I can't believe I've stuck myself with three girls for all of next year who think screaming, shrieking and making sex noises consists of banter. -_-

Bio

Howdy all! I figured it was about time I spruced up my bio section. Or, y'know. Wrote something in it other than WIP.

So! Things to know about my mostly-good self:

I'm a 20 year old female, hailing from a not-so-small town in the north east of England. I'm currently about a third through my second year at Uni, and have made some awesome friends there so far. I also debate. That's always fun - arguing has always been an annoying trait (for others, that is) of mine, so putting it into something one can have on their CV is great. The competitions are super fun too. Anyway, roleplaying.

If you've known me for a short or long while, you'll likely know what an absolute slut for fantasy I am. High fantasy to low, I love those kind of roleplays and will nearly always be interested in new ones that crop up. The same applies for Sci-Fi, but at the moment, I'm not feeling inspiration for a good ol' spacefaring RP. Gotta get the Mass Effect out again, get me craving some Turian booty again. However, I won't go for only these ones. SoL can interest me if they're run properly, alongside horror, mystery, romance, etc. I won't ignore something simply because it doesn't have magic or flying bears in it or something. As for level, I like to consider my writing high-casual to low-advanced. Hopefully others will agree with me on that one, haha. Anyway, here's a list of specific fandoms I enjoy, kind of in order of preference:

  • Lord of the Rings Universe (Including The Hobbit)
  • Dragon Age series
  • Elder Scrolls
  • Mass Effect Trilogy
  • Star Trek (I'd love a Discovery one right now!)
  • Star Wars (Specifically the time around the Prequels; while I shan't get into the whole Prequel/Original war on which is better, roleplaying makes for more excitement in the prequel era. Clone Wars guys, c'mon!)
  • Buffy the Vampire Slayer
  • Fringe
  • Greek Mythology (PJO, but with the amount of Camp Half-Blood roleplays that have come and gone, I'd prefer one based more on the Original Mythologies)
  • Norse Mythology
  • Marvel
  • Left 4 Dead
  • The Walking Dead (Or any Post-Apocalypse Roleplay, really.)
  • 'A Song of Ice and Fire' Series
  • House of Night Series
  • True Blood
  • Deus Ex
  • Blood Ties
  • The Vampire Diaries (I admittedly abandoned the show and books when the plot got too boring, but I still like the Universe. I'd join a roleplay based in it, if it had original characters, that is.)
  • Pacific Rim

Aaannndd I'll stop the list here before I go on forever. Basically there's a lot, particularly in the realm of fantasy. Hit me up if you want me in your roleplay, of if you'd like to do a 1x1 based around any of those areas, or even some additional ones if you think I'd be interested. I love original plots and Universes too, especially if they're done well.

Current Active Roleplays:
CURRENTLY UPDATING
The Elder Scrolls: Fruits of Contention
The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion - Crimson Skies (GM)
Escaping the Blight (1x1)

May the Bump be with you.
Nightingale almost zoned out of the conversation due to the headache ripping through her skull at the moment, but her face snapped to the direction of the window where this mystery kid with a gun was indicating that she follow his orders.
"Hey!" She yelled angrily, struggling to her feet and glaring through the smoke and window to see the kid - he looked younger than 15, and not old enough to be carrying around such a high caliber weapon. "Watch your mouth, shortround. We may have had the idiotic job of protecting that idiot, but he deserved what he got. Also, " She paused, almost subconsciously stepping into the line of fire between the kid and Elijah. "Are you a retard? Not only did you knock me off my game, you were shooting through the window like that with titanium bullets? You missed your target of killing this guy, and your bullets could have easily ricocheted and hit me or the gang scumbag!" She finished with a patronizing roll of her eyes, then turned, looking at Elijah, who was still on the ground. While she had been regaining some energy on the floor, she had seen a most curious and bone-chilling helicopter out of the window, flying in the opposite direction, with a rather familiar logo on the side.
"That helicopter..." She began, watching as he dug out another bullet embedded in his skin. "Do you know who it belongs to?"
Sorry bout the delay guys, I'm gonna try and get a post up.
As North said, I'd prefer no one wrote it but you Veshio - don't worry about when you get around to it, life always comes first. :)
Hey, Dead, there's no way that Vincent could get to Kynesgrove in less than twelve hours - it's pretty much a two-week journey, as we're doing this the more realistic way - and before anyone else get's worried, we won't be doing the journey in painstaking detail. We'll skate over the various days, maybe put in a few posts about setting up camp, and *ahem* ''character bonding'' - and swiftly get on to killing our first dragon together.
So, there's no point in Vincent leaving the group - he's a pretty old vampire, all he has to do is drink some blood during the journey, and the sun shouldn't do all that much damage to him.
Haha, my characters are totally tame compared to you guys'. I was thinking of having Roze look to someone else in the group to try and mentor her in magic - as stated, she relies mostly on her stealth, so she knows she needs a bit more of an edge in the group.
Roze smiled somewhat wistfully as Jake blurted out her power.
"Yeah... I'm not a full one though. No matter how hard I try, I can't seem to change my appearance on purpose." She said, then paused, frowning slightly. "No, wait. I'm sure one day I concentrated really hard, and my eyebrows became huge! But they went back to normal pretty quickly." She said, swinging her legs slightly on the chair. "My hair and eyes change according to my mood. I can't control it, so it makes me an awful liar." She said with a sheepish grin.
However, the grin gave way to suspicion as she peered into the box Jake had offered. She'd heard of these before - although never allowing her to try any, Leo had brought some home every summer along with the rest of the wizarding sweets. Exclamations of disgust and retches often came from his room when he partook in Berty Bott's every flavour beans.
"I suppose one can't hurt." She said with a grin, reaching forward and taking a dark red one - it looked somewhat familiar to a kidney bean, but less brown. Hoping it wouldn't taste of kidney beans - god, she hated those monstrosities - she placed it in her mouth and chewed hesitantly. It tasted funny, not the strawberry she had been hoping for. A coppery, salty taste filled her mouth, and she swallowed with a shudder.
"Ew! I got blood flavour. Yuch!" She laughed, sticking her tongue out at Jake. Grabbing her bulky knapsack - a white colour that she had doodled on over the weeks after the purchase with various coloured sharpies. giving it an almost rainbow hue in the cavalcade of swirls, clouds, explosions, and other various things - she began rummaging inside it. Tossing aside a bag of cat treats - which Sora began to paw at almost immediately - , she finally found what she was looking for.
"Ahah! Ever tried one of these?" She questioned the boys, taking out a box of Oreo cookies. Opening it and placing one in her mouth - hopefully it chased the blood taste away - she offered it to the boys.
Rozalia was silent as the introductions went around the room, the tension considerably lighter. Huh. That Niko guy was pretty good with words. As the Argonian began his introduction, she wondered idly what she herself would say. A thief? No, she needed to make herself sound more impressive than that. She was an expert sneak, but again, not really a useful thing to have for hunting down dragons. Lock-picking, pick-pocketing, speech... those were her fortes. But nothing useful against a dragon.
Well, She thought to herself. Looks like I'm going to have to dig into the ol' bag of horseshit for this.
Sitting up straighter - although not standing - she gave the room a half-smile.
"Well, I'm Rozalia. As you've obviously already noticed, I'm a rogue - most can't see me when I get into the shadows," she darted a sly glare at Vincent, who hadn't spoken much more after dropping the helmet - ", but I'm an all round good at everything sort of girl." She said, then paused, realizing that had sounded pretty big-headed. "Well, what I mean is I'm good with my blades, I'm good - no, pretty good - with my bow, and my Breton blood gives me a good foothold when it comes to magic." She finished, not bothering to mention that despite her Breton blood, she didn't really partake in magic. Oh, boy. She was gonna have to work on that one. "And, I'm an excellent people person. I can talk my way out of anything." She added with a roguish grin, not mentioning the incident with her new vampire friend, and praying he wouldn't either. Never before had first impressions mattered so much.
We're gonna need a bigger bump.
Woo! Awesome character, and nice writing style. You and Saasi are in for good, my friend. :)
