Mystique doesn't destroy technology, but it does effect pure magic.

I think of it more like radiation anyway, the effects are more excessive in certain areas, so you can get away with not dying instantly there.

also turning into a flock of crows and reforming when ready sounds pretty overpowered, unless there's some limitations around that, like what happens if the crows are injured for example.

Edit- Oh, and you could probably ramp up your strength quite a bit higher if you wanted using the Gorilla justification. Gorillas are a hell of a lot stronger then men, I think estimates are toying with between 8-10x the strength of a human male.

I'm sorry, aren't you being a little rude when I was suggesting what you should do in order to accost -my- character in the -exact- fashion you want to?

RP is supposed to be about give and take, that was me ensuring my character was positioned how I wanted him to be, and explaining to you how your character would -logically- have to be, in order to be in front of him.

I guess your post will put a stop to any fight, so I'll probably just let that happen before I do anything. Realistically, I'd probably just engage immediately, but murdering adventurers this early would probably be counter-productive.

Well, before you go.

Edit your character moving between the Orc and the person Norak is talking to if you want to challenge him face to face.

As for the 'eyes' thing, you wrote that, it doesn't somehow abstractly negate facts. Your character moved off to one side to talk to angel face, where-as my character moved straight ahead to the middle of the point. Hence my point, your character has to move between them if he wants his dramatic sword pointing moment.
