Eh, fair enough. I thought as it was worth mentioning that he was almost silly looking he was so muscular it was more like a body builder.
Fury was burning on the inside, the foul energy he was taking in and the burning sensation of the rings was driving the Void very near to breaking point. Out of desperation… the inevitable happened.

Fury’s face lit bright blue, his eyes consumed by fire, and then he was gone. Only the Void remained, and Kanitah was trying to break its grip. An unnatural roar escaped it’s lips, but only a single word.

“No.”

The energy which naturally poured from Fury’s body suddenly burst forth, alongside the extra power he was constantly taking from Kanitah as each second ticked by. Even as he was starting to tip forward, burns marking his skin where the rings and the hands of his enemy touched him, he suddenly straightened and dragged Kanitah with him. The Unbridled Fury was the more physically significant of the two, his power unmatched in sheer physicality, this was where he was strongest and Kanitah no longer stood a chance. White hot rage caused the grip to tighten suddenly, his power rushing through his body, Fury was now capable of lifting anything up to 50 tonnes and that value was increasing as the Void’s power drove him to his peek… his maximum, and it wasn’t sustainable.

Luckily, Kanitah would be flat out dead in far less than a minute, because that was all Unbridled Fury had.

The power of his grip was crushing, it was just as likely Kanitah’s bones would crack and shatter as it was that he would succumb to the massive quantities of energy now being stolen from him with every passing second.

They're on his shoulders, the rear naked choke hold has you put your underarm on the person's shoulder, and they're not just small flat rings. They're hovering slightly above his skin. As well as the five on his hands, which are being used to grab at Fury's arm.I contemplated having Darligrov's energy be Kanitah's energy as well, burning anyone who absorbed it, but I didn't want to seem like I was making it solely to prevent Fury from sucking his energy.

I was under the impression that Kanitah was abnormally well built, meaning he would have shoulders wide enough that it wouldn't really do much. It doesn't matter much anyway, I don't intend to have the rings cause Fury all that much damage, that's what his energy shielding is for.
Is there an AOE on the rings burning effect? Just asking because Fury's choke would be unlikely to put him into physical contact with the rings.

Unless of course simply draining your character's energy for some reason hurts Fury. I guess you could swing that, Khan does, somehow. By breaking the laws of physics I imagine.
Up to Khan to do something really.
Khan is a special kind of evil.
Fury’s hand managed to make purchase, and he tightened his grip around Kanitah’s wrist even as his punch hurtled towards his head. He turned towards the blow, something Fury had not expected, leaving the Fireen with only a small time span to do anything about it. He used his superior position to let his fist glance off his opponent’s head, though he still felt the audible snap of his fingers dislocating and the white hot pain filtered through the Void, so as not to incapacitate him. His fist shot into an open palm and he threw his right shoulder forward and around, while he put all his strength into quickly twisting the left arm behind Kanitah’s back his body span around, using his right hand which was now seeking purchase on Kanitah’s neck.

Hopefully should all go well the Fireen would have quickly positioned himself behind Kanitah and possibly even broken his arm as he twisted it behind his back. However, this was a mere distraction for the dangerous move that was to follow, for should his right hand of managed to pull itself round he could quickly abandon his grip on the left arm while simultaneously moving in for a potentially fatal rear naked choke by wrapping his right arm under Kanitah’s neck, clutching his left bicep and forcing Kanitah’s head forward with his left hand, while all the while applying heavy pressure to both the throat and the jugular vein.

Regardless of if Kanitah was particularly fazed by his oxygen being cut out, Fury’s energy draining qualities had got to work. Slithers of energy were being sapped from Kanitah on contact with the Fireen, every second that passed made Fury stronger.
Nah, I assumed getting hit in the head was essentially your character's way of drawing Fury in for the punch, which was why it landed when it may not have otherwise.
Fury wasn’t a fool, and no one with any real training allowed a blow like Kanitah’s to land fully when they weren’t even particularly inconvenienced. Unfortunately, Fury’s counter was somewhat negated by the fact that his opponent had quite happily taken a punch directly to the face in order to deliver his own response. Regardless, Fury’s left hand whipped to the side to bat away the blow with his arm, something slightly easier to do because his opponent had also sidestepped in the same direction, making the distance required to bat the fist fully away from his body significantly less. Unfortunately, Fury was obviously outmatched now physically, so his attempt only reduced Kanitah’s blow to about half-power which glanced directly off his left-side.

The punch almost instantaneously cracked two ribs, those which had only begun to heal from his fight with Freedom some time ago. Like a true warrior, he used energy to stabilise himself rather than being thrown by the force of the punch. Only a single grunt of agony escaped his lips, even as his left foot stepped closer to Kanitah, his left hand leapt to seize the retreating wrist of Kanitah’s left hand, and simultaneously pulling downwards on the hopefully clamped arm he could unbalance the Older Warrior just long enough to throw a dangerous punch with his right directly into the side of his head.

However, the last thing he would do was let go if a grapple had been achieved. Knowing he couldn’t last long in a physical confrontation Fury was going to do what came naturally, drain every slither of energy he could.

Why's it difficult to move? Him talking doesn't stop Kanitah from actually moving around. Anyway, I'll reword it so it says when he touched the ground.Edit: Done.

Because your character obviously made his actions in response to Fury being on the ground. He didn't really have any way to know what Fury was going to do until he was at least standing on the web, that's all.

(Moving beforehand would also interrupt my post, so Fury would likely do something different)
