who aee going to try and attack us. The only two options we have are to run or fight. I would prefer to run and not kill anyone, but if we don't have the option to run away or go around then we have to fight back which may mean hurting people." Josh thought that was a good explanation of how they were going to go about their journey then added. "And if we get separated for any reason... I will always find you." He couldn't believe that in just 9 hours the little girl he saw as an anchor he was makig a promise to protect even if it ment death.
You could give her telekinesis or teleportation?
You can keep the paper power, but with this being Sci Fi I am not sure how much paper is available.
A timer appeared counting down from 30 as the game raged on waiting for the tie breaking score. Then with 5 seconds left the ball bounced off the left paddle and whizzed past the right paddle, there after the names of those who voted for the winning side came on screen as the bell rang for class. "Congratulations to the winners, and for those of you who don't know how the free passes work you can find out at the cafeteria." He turned to his class. "Because to this day I have not won a single match." Hector let out a chuckle as he typed on the board. "But in all seriousness the free tickets are linked with you student ID and will stay in your account until used." Once he finished explaining the title for the class appeared in bold letters: Refreshment Cycle. "This year as you may have noticed I did not offer separate year classes. I am taking year twelve to go over with all students the basics of historical magic... any objections? Good." Hector brushed quickly over his own question and proceeded with his introduction. "You are all lucky to have me as you Professor because I will not issue homework for the first week, and you can all call me Hector. Now before we get started any questions?"
Hey! Yeah I remember her. Having taught her for some time I don't think I can forget about her. She would do nicely here.
Hector, leaning against his desk, watching the game, glanced over at the arrival of students with a smile and a nod. He looked at the time which informed him that there were tree minutes till class. There were ten votes for left and thirteen for right, and with three minutes to go it is anyones game. Hector turned and looked at his class, some talking, some cheering for the pong game and others keeping to themselves. Now with one minute left it was a tie game and some students were on the edge of thier seats waiting to see who will win.
With not much of a clue on what to do or how to comfort Jinny, Josh gently lay his hand on her shoulder. 'What do I say? What was I told?" He thought back to when he had killed a man for the first time. Granted he was among men and was a bit older than Jinny they told him that what he did wasn't wrong, and that it was either him dead or the other man. He looked to Jinny and opened his mouth, but nothing came out. 'She is an orphan which means her parents were killed by raiders... this just got a whole lot more complicated.' He thought to himself. In stead of saying something he just pulled her into a hug and cradled her. He had no words to say and no clue but hug her and make her feel safe. Thats what his mom did when he was scared and upset.
