Some things to remember
a) This is a narrative-based RP so things like weapons triangles and stats don't really matter here. Still, magic can still pierce armor and so does Armorslayers and stuff. Classes also matter weapon-wise and narrative-wise.
b) Your character is VERY unlikely to die in this RP. In battle, they'll just be incapacitated should the circumstances demand it. HOWEVER, if your characters put themselves or do something that assures their death, they WILL die.PaulHeynek

History: Cylus was the third of four children, and the only son among his three sisters. Though it should be noted that, just because Cylus is now a master of the blade and grew up with sisters, he is not the toughest of his siblings. Cylus would actually consider himself the weakest of his immediate family. His parents are long dead, they didn’t die by any means more exciting than old age. But, his sisters are each tough in their own right and would, in Cylus’ words, wreck him in a fight. 

His eldest sister, Mira, leads a large contingent of the Concilium’s military. Silica, younger than Mira yet older than Cylus, teaches spell-craft in Magi Val and the youngest sibling, Alice, is a mercenary who travels lending her blade to whoever has the heaviest coin purse. None of this should point to Cylus being weak, just that he is from a family of fighters. He teaches swordmanship under his sister’s command in the Grand Army of the Concilium.  

For the past few years Cylus has found himself in Archanea teaching swordmanship along with other instructors of the bow, magic and other forms of combat, in the base there.

So the CS says to use real-life pictures for appearance, but I didn't see anyone use real pictures - should I take it that I can use an illustration? 

Just got home from work, I'll read through the OOC and probably start on a character. If I'm not deterred at all, you should see it some time tomorrow or the day after.  

Could we have an app that just does notifications? Like PMs, Sub replies and so on? Not an application for the entire site, just the notification portion and just as a read-only file. 

I agree with Mars, I prefer the western theme but I would go for the eastern theme.
