Would have been funnier if the character was also a Gumguin. A penguin made of chewing gum.He would have the power of Kawaii, and the ability to bounce and reform himself and absorb water and jiggle when hit with enough force.

On the plus side, it would make more sense then most of your character's abilities.

Though the power of Kawaii is unobtainable.

Oh, and once again I'm remembering some far-off comment I made some time in the past, about the problem with a character using Exalted rules.

I seem to remember some resistance, possibly from Green even, and definitely from LeeRoy.
