I can't believe I've stuck myself with three girls for all of next year who think screaming, shrieking and making sex noises consists of banter. -_-

Posts will be delayed until wednesday, my dudes. Got some uni wori to catch up on.
Howdy all! I figured it was about time I spruced up my bio section. Or, y'know. Wrote something in it other than WIP.
So! Things to know about my mostly-good self:
I'm a 20 year old female, hailing from a not-so-small town in the north east of England. I'm currently about a third through my second year at Uni, and have made some awesome friends there so far. I also debate. That's always fun - arguing has always been an annoying trait (for others, that is) of mine, so putting it into something one can have on their CV is great. The competitions are super fun too. Anyway, roleplaying.
If you've known me for a short or long while, you'll likely know what an absolute slut for fantasy I am. High fantasy to low, I love those kind of roleplays and will nearly always be interested in new ones that crop up. The same applies for Sci-Fi, but at the moment, I'm not feeling inspiration for a good ol' spacefaring RP. Gotta get the Mass Effect out again, get me craving some Turian booty again. However, I won't go for only these ones. SoL can interest me if they're run properly, alongside horror, mystery, romance, etc. I won't ignore something simply because it doesn't have magic or flying bears in it or something. As for level, I like to consider my writing high-casual to low-advanced. Hopefully others will agree with me on that one, haha. Anyway, here's a list of specific fandoms I enjoy, kind of in order of preference:
Lord of the Rings Universe (Including The Hobbit)
Dragon Age series
Elder Scrolls
Mass Effect Trilogy
Star Trek (I'd love a Discovery one right now!)
Star Wars (Specifically the time around the Prequels; while I shan't get into the whole Prequel/Original war on which is better, roleplaying makes for more excitement in the prequel era. Clone Wars guys, c'mon!)
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Fringe
Greek Mythology (PJO, but with the amount of Camp Half-Blood roleplays that have come and gone, I'd prefer one based more on the Original Mythologies)
Norse Mythology
Marvel
Left 4 Dead
The Walking Dead (Or any Post-Apocalypse Roleplay, really.)
'A Song of Ice and Fire' Series
House of Night Series
True Blood
Deus Ex
Blood Ties
The Vampire Diaries (I admittedly abandoned the show and books when the plot got too boring, but I still like the Universe. I'd join a roleplay based in it, if it had original characters, that is.)
Pacific Rim
Aaannndd I'll stop the list here before I go on forever. Basically there's a lot, particularly in the realm of fantasy. Hit me up if you want me in your roleplay, of if you'd like to do a 1x1 based around any of those areas, or even some additional ones if you think I'd be interested. I love original plots and Universes too, especially if they're done well.
Sorry Bee, but no matter how good this kid was, there's no way in Hell a group of 20+ warriors would let a thirteen year old join their ranks, to kill dragons. The youngest I'll have is 16 for him, which could be a bit insufficient for him, as magic power grows over time. You'd have to have him practicing magic from a very young age, so your bio will have to correspond with that. Learning from a Master or something - he'd probably be a bit reminiscent of a Jedi in terms of how his training went - non-stop, in order to get decent power that'll be helpful in killing dragons at such a young age.
A question for the GMs; the Slytherin Quidditch team have stated their demands, but Roze's group and Pearl's group are in seperate compartments. So, who exactly are they addressing while only stood in the one compartment? It's just a bit confusing, is all.
Ah, another question. I think I've asked this before, on the last role play, but I'm hoping that I can explain my criticism a bit better this time; it's in regards to your head of house for Ravenclaw. I'm unsure as to why you changed it from Flitwick to Binns, but the latter would be a terrible head of year. It's a post that requires the person to be able to listen to any problems that any member of the house may have; not only does Binns not know he is dead, but he can't remember the names of his students. How on earth is he supposed to help them with a problem? I also highly doubt the other staff of the school would appoint him as a head of house, simply for the reasons I've mentioned above.
If you could perhaps justify these reasons, that would be great. :)
Rather than think about magic and lessons from Rawlith, Roze's stomach made sure to keep her priorities straight. Food, then bed. She could talk about lessons tomorrow morning, when they continued their journey to Kynesgrove. Although the town - and the dragon - grew closer with every step, the worry that was obviously affecting some of the other members of the group hadn't arrived yet. She was very much a here and now person, so a dragon she wouldn't be seeing for a good week or so was nothing for her to worry about.
Taking the ribs with thanks, she somehow managed to juggle three bowls back over to Ildrun and Leo, giving them their share before tearing into her own. She noticed that others were milling around the fire, barring Delphine who was still sat a few metres away with her own mini camp and her own fire. She said she didn't want to camp with us, as she wasn't a true member of the group; she'd only be interfering, otherwise. That was probably why she hadn't done much during the confusion that had gone on with their new "friend". Speaking of, she noticed Niko had set down a bowl of the food beside the currently couchant Snow Elf, before making his way back to his cousin.
Before long, the camp had grown quiet - a few murmurs from the pair that had drawn first watch, but otherwise, light snoring and the faint crackle of the dying fire was all that permeated the still night air, accompanied only by the howling of the faint winds, and the hiss emanating from the columns of steam nearby. Dawn would approach in a few hours, which would be the time for the group to awaken.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Gods above, I hate mornings." Roze grumbled into her thin pillow as the ruckus of the camp awoke her for about the fifth time. A few jokers had walked by her, saying they would leave if she didn't get up - like they would dare. Sitting up for a sixth and final time, she stifled a yawn as she stood up.
"Thought you'd never get up." Leo said to her with a grin; eyes now back to their full capacity, he was looking at their strange attacker from last night at every sly chance he got. It wasn't just because she was a Snow Elf - it was the way she carried herself, along with that strange, beautiful armour.
Niko was also glancing at Faire as he strapped his armour back on, finally finishing and walking over to her.
"Here's your weapons." He said, grabbing her attention as he held out the daggers, and the bow he had received from Valerion. "Have you made your decision? Are you going to join us?" He added, glancing at the rest of the sleepy camp as he asked. "I won't lie - we could use all the help we could get."
Eyes following Mr. Hansen as he left the room, Steph was both surprised and relieved that a party didn't spontaneously break out in the class. However, the art lot weren't that rowdy, although she knew it would be more talking than working in this double lesson.
"Well... I have some fake blood." She said quietly, sitting back properly on her chair and beginning to sharpen her pencil, then couldn't help but smile. "Only now do I realize how strange that sounds out loud. I actually made some of this stuff." She explained to Ethan, placing her pencil back down and digging through her bag, pawing through about 3 dog-eared paperback novels, a tangle of wires from her headphones, and various art things and receipts and whatnot, she finally pulled out a tube of red liquid. It looked remarkably like blood, although the consistency was a bit off when it was cool - however, heat it up for a bit, and you've got yourself some pretty damn good blood.
"I made it one day when I was out of red paint. I can't remember exactly what I put in it... I'm sure golden syrup was one of the ingredients. Anyways, it sucks as paint, but it's pretty awesome for blood." She said, giving the tube to Ethan with an almost mischievous grin. She'd used it more than once when the crowds got a bit too rowdy for her liking - or if one of the boys got a bit too close in PE.
"We'll just give you a ''nosebleed'' once the lesson is over. That'll give you a decent excuse to leave - the nurse won't let you stay long if it's really flowing." The school nurse was notorious for just being terrible. She was squeamish at the sight of blood or broken bones, she didn't know how to deal with various maladies, and wasn't qualified - or just mentally unable - to give injections or even eye drops. The silly bint even put a bandage on a kid when he burnt his arm in tech class. Fair to say, his parents weren't happy when they took it off when he got home - it seems medical personnel need to know that bandages on burns will just take any new skin off with it. Ouch.
"I don't have many problems with attendance - and my Dad's not around that much to find out I bunked off, so I'll just skip without an excuse." She added, then paused, thinking on her words. She liked to avoid bringing up her parents as much as possible. Shifting around uncomfortably in her chair, she began her sketch of Ethan, hoping he wouldn't read into her comment about her Dad too much.
Rozalia looked on at the sneering fifth year, neither intimidated or impressed. Leo had warned her this might happen - there was always someone who took advantage of the new first years. Rather than moving, she settled further into her seat, folding one leg over the other and smiling up at Wade.
"No thanks. We've already sat down, you see. Maybe if you'd like to take a compartment elsewhere; that'd be great." She said calmly, and the three Slytherin students stared at her incredulously; hints of worry was showing on Zeva's face as she looked to Wade; no doubt scared he would do something to get them in trouble, as made obvious by the fact his sneer was replaced with a deep scowl. However, the eldest, Tim, looked vaguely impressed. Although retaining the don't care attitude, he couldn't help but smile at the spunk of the younger kids. Most of them that he encountered just scurried out of their way, not wanting any trouble before they'd even gotten sorted.
"Well well. You're a fiery lot this year, aren't you?" Wade said softly, still glaring at Roze.
"It appears so." She replied swiftly, still retaining her composure with an almost patronizing smile - in this situation, she was looking to be the more mature one. "It seems you'll have to find someone else to bully this year."
Agreed, Pirouette. I'll get a post up for the morning, after briefly discussing the settling down and whatnot. We'll probably skip straight to packing the camp up and setting off - Niko will probably ask Faire if she plans on leaving or staying too.
