Khan, it confuses me that you think slicing and deflecting bullets in mid-air with a sword is Low Tier, but apart from that Mr.Skullface is cool. You really like your masks though don't you.
I literally only made Fury to fight General Freedom.

My final character will probably be lower- if not low, just for balance. The thing is, having high tier characters just means you're less likely to ever get to fight.
It's interesting how all the high tier characters came at once, everyone one-upping eachother.

Uh Oh.
They're inconsequential NPC's, so you can use them as you want.
The Hero flew, and Fury snarled.

This isn’t over yet.

He would have warned the Nas’Gaduran knights, or thanked them, or told them to stay out of it. He did none of those things, because even in his grief and rage filled mind he had become aware of what he was fighting. He had to deal with the Hero, or he would never be able to kill Skallagrim. Never be able to take his revenge.

The knights approached the rubble in the distance, with their weapons primed, one significantly further away than the other. Fury floated down to the ground and watched them from afar. The only noticeable sign of fatigue was a slight tightness in his face, but as he walked slowly across the park towards the fallen hero the grass withered and died at his feet. Covering half the distance, he clasped his right hand on one of the few trees still intact, and it too began to decay, energy leaking from its fairly sizable structure and into the leach-like Fireen at its base. His face glowed with more intensity, as the energy restored him, while his left hand channelled his sizable stores into a spear-like structure, when the Hero came, he would be ready.
He wasn’t entirely sure on the physics of the situation, but somehow the pipe had caught his explosive in mid-air, some remarkably quick thinking from his opponent, all things considered. Using her technology to avoid his attacks had its downside however, as she would soon learn, as he had learned roughly how she detected and avoided his attack. This time, when the real attack came, she would have a much harder time.

Almost negligently, he raised his hand and detonated the grenade inside the pipe, long before it reached him. Due to the speed with which he himself had reacted, he also caught sight of his opponent darting rightward towards him and his left hand side. He turned to keep track of her, ensuring she remained directly in front as he decided on his next move. The pistol was still whirring away in his right hand, trained on her movements between pillars and other technological obstructions. However, the real threat remained in his left hand, now only holding the one explosive he was more than happy to show her their real potential. With a twitch, the grenade popped open along the middle, to reveal a circular blade ringing its outside. He watched her passage across the room, and judged her but twenty feet away from him, easily reached. With a more powerful and straighter throw than before, he launched his grenade like a discus directly at the spot she would be in no more than a second later. However, this time he had effected the grenade, making its trajectory far more difficult for her technology to detect using his Technomancy. When she relied on her other senses on their own, she was in for an unhealthy surprise, as he could manipulate the grenade’s trajectory in mid-air using his magic, ensuring it exploded within a few feet of her, unless she had something more powerful to protect herself with.

Meanwhile, the clock struck two, as his pistol reached its second level of charging after a full ten seconds had elapsed. He watched intently, keenly aware that time was ticking away for the Mystan’s above. They could not survive against the swarms of Broken One’s forever, and more importantly, this foe may not be alone.
For short periods of time.

I've never really been able to work out where Skallagrim lives, he seems to be just as active in my timezone as everyone else's.
