I can't believe I've stuck myself with three girls for all of next year who think screaming, shrieking and making sex noises consists of banter. -_-

Posts will be delayed until wednesday, my dudes. Got some uni wori to catch up on.
Howdy all! I figured it was about time I spruced up my bio section. Or, y'know. Wrote something in it other than WIP.
So! Things to know about my mostly-good self:
I'm a 20 year old female, hailing from a not-so-small town in the north east of England. I'm currently about a third through my second year at Uni, and have made some awesome friends there so far. I also debate. That's always fun - arguing has always been an annoying trait (for others, that is) of mine, so putting it into something one can have on their CV is great. The competitions are super fun too. Anyway, roleplaying.
If you've known me for a short or long while, you'll likely know what an absolute slut for fantasy I am. High fantasy to low, I love those kind of roleplays and will nearly always be interested in new ones that crop up. The same applies for Sci-Fi, but at the moment, I'm not feeling inspiration for a good ol' spacefaring RP. Gotta get the Mass Effect out again, get me craving some Turian booty again. However, I won't go for only these ones. SoL can interest me if they're run properly, alongside horror, mystery, romance, etc. I won't ignore something simply because it doesn't have magic or flying bears in it or something. As for level, I like to consider my writing high-casual to low-advanced. Hopefully others will agree with me on that one, haha. Anyway, here's a list of specific fandoms I enjoy, kind of in order of preference:
Lord of the Rings Universe (Including The Hobbit)
Dragon Age series
Elder Scrolls
Mass Effect Trilogy
Star Trek (I'd love a Discovery one right now!)
Star Wars (Specifically the time around the Prequels; while I shan't get into the whole Prequel/Original war on which is better, roleplaying makes for more excitement in the prequel era. Clone Wars guys, c'mon!)
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Fringe
Greek Mythology (PJO, but with the amount of Camp Half-Blood roleplays that have come and gone, I'd prefer one based more on the Original Mythologies)
Norse Mythology
Marvel
Left 4 Dead
The Walking Dead (Or any Post-Apocalypse Roleplay, really.)
'A Song of Ice and Fire' Series
House of Night Series
True Blood
Deus Ex
Blood Ties
The Vampire Diaries (I admittedly abandoned the show and books when the plot got too boring, but I still like the Universe. I'd join a roleplay based in it, if it had original characters, that is.)
Pacific Rim
Aaannndd I'll stop the list here before I go on forever. Basically there's a lot, particularly in the realm of fantasy. Hit me up if you want me in your roleplay, of if you'd like to do a 1x1 based around any of those areas, or even some additional ones if you think I'd be interested. I love original plots and Universes too, especially if they're done well.
Appearance: Roze stands at about 5’4, with a slim yet curvaceous build and tanned skin. Her neck, wrists and arms are peppered with silvery, circular scars from past bite marks. According to a few people, she’s the only person they’ve seen that had been bitten so much without being turned. Lucky her. Her eyes are a bright cerulean blue, framed with long dark lashes and naturally slim dark brows. Her face is heart-shaped, with a dimpled smile and button nose. Atop her head sits a mane of black curls, which reach about her mid-back.
Creature: Human
Type of Hunter: Lycan, although is not averse to killing Vampires if necessary. In addition to this, if she catches a slight wind of demonic activity, she is there like a shot.
How long have you been hunting/afflicted: New to hunting – knows plenty of the lore and whatnot thanks to her (dead) vampire boyfriend, but hasn’t had any in-field practice with Lycans. As for Vampires, she’s killed three of them.
Growing in South Dakota, Roze lived a fairly middle-class life with successful parents, and a nice, big ass house. Her family wasn’t too big – there was no-one on her Mom’s native Italian side, and her Dad just had an older brother; her Uncle Bobby.
Bobby was great – having no kids himself, he doted on Roze, generally paying far more attention to her than her parents did, what with their busy jobs and travelling that they did. However, Bobby had a more than disturbing job – demon hunter.
And when you hunt demons, they don’t appreciate it too much.
Sometime after Roze’s sixth birthday, she was horrified to discover her Mother and Father fighting in the kitchen – her Mother had a knife, and was acting extremely aggressively. By the time her Father subdued her, something occurred that Roze could never forget; something rose out of her Mother’s body and entered her Father, who then turned to her, knife that was slick with blood being gripped more tightly.
Except it wasn’t her Father anymore.
And by the look in his suddenly unfamiliar eyes, he was ready to make hamburger meat out of her like her mother on the floor.
It was pure luck that Roze managed to dodge him, and run up the stairs. Pure luck that her Father had left his safe open and the gun out. Pure luck that Bobby had insisted on showing her how to load and fire a gun, despite her parent’s disagreements with showing a child so young something so dangerous.
Dangerous, yes. But it saved her life. As her Father - or rather, whatever was inhabiting her Father’s body – bore down on her, she let off the entire clip of bullets into his chest, the recoil of the gun knocking her to the floor.
The first person she called was Bobby, and then the police. By the time the police did arrive to the house, her prints had been wiped clean from the gun, and Bobby had rehearsed a story for her to say. Neither of them wanted her Father to be seen as some crazy man who deserved to be put down – so, they invented some masked figure who had broken in and killed her parents, but had fled as soon as Bobby arrived.
It didn’t really match up with the evidence, but she adamantly stuck to her story. The cops didn’t think for one second that a little girl would lie about it. So, while they chased this mystery man, the case eventually became cold, and forgotten about.
But not to Roze.
Now growing up with Bobby, he began teaching her about the world or the paranormal, and what those things were that killed her parents. She never blamed him for it, not for a second. As it turned out, trouble would have eventually found her anyway.
As puberty hit, Roze began falling into some bad crowds at her High School. She was getting wasted every other night, and curing her hangovers with skiving classes and yet more alcohol. However, when her first boyfriend began pressuring her to take drugs, she refused, not wanting to take a path as dark as that. Her boyfriend didn’t like that.
Late at night, at one of their less cosy haunts in the woods for parties, he threatened her with plenty of horrific things if she didn’t do as she was told. Despite her training with Bobby, she wasn’t strong enough to over power him, and would have ended up a druggie (Or worse) had it not been for Samuel.
Coming out of nowhere and nightmarishly swiftly killing her boyfriend before her, Roze knew that this guy was definitely not human. However, he acted as such with her, treating her with such care and concern that she truly believed that he killed that silly teenage boy to protect her. This was not the case.
Samuel had been immensely enticing to her every sense, and she had finally found her new vice of ecstasy with him. Rather than spending her nights drowning in alcohol, she cleaned up and spent most of her time with Samuel. Bobby was somewhat suspicious of this newcomer, and wasn’t particularly happy that he obviously had ten years on his 18-year-old niece – but Roze was much happier and healthier with this guy. Even if she did spend most nights with him, he couldn’t be a bad influence... surely?
And then Bobby noticed the bite marks peppering Roze’s body.
At first, he just that Samuel had some strange kink with biting – but then he realized. Vampire. Vampires were something Bobby avoided like the plague. Partially because a lot of them were actually nice members of society; but also because they fought in ways he wasn’t used to. Blood magic – like the magic Samuel was using on Roze to make her think that he feeding off of her wasn’t a bad or dangerous thing – wasn’t something Bobby was comfortable with. But what could he do? Stepping in could just risk both of their lives, but if it continued, Roze could be turned.
Thankfully, someone else put a stop to it.
Another vampire, by the name of Thane; his mere entrance was enough to turn Samuel aggressive, and with a threat of ripping her throat out, demanded that he leave. At that moment, the blood magic evaporated, and Roze realized how foolish she had been. Turning on Samuel, the pair of them managed to take his head off before morning even broke.
Thane wasn’t like Samuel – rather than pat her shoulder and reel off some sympathy, he instead explained things to her - why bad things, supernatural things had been pretty much all around her throughout her life. There was something in her blood – something unknown – that made it smell almost irresistible. It had drawn the demons to her home, and it had drawn Samuel to the forest that night. It had also drawn Thane to her, and in doing so, had saved her from Samuel.
After that night, Roze didn’t go home. Instead, she left a voicemail for her Uncle Bobby, telling him to not worry about her anymore. She had to leave; otherwise she’d just be putting him in danger.
For the next couple of years, Roze stayed with Thane. Together they killed any Vampires that attempted to harm her, and bonded quite closely. He never drank from her, or used his magic on her. For once in his life, she had a partner who treated her like a human being.
Tragically, a few weeks ago, she lost Thane. Something had torn him apart like a rag doll – most of the evidence pointed towards Lycan, although it was a strange thing, for a pack of Lycans to target a lone vampire who obviously didn’t pose any threats. Either way, Roze had nothing left, but an aching heart and lust for revenge. After wandering for a few weeks, Roze turned north, towards Maine. Thane had told her about a hunting group up there, a group that would welcome both the living and the afflicted. It would have been the perfect place for them both.
Except there was no both about it now.
Reason for Joining: She had nowhere else to go, and nothing left to do. So far, the only decent things she’s done in her life have been ridding the world of bad things - why not turn it into a career of sorts? Also, she may even be able to find those who took away the people she cared about so much.
Anyone on here interested in a Supernatural themed roleplay? And by Supernatural, I do mean based off the TV show. I've got a few plot-lines arranged, and depending on the people who are interested (I'll take your considerations into account) it may include characters from the show, or it may be entirely independent. Again, it depends on who is interested. So! Any takers? We have angels, Impalas and pie! :D
"Following the breaking of the First Seal, and the saving of the soul of Dean Winchester from Hell, nightmarish creatures the world over have been working in unison to continue breaking seals; so that they may once again unleash Satan upon this world, and spark a War that will change humanity forever."
Roleplay - In Character - Information:
This Roleplay is to be set either just before or just after the resurrection of Dean Winchester, and the subsequent beginning of the Apocalypse. You will be playing a character that has been tasked by the Powers-That-Be to stop the breaking of the Seals; because it would simply be impossible for a handful of Angels and Team Free-Will to handle that shit on their own.
Although your characters truly believe that these orders have come from Heaven, this is not the case - as you know, many of the more powerful Angels are quite happy for Heaven and Hell to clash once and for all... even if it means the death of humanity in the process.
So, from a mysterious leader, you are among a group of hunters - not all of you human - to halt the rising of Lucifer, and to stop the apocalypse once and for all.
Out of Character Information:
Canon Storyline and characters:
Now, as the story demands it, our group of hunters and Team-Free Will won't be meeting; both are too busy stopping seals from being broken open. There may be a few crossovers, but again, they have their story, we have ours. So, no-one will be playing Sam or Dean Winchester, Bobby Singer, or Castiel. These four will remain firmly as NPCs.
As for other canon characters, I will be a bit more lenient. Obviously, you won't be able to play anyone real big who comes after Season 4; Dick Roman or Abaddon? Nuh-uh. Sorry. Character's that are canonically dead (And that's DEAD-dead, not fickle-Supernatural-dead-for-like-three-episodes dead.) before Season 4 will not be brought back - HOWEVER as we are messing around with the storyline a little - and if it's popular enough to go onto further Seasons - we will be able to prevent deaths of certain characters. So, that one death you just never got over may be just prevented. :D
If you would like to be a sibling of a canon character, or some other relative, that's fine with me (TO AN EXTENT). Just be aware that you can't be a full-blooded Winchester. Mary kicked the bucket before she could have anymore after Sam, and if there were a middle child, they would have likely remained with the brothers.
Oh, and if you want to use a canon character solely as an NPC, that's gonna be fine too. Just be sure to capture their personality, okay? I don't want to see Crowley kissing babies and drinking a cheap vodka.
Rules!:
Alrighty, I'm going to be pretty lenient here. You can swear as much as you goddamn like - if you've watched the show, I'm (probably incorrectly, but eh) assuming that you're old enough to know some potty language. So, yeah... don't hold back.
UNLESS it's a racially offensive term... yeah, you know the ones I mean. Even if it matches your character, I'm not seeing that shit written up on my roleplay. I won't even give you a warning, you'll be gone.
SEX SCENES: FADE TO BLACK. PLEASE. WE DON'T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT PENETRATION. Anything beyond heavy making out is just GoT territory, and even you are George R R Martin himself, I don't want to be reading about your nasty-ass acts of coitus!
Ah, now we get to the nitty gritty. English! 'Tis a wonderful language. Kudos to those who have it as a second, third, etc, language! And it's even better when one writes in it correctly. I want correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling at all times. I mean, yeah, people will make mistakes. Or, you'll be on your phone and make a couple of them there. OR, it's not your first language. Those are the only exceptions I will allow. Seriously guys. I want to be able to read your damn posts.
I'd like some decent writing in there too. Remember folks; quality does not mean quantity! I don't want to read a long-winded paragraph about going up the stairs, I mean, come on. Character development, and descriptions of the scene would be fantastic. As this is a High Casual roleplay, I should automatically expect this from you, just as you'd expect it from me - but I'd like to lay it down in the rules anyway.
On top, of this, there's the usual stuff. No God-Modding, no abuse in the OOC thread, and jeez, have fun.
((Copy and paste it from raw so y'all get the formatting automatically!))
Full Name: ((If you're a supernatural being, like an angel or demon, last names aren't that important.))
Age: ((Actual age (Obviously we won't have an exact number for angels, so just say unspeakable old or something haha!) and the age at which the body looks.))
Species: ((The only species I can think of right now that I want to outlaw are as follows: Leviathan, Nephilim, Dragon, Jefferson Starship. If you mention another that I'm not overly happy with, I'll mention it you - but do not fret! You may be able to change my mind. Oh, and variants of humans can go in here too - like Witches or Warlocks, etc.))
Gender: ((Angels don't actually have a specific gender due to their whole... weird ''true-form'' thing they've got going on - so y'all can just put whichever they prefer in their vessels, or which they identify the most as.))
Sexuality: ((What does your character prefer in a person? Are they hetero? Homo? Or are they just not arsed about what gender/species their bedfellow is?))
Appearance: ((Although not averse to faceclaims, I would like a written description too! Height, weight, body type, hair and eye colour... there's a lot of things a picture can't portray, after all. This includes canon characters too.))
Personality: ((Pretty simple - just make sure you carry it on over to the IC, okay? I don't want to see someone described as bloodthirsty to act all nice and compassionate as soon as you begin. Also, if you're playing a canon character, I'd still like a description. Perhaps even your idea of what they're like? Everyone's perception is different, after all.))
Backstory: ((This doesn't have to be super in depth - but I'd like to know what brought your character to hunting. Depending on their species, how were they afflicted/made this way? Do they have any past relationships with other characters? If you'd like some of your story to remain hidden, that's fine, as long as it eventually comes out in the roleplay. If you'd like it to affect the plot, or a canon character, send me a PM. :) ))
Extra: ((Anything you want to put in here that doesn't fall into the other categories; such as certain powers they may have, what car they drive, what their preferred weapons are, etc.))
ALERT! ALERT! I have not actually seen any episodes after the Season 8 Finale, so PLEASE if you are discussing anything beyond that, put it in a Spoilers! hider, or do it in PM! Thankyou very much! :D
Additional note: As this is being set just after September 18th (The date at which Dean Winchester is resurrected), it will be most likely span over 2008 to 2009! So don't be mentioning shit that hasn't happened yet; this includes the newest iPhone, other technologies, and current events.
Roze couldn't help but grin and raise her eyebrows at Dallas' choice of music. She had him pegged for an indie/modern pop guy.
"Hell, he is a kid of Apollo. Does that mean he likes all music? Gods, I hope he isn't a closet Belieber." Roze thought to herself as she sat down on a machine inbetween Dallas and Jonas. It was some kind of weight lifting thing - not that she was tempted to try. She'd probably pop a disc in her back attempting it. Instead Roze just swung her legs up and reclined quite happily on the bench.
"Nothin' much. Had a boring as balls first class, which was fairly disappointing. And now I have this, although I'm extremely tempted to skive." Roze began, turning her head to look at Dallas, grin forming on her face. "I like to exercise when I feel like it, and I rarely feel like exercising in a room with sweaty people surrounding me. Also, my workout playlist needs some severe work - Journey doesn't really get me in the mood. Brian Johnson though... he could get me running." She added, swinging one leg over the other and bobbing her foot up in down in the mere prospect of some Back in Black. Huh. Looks like she was more like Balboa than she thought - Rock definitely got her blood pumping.

"Sam?"
As a more than familiar voice sounded to his right, Sam turned, his smile becoming far more natural as he looked at one of his oldest friends. "Serafina Lewison. I bet you're surprised to see me." Sam stated with a smile as he stood up, going to hug the daughter of Hera before him. Serafina had been one of his first friends at the Academy. She'd always been there for him - how to deal with the new little sister, how to deal with relationships, how to deal with break-ups... she'd seen him at almost his worse. Almost. "Before you say anything, I want to say sorry. For... y'know. The whole leaving-then-not-coming-back-without-telling-anyone thing." Sam said swiftly as he gave her a hug. Although they had both grown-up in those two years, she still managed to tuck into him like a kid. He always called her a shortie, despite she being older - and definitely more mature - than himself. Hopefully, she'd understand his situation. He had a feeling it would be easier to explain it to her than Ever.
Samuel Everglade's study was silent, but for the tapping of a pencil and quiet breathing. Staring at the copious amount of papers in front of him, Sam found his eyes listing lazily to his decanter. For such a small community, the amount of homework and assignments Samuel received in a week was ridiculous - and that didn't even include the extra credit stuff that the more troubled students were doing.
Tap-tap-tap-tap.
"God above, is this tedious." He thought to himself, still tapping his pencil on a particularly dull essay from one of his students. He could always leave it for tonight and go to the bar. With any luck, Aaron would be in there and they could indulge each other's company for a small while. It certainly beat sitting in his apartment with nothing tempting him but alcohol. He needed to conserve his personal stash, after all - they didn't get any deliveries during the 30 days of night. For some reason, the truckers found the night-time too scary.
Glancing up as the familiar voice of the Mayor's assistant came through the intercom, Sam rolled his eyes upon hearing the giggles. Honestly. The girl was an airhead, and the mayor was a bastard for exploiting that. And now they were inviting everyone was tea. Wonderful.
"Oh... bollocks it. At least I can drink some of that expensive whiskey he has." Samuel muttered to himself with a wry smile, stretching and running a hand through his blond hair before standing up.
After having a quick shower, change, (and a short), Samuel was making his way to the elevator. He hadn't put much effort in - the Mayor wasn't worth it. Either way, with simple dark jeans, a grey t-shirt, and black jacket, he'd be looking good.
