I can't believe I've stuck myself with three girls for all of next year who think screaming, shrieking and making sex noises consists of banter. -_-

Posts will be delayed until wednesday, my dudes. Got some uni wori to catch up on.
Howdy all! I figured it was about time I spruced up my bio section. Or, y'know. Wrote something in it other than WIP.
So! Things to know about my mostly-good self:
I'm a 20 year old female, hailing from a not-so-small town in the north east of England. I'm currently about a third through my second year at Uni, and have made some awesome friends there so far. I also debate. That's always fun - arguing has always been an annoying trait (for others, that is) of mine, so putting it into something one can have on their CV is great. The competitions are super fun too. Anyway, roleplaying.
If you've known me for a short or long while, you'll likely know what an absolute slut for fantasy I am. High fantasy to low, I love those kind of roleplays and will nearly always be interested in new ones that crop up. The same applies for Sci-Fi, but at the moment, I'm not feeling inspiration for a good ol' spacefaring RP. Gotta get the Mass Effect out again, get me craving some Turian booty again. However, I won't go for only these ones. SoL can interest me if they're run properly, alongside horror, mystery, romance, etc. I won't ignore something simply because it doesn't have magic or flying bears in it or something. As for level, I like to consider my writing high-casual to low-advanced. Hopefully others will agree with me on that one, haha. Anyway, here's a list of specific fandoms I enjoy, kind of in order of preference:
Lord of the Rings Universe (Including The Hobbit)
Dragon Age series
Elder Scrolls
Mass Effect Trilogy
Star Trek (I'd love a Discovery one right now!)
Star Wars (Specifically the time around the Prequels; while I shan't get into the whole Prequel/Original war on which is better, roleplaying makes for more excitement in the prequel era. Clone Wars guys, c'mon!)
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Fringe
Greek Mythology (PJO, but with the amount of Camp Half-Blood roleplays that have come and gone, I'd prefer one based more on the Original Mythologies)
Norse Mythology
Marvel
Left 4 Dead
The Walking Dead (Or any Post-Apocalypse Roleplay, really.)
'A Song of Ice and Fire' Series
House of Night Series
True Blood
Deus Ex
Blood Ties
The Vampire Diaries (I admittedly abandoned the show and books when the plot got too boring, but I still like the Universe. I'd join a roleplay based in it, if it had original characters, that is.)
Pacific Rim
Aaannndd I'll stop the list here before I go on forever. Basically there's a lot, particularly in the realm of fantasy. Hit me up if you want me in your roleplay, of if you'd like to do a 1x1 based around any of those areas, or even some additional ones if you think I'd be interested. I love original plots and Universes too, especially if they're done well.
Despite the whole fiasco that had occurred on the train the day before, and the punishment that had followed, Roze was in a most excellent mood. The endless plates of breakfast had made up for their missing the feast last night, and although she hadn't really spoken to anyone in her dorm so far, they seemed like a nice bunch. The older students had been nice as well - they'd received a few looks of admiration off a couple of the more mischievous third years, after hearing of the fight on the train with the Slytherins - and one was even nice enough to direct them to their first class of the year. Good job too. The school itself was like a maze (the moving staircases - although spectacular and really quite fun - didn't help), but the dungeons were a catacomb beneath the school, each corridor identical to the next, and faded writing on the walls from a time when the teachers actually cared about their students making it to class on time. Roze had picked a seat next to Dani, one of her dormmates. She'd looked exhausted, and because of the whole mute thing, Roze didn't particularly want to bother the poor girl too much. So, she just offered up a sweet smile, and perched herself on the desk, one leg swung over the other as she tugged uncomfortably at the robes. Roze was used to wearing jeans and shorts, not robes. However, she'd been able to wear whatever she wanted on the underneath, so it wasn't as bad as wearing a *shudder* dress.
Glancing around the class absent-mindedly as more sleepy first-years filed in, she grinned as a shell-shocked Moriah entered. She'd felt bad for the girl when she'd been sorted into Slytherin, considering the whole fight and all - but also just the slightest bit of sweet vengeance. Not that she disliked Moriah, but Roze found it most ironic that the very house she'd been insulting on the train was the one she had ended up in. Slipping from the desk to walk over to her, she was going to question jokingly how she had survived among the disgruntled older students - when she caught the last few words of a soft song, drifting from the mouth of the boy sat by Moriah. She recognized the language, and jumped in to answer Moriah's question before the boy even had chance to look at them. "It's Māori - a love song, I think. Nice to see you alive, by the way." She said, smiling at her friend, and then at the boy. "I'm Roze. Are you from New Zealand, or are you a language nerd like me?" She questioned with a light chuckle. If this guy was from New Zealand, she'd have to rein herself in from bombarding him with Lord of the Rings related questions. Although the country was much more than the beautiful set for Middle-Earth, it did have a close place in her heart for that particular reason.
Hey guys, sorry I've been off for a little while - exams. Thankfully, they were all crammed within two weeks, so I'm home free now! Brilliant that someone's already began shipping haha XD Speaking of which, has anyone else been looking at characters and deciding possible friends, enemies, arch-nemesis', or is that just me? :)
Roze smiled at Julius as he approached, nodding in agreement to his comment on the castle. "It is amazing - like something out of a book. Never mind great Witches and Wizards, the founders of this school were some badass architects." She then paused. "And I wouldn't bother apologizing to Wade, or his kidney. He deserved it." She said, then added with a chuckle. "Although I bet he isn't walking too well - I all but made his balls ascend back into his body with that kick I gave him." She quieted the chuckle as she glanced at the door to the Headmistress's room - inside would hold the portraits of all the previous headmasters and headmistresses of the school; it would truly be a wonder to see. Roze was disappointed that they hadn't been told to wait inside - she doubted she's get much conversation in with the portraits while being reprimanded. She was also disappointed at the fact they'd been taken away from the Hall before they got to eat. She was starving. "I'm pretty happy with my house. First one to get into Ravenclaw. I hear you have to answer a riddle to enter the common room - silly idea, if you ask me. Yet again playing on the stereotypes of the houses." She muttered with a roll of her eyes. Honestly. Although the school itself was exceeding her expectations, the rifts between the Houses was disheartening to say the least. Hopefully, she could help change that before leaving.
Ah, fuck. I knew this would happen. Apologies for being a shitty GM everyone. I'd like to say that from here on out I'll be all nose-to-the-grindstone and whatnot, but my A-Level exams are like a week away, so I'm really stressing out over those for the time being. However, this doesn't mean this roleplay is going to die - because it isn't; it's just too damn good, with a load of awesome roleplayers that I'm not going to let down. So, I'm gonna put in a wee holiday for this week and the next, and everyone can take a break from this (even though we kind of already have for like 20 days - oops.) And then we can come back afterwards. I hope everyone will come back afterwards, because things will pick up after the dragon attack. Again, I'm sorry about having to take a little break, but my A-Levels are pretty important to study for. After those though, the writing shall commence!
I'm still here. I think a time skip for the remainder of the journey is a good idea, but the fight should be wrapped up first. I want to know if we triumph over the bullies! :)
Okay. Now, Rozalia was pissed. Hair flaming to the crackling red of fire, she stumbled backwards slightly as the hex made its work known to her, various bogeys flying around her face as she whipped her own wand out. 'Honestly, what a childish hex! I'd love to get my hands on the immature imbecile who invented it.' She thought to herself grimly as she raised her wand - not pointing at Wade, but at herself. Leo had warned her about bullies, and how 'trigger-happy' they could be with her wands. So, naturally, he'd taught her a few things before beginning school. Although this was her first time actually doing the spell - for obvious reasons - she had practiced plenty with wooden sticks at home, Leo showing her how to do all the waving and whatnot properly. "Finite Incantatem!" She managed to get the muffled command through all of the flying bogeys, and they vanished with a small poof. Although immensely proud of herself for managing a Grade 2 Spell - a few streak of blonde appeared amid the sea of red for a moment at this - her attention turned towards the distracted Wade before her. In the process of pushing Julius, he left himself open to plenty of attacks from Roze. Stepping forward and her right leg swinging up behind her, it moved in a swift pendulum movement, her hard, conversed foot aiming straight between Wade's legs.
Rozalia could hardly help herself, darting a triumphant grin at the disgruntled guard as he escorted her to the medic's tent. "You watch yourself, girl. Just because you're quiet doesn't make you a good soldier. Nor does it mean you have the right to talk to your commanding officers as if they were underlings!" He gave her a slight shove in the back as he said that, stalking away as soon as the medic's tent was in sight. "Bastard." She muttered under her breath, limping the rest of the way. "Back home, you would be my underling. Have you living in the mud like the pig you are..." The threats were quiet, and made completely in jest, but made her feel better anyway. Thankfully, the tent was empty other than one of her more idiotic comrades that had shot himself in the foot with a crossbow, so she was seen to swiftly. In no time at all, she was bathed, bandaged, in a cot, and wolfing down a meal as she shared her stories of the city. After hearing she had returned, some of her 'co-workers' had paid a visit, bringing with them plenty of mead and questions. She'd been quite happy to oblige, the mead keeping her awake as her adrenaline eased off. "Did you kill the bandits?" "Did I kill the bandits? Of course I killed the bandits, you dog." She chuckled, after having recounted her more than eventful escape from the city. "I wasn't going to just let them walk away after they killed my horse and attacked me. It didn't help that they said they wanted my 'purse'... if you get what I mean." Her voice soured somewhat at that last comment. Honestly, even when it came to war and death, all some men could think of was their cock. "What did you do then?" One of the soldiers asked. "Well, they wanted my... equipment, shall we call it? So, I happily obliged and gave each of them one." She paused, smiling as she downed the remainder of her drink. "I did have to remove certain parts first though."
Chuckling quietly, Niko nodded in agreement. "Diverse... you could definitely call it that. Not just in races, but in types. We have warriors, mages, archers, rogues... we even have a Lich on our side." He said with a grin, shaking his head slightly. It was amazing, how all of these people could band together when the world needed it. It was a shame that a crisis was necessary for such a group to be together. "We've lost a few people along the way - the idea was just to frightening for them, I suppose. Or perhaps they just couldn't work as a group - as made obvious by our late Dragonborn, teamwork is a must to stop Alduin." Pausing only for a moment, Niko looked on the elderly Dunmer. Although clearly getting on in his years, he still had some vigour in him - a light in his eyes that surpassed the lines in his face. "You mentioned 'Lady of Roses' earlier; you're saying that Azura herself is interested in this group?" He asked after a moment, frowning slightly, pondering if this was good news or not. If Azura knew of it, the other Daedric Princes surely would - and he knew of quite a few that enjoyed chaos on this world. Killing the dragons would surely rid them of some entertainment.
Roze's eyes followed Rawlith's gaze towards the hill, atop of which sat the burial mound - and the ground of their upcoming battle. Her worry melting away for the time being at Rawlith's words, a provocative smile grew along her face. "How about we have a little race? I want to see if those fluffy paws of yours are faster than my nimble feet." She challenged, dumping her bag on the floor and bouncing slightly on the balls of her feet, ready to go. "Last one there has to punch the dragon on the nose!" She added, and with a daring grin and a rushed 'onyourmarksgetsetGO!', Rozalia tore away from the camp, her laughter swiftly following her.
