As for the specific occasions where he charged
1. Bringing energy to his palms, preparation for an energy blast.
2. Literally me saying he was preparing to blast your character off the rock.

You talk a bit and then make an extremely obvious attack (not that this mattered, as Fury was already getting up to carry out his bitchslap after being annoyed by the rebuke)

Fortunately for Fury, his own attack is perfectly suitable for launching your character off the rock while also deflecting streams of lava everywhere.

I saw you charging, but me showing up would interrupt that entirely. When was the first charge? Also, while you were on the ground, I had shot at you, once again an interruption.

Nope, you started talking with your character, there wasn't any hints that he was striking before my own character could prepare his attack.

Perhaps if you'd attacked, rather than spending time responding to Fury's insult, then it would have interrupted the charge, but nope.

Also, you showing up obviously had -no- effect on Fury whatsoever, he thinks your character is a pussy, I thought I made his lack of cares pretty clear.
Actually your lava isn't sufficient to protect you, my attack was charged, arguably twice, though as you decided to drop in uninvited I'll do you the service of voiding the charge when you weren't present.
If Drag could have made any mistake, it was insinuating Fury was a coward. Without a moment’s notice, Fury had jumped to his feet and turned at the waist, directing his hand at the hybrid as he spat out lava.

Obviously Fury recognised it for what it was, but he hardly cared, the blast of energy which emenated from his hand was more than powerful enough to deflect the substance and then some, directing enough force to crush a human outright straight at the hybrid. With his attack serving the dual purpose of protecting him from the lava-spit and also likely unbalancing his opponent (if not simply launching him away, like it had done on the alternate earth) Fury was more than ready to follow up and press his advantage.
Hmm, might be high time for me to enter a new character to replace my low tier, another good alignment character perhaps.
I'll fight as well, maybe at a different tier level to racoonman so you can have some diversity.

Provided your up for multiple fights at once.

Well, if Vordak is OK with it I'd happily take over for a while, though I'd have preferred to enter my Vampire character.

If you want to keep this going I'd be happy to enter with a swordsman, I could certainly use the practice.
“Fuck off weakling.” Fury grunted, not even deeming his arrival worthwhile of standing up. He continued to lie there staring up into the sky. The floor was starting to shake, hardly noticeable as of yet but it was a fair indication that the Fireen was drawing vast reserves of power. He obviously wasn’t too beaten up anymore, so it was a little unclear what the Dragon-hybrid was talking about, unless he inferred that a man lying down around the corpses of spiders hardly scathed was in some sort of trouble.

Without much effort, Fury began to manipulate the energy he’d drawn in order to prepare an energy blast more than sufficient to launch the annoying individual off his platform. He was keenly aware of his new opponent’s position, if he rushed him there would be no mercy.
Though the Clockwork Man was hardly aware of the monumental change taking place up above, and throughout the tower, he was aware when the tower actually –moved- or as close to it as he could feel. The last of his foes in the coridoor was brutally dispatched with a blow that outright snapped his neck, and in his brief moment of respite the Automaton took stock of his own situation. Minor exterior damage, significant aesthetic damage (his jacket and trousers were punctured with holes, even his shirt!) and a seething irritation with the Angar-Rylla, a faction who threatened the one thing he wanted most in the world. The Nexus and its people had to be protected, which meant the Clockwork Man was a resistance fighter for now.

He was about to turn and regard Arty when without much notice one of the warriors from above appeared before them. He looked mildly impressed by their efforts, though he didn’t go as far as to actually compliment them.

“You’re wanted up above. It would seem you’ve proven your loyalty with the blood of our enemies.”

“If only everyone were so trusting from such a trifling act.” The Clockwork Man replied, some of his old characteristic sarcasm filtering through to his words. “It would seem we get some explanations Arty.” They headed up, trusting in their new allies, but for how long?
