Like Skallagrim said, you have to be clear with your posts 'It left her open to his shove from his other arm, Shenestra had no choice but to fall back. The whine of turbines were suddenly heard just as Shenestra fell onto her back.'

1. You never said the hand made contact,
2. You said Shenestra had no choice but to fall back, which can easily mean, falling backwards.
No, I thought she fell backwards, I can edit I guess. Though you didn't write in any damage what so ever, so I wasn't really to know.

My character can lift 4 tonnes of weight remember, that's more than enough for some bruising, or broken ribs, and you should have been thrown to your left as well.
The Clockwork Man’s defence worked as he expected, though his opponent’s reaction was both unexpected, and to his mind irrational. What had to be remembered was that the Clockwork Man was surprisingly strong, despite his relatively slight frame, so the force of his strike was decisively powerful and quick. His right hand wasn’t just floating around for a blade to go through it, but had been thrown wide and was already dropping down to draw his pistol by the time his foe had activated her blade and tried to strike. It probably didn’t help her that she had the palm strike to contend with. However, even as he made contact, catching her arm with the palm strike and dislocating her shoulder, her blade scored another groove into his arm, missing the wrist but still causing him some alarm, if struck in the right place he could be in considerable trouble. The pistol flew out of its holster and the Clockwork Man set his weight onto his right foot forward for a better firing stance. Unexpectedly, fire burst from her back as she fell and set his boots and lower trousers alight.

“Why is it always fire?” He murmured quietly to himself as he simultaneously fired his pistol three times, the first shot too low as he calculated her momentum correctly. The second and third flew true, one likely to hit her mid-flight, though it would only hit the far right of her left leg, just as she adjusted her stance, and the final shot aimed at her chest when she stopped. He cynically expected her to somehow see the pistol drawn and fired, despite the messiness of her dodge, and somehow avoid the pillars all around her in another spectacular escape.

His clothes continued to burn as he drew three more rounds from his bag with his left hand and deftly reloaded his pistol, all the while keeping a close eye on his opponent and judging her situation. With a flick of his thumb he set the Clockwork Pistol into its wind-up format, it whirred as it began to build up significant energy. The bottoms of his trouser legs had burned away by then, and his boots were in tatters, but the Elmorium beneath was in perfect condition, and the fire smouldered and went out.

Thank you for your quick response. :P

No problemayo
Regardless, it would have extended the time it took to get to the Clockwork Man, so he could plausibly beat your hand away.

And yeah, he used his right hand, and turned to the right, both of which I pretty clearly stated. (although I said low hand, because it was obvious and I used the word 'right' way too many times as it is.)
The presence… I can no longer feel it. The Clockwork Man thought quizzically. Considering the nature of his opponent, he expected some further form of camouflage which even he was not able to detect. That meant they were making their move, most likely to strike at him, he hoped they took the bait.

His plan succeeded in part, when he became immediately aware of the technology he was growing familiar with a very short distance behind him. He span quickly round to his right, his feet sliding as he turned 180, to face the oncoming threat, but he had misjudged at what speed his opponent could move. Luckily for him, his reflexes and perception were way beyond an ordinary human, because death would have been likely if that were the case. As his opponent struck at his neck from a crouch, they had a significant distance to cover to reach him, providing his low hand the opportunity to bat away the foe who he had quickly judged was likely a woman. His palm should swat away her own hand from underneath, and provided she did not attempt some kind of twisting motion in mid-air, which seemed unlikely, her blade would only slash up and past the Clockwork Man’s face, cutting a significant groove across his right ‘cheek’. Assuming this were the case, her momentum would likely cause her to overextend just enough that as he turned fully, his left hand could swing round and give her a powerful shove underneath her right arm, hopefully knocking her back or at least unbalancing her to give the Clockwork Man time to manoeuvre.
Why do people argue about hypothetical fights when they could just have one?

LeeRoy always joins the side with more guns, not because he's afraid of death, but because bullets hurt. Also dodging a bullet that's fired from a gun that's down your throat seems impossible. And LeeRoy would make you eat it.Because again.Bullets hurt.

Hypothetical situation, they can actually eat your gun before you fire.

Now that, would suck.

I mean, Bullets are easy to dodge... so...I wonder how he'd fare against Talon and his forces.... in any case, I could always appear on the OTHER team. As he really has no fucking clue what's going on, Talon is as likely to help one side as he is to help the other. In any case, I need to figure out where I am going and what I am doing fairly soon, before my interest wanes.

I don't think I've ever met someone quite so indecisive, just flip a coin or something.
Rilla, are you a part of the Angry Rillas? That's the more important question here.
