@Aphelion Elementals of Spirit don't exist. I wrote it a few times in first post, but Spirit is unnatural element, it doesn't exist by itself.

Also your power is too broad. Make specific abilities like Lone Wanderer and Stormlight did.
The broader the advantage is, the weaker its effect.

Lv.3 swordsman will be evenly matched against lv.3 strength and agility character if he fights with a sword, but he'll also have 3 more points to spend on other advantages, while the other character can also use his advantages to spring, jump, do a backflip, but not as fast or as far as someone who has athletic or acrobatic specific advantage of the same level.

@Lord SantaOne too much, you guessed correctly :D

@Lone Wanderer Not really. High swordsmanship means you have great experience using swords against all kinds of opponents and thus you are able to match those with higher physical stats than you. Someone with high strength and agility but no swordsman skill may swing the sword fast and hit hard, but he does it in a crude, predictable manner and you can avoid him, parry him in a way that would negate his strength and effectively counterattack.

Still, your character would have to enter limit-break to be able to match Santa's in a swordfight, simply because Mords are physically superior.
@Lord SantaLol, simple is best, no probs with background. However, you used 9 adv. points, you have one extra.
@Lord Santa It's impossible for Arkard (or any other race) to pretend to be Mord. Mords are huge. Plus, they all wear armor made from special metal only found in their homeland which they don't trade with outsiders. I mean, you may trick people in some remote village which barely sees outsiders, let alone Mords, but you won't be able to do it consistently.

@Stormlight3 Uf, there are a lot of problems here. Best recheck Arkard race description and their traits.

Arkard's aren't born. All Arkards who exist today have been around since Armageddon.

No Arkard will call anyone "Padishah" as a compliment. A lot of them hate him because he was one of the Ashan leaders when the Arkards had to bail across Chaos. Also, Padishah's power is near godlike, high swordsmanship skill is not really something which would make anyone think he's Padishah's second comming.

Your advantage "little Camarilla" is too low of a level to be a "tight network" and to let you know things before most other people. At lv.1 they are less spies and more like a group of contacts who let you know what's happening around the Azure at their leisure.
@Aphelion Nonono, for Mords those 5 points for powers don't exist.

EDIT: BTW, I changed number of advantage points from 10 to 8.
<Snipped quote by Medjedovic>

So what do Mord PCs use their points for?

Nothing, they don't have points for power.
@Lone Wanderer I think I'll just reduce the number of points given to 8. Works the same way as your suggestion.

@Lord Santa Nope. They still get anima element though.
@AphelionNot really. Why she is able to use magic is up to you to explain. It can be because she's using some device or artifact, but it can also be she's 1 in 100 000 Oxidals whose anima isn't that weak. Or something third.

Though a device which would allow Oxidal to use magic like other races do is abnormal, they usually are only able to create a single effect.
Ye, Oxidals don't get points for powers. However, you can spend your advantage points to get magic.
